The video shows someone navigating the website. First, they click on the icon of the sorry burger mascot, which changes the icon to have fire instead of eyes. A sound file plays in which Charlie Slimecicle growls and yaps like a dog. The person then clicks the "Get your own Sorry Burger today!" text, which takes them to a different page.

This page is an order form. There is a cartoon style drawing of the sorry burger mascot in a van marked "sorry burger". There are two options underneath: "Qty", which has a number that can be increased or decreased, and "Tip", which has a blank text box. The Qty is currently 1 and the Tip is currently blank. At the bottom of the table is text written backwards. Translated this says: Tip me the number of times the letter O is displayed on this website!

The bottom of the page is a "Place Order" button.

The person types the number 24 into the tip and presses the button, which takes them to the next page.

The top of the page has the same image as the previous page. There is text underneath which says "You're onto something... Keep looking..." Under that is a photo of Charlie Slimecicle in a red frame, captioned "Employee of the month". There is text next to it that says "Thank you for shopping at The Sorry Burger! We are truly sorry for your experience. At the bottom of the page is a button marked "Return".

The person clicks the photo of Charlie Slimecicle. When they do so, the page background fades from pastel yellow to black and an audio file plays of Charlie Slimecicle speaking in an ominous, excited, low voice very close to the microphone. Some of the audio is slightly distorted from his breath on the microphone.
