Wait the idea for an AU where Helen is the main Green Lantern is overtaking me. Abin Sur is still alive and the Starheart never landed on earth until eventually it struck her backyard and she magical girl transformationed with it. Hal is the only one who knows her secret identity and Abin Sur is tasked by the Guardians to reimprison the Starheart.

It does! Though here it also involves some faery nonsense since Legacy's luck is shit and here Starheart may also be a bit of a demi-goddess here which for obvious reasons can be a bit of an issue for those that Know.

i've never actually seen it before but also nope, not for me in any capacity whatsoever. i can buy it as a representation of the starheart maybe taking a form similar to alan's because that's the only body it's ever known or something like that but nah, i don't go for eldritch horror and also i like alan as a person more than anything else. like to me, a major part of alan's appeal is that he's the sole hero to consider his civilian life/job more important than being a hero -- to see him completely consumed by the starheart is as bad end as it gets to me.

Wanted » Alan Scott alias Green Lantern

Alan Scott war ein junger Ingenieur für die Eisenbahn, als die Lokomotive in der er fuhr entgleiste. Sein Leben wurde ihm dabei vom Starheart gerettet, das in der Form einer Laterne gebunden war. Das Starheart sagte ihn das er einen Ring aus dem Metall der Laterne schmieden sollte um die Macht des Starhearts freizusetzen. Alan tat dies und wurde zum ersten Green Lantern der Erde. Anders als die Mitglieder des Green Lantern Corps basiert Alans macht auf Magie auch wenn er ähnliche Kräfte aufwies. Als Green Lantern begann Alan für Recht und Ordnung zu kämpfen und war eines der Gründungsmitglieder der Justice Society of America. Über die Jahre hinweg war Alan so einer der größten Helden der Erde und ein Held des zweiten Weltkrieges in dem er mit seinen Kameraden zusammen kämpfte. Doch wie so alles konnte nichts ewig während und die JSA löste sich mehrere Male auf. Zuletzt tat sie es 1970 als die inzwischen deutlich gealterten oder ermüdeten Helden ein Normales Leben beginnen wollten. So vergingen die Jahre und Alan musste immer mehr seiner alten Freunde zu Grabe tragen. Er selbst blieb noch recht jung da er dank seines Rings kaum alterte. Vor wenigen Jahren fand er heraus das er zwei Kinder hatte die ebenfalls besondere Kräfte hatten. Und er bemerkte dass viele der Nachkommen seiner alten Freunde mit besonderen Fähigkeiten geboren wurden. So suchte Alan die letzten Überlebenden und mehr oder weniger aktiven Teamkameraden auf und wollte die JSA wieder ins Leben rufen. Anders als zuvor wollte er den Schwerpunkt aber darauf setzen die nächste Generation der Helden auszubilden und sie darauf vorzubereiten was kommen würde.

I am going to add Carlos to my muses doing the same thing than with TK. I.e. it’d be a superhero AU. Not major differences with canon as it is all taken into account howver:

He’s a Metahuman

He can manipulate, produce and store solar energy. He can in that produce heat and manipualte it as such. He can produce light, beams, and other spectrum energies within the solar nature. He can alter color of things by switching the projection of that, thus creating color illusions and other visual illusions that act more as mirages than illusions. He can induce nausea and heatstroke, he can surround his figure in fire entirely but solar energy fire. He can survive in the vacuum of space, move at hyperluminic speeds. In a sense, he has complementary powers to (my) TK’s.  The radiation emited can be lowered to a degree of thermo-telekinesis where he can move objects surrounded by it.

Like TK, he’s going to be single by default, TK is just a really good friend.

Starheart is is his nickname, even if shared with Alan Scott

He is a service versatile, i.e. behaves like a service top and a submissive bottom, in opposite to TK’s more dominant attitude. He can be dominant, he can have attitudes that are dominant, he can asses domination, but it comes as a playful game, he wants to be guided into and through pleasure, rather than guiding his and his partner’s pleasure. Also, he gay. Obviously lol

Let's have some kid Yan, Artie, and Orville playing dress up

Orville sit on Yan’s bed, not entirely interested in their game of dress-up. Yan gives him sad eyes every few minutes, but he still refuses, insistent that he’s comfortable in his shirt and jeans. Yan sticks his tongue out at him and goes back to putting little bows in Artie’s hair, bright red to match his neckerchief. 

He has to admit that Artie looks nice in his loose, pale pink shirt and white cardigan and though he’s a little surprised Yan has a skirt small enough to fit him, it looks nice, a deep dark red to match his eyes. Yan has a good taste in fashion for a nine-year-old, Orville supposes. He’s forgone his usual school uniform, instead donning a simple black dress with a white collar. He looks cute and Orville had even conceded to help pick out a nice hat to go with it. 

But the both of them keep shooting him suspicious looks and Orville’s sure Yan’s put one too many bows in Artie’s hair, his beret lying abandoned on the night stand. His suspicioins are comfirmed when Artie tackles him (and really it’s no problem, he’s the tiniest seven-year-old Orville’s ever seen), but then Yan’s also screaming and jumping on him, a wild smile curling on his small face. 

“Let me dress you up!” he cries, and Orville shouts no, he doesn’t wanna and they can’t make him, even if Yan cries (because he knows Yan’s fake crying and not because he’s a jerk). 

Yan’s a cheater though and he once again turns on the sad eyes, except now he has Artie doing it too, both of them pinning him with their large red eyes. Orville is a Google, but he’s too weak for them. 

“Fine”, he grumbles, setting Artie down when Yan finally releases him from his weirdly strong grip. 

They help him pick out something soft and comfortable, in reds like Artie. It’s not actually that bad and in the end, Orville (reluctantly) admits he’s having fun.

Justice Society Rebirth AU

Since it’s taking so long for DC Comics to properly reintroduce the Golden Age Justice Society, I wrote a drabble about it. It does have some meta-commentary about how the DC writers and some of the fans neglect these guys. I hope you enjoy the drabble.

“What’s your purpose in trapping us here and erasing us from existence?” Alan Scott said, glaring at Ozymandias through the transparent glass panel marking the prison of the Justice Society. Their powers were nullified and weapons confiscated.

           “Besides making sure you people don’t disrupt my plans and depriving your dear Jim Corrigan of the only people who could ease his crushing loneliness,” Ozymandias replied, grinning maliciously at the wielder of the Starheart, “It’s to prove to you that the Multiverse doesn’t give a damn about the Justice Society. Despite the fact that without you, the Justice League wouldn’t exist, the public cares more about them than they do about a bunch of fossils like you.”

           “It doesn’t matter if the Multiverse remembers us or not,” Alan replied, “We will find a way to escape and stop you.”

           “Good luck with that,” Ozymandias said, walking away from the prison, smug in his belief that the Justice Society couldn’t escape from limbo.
