Just thought of something, so Disneys Maleficant.

When shes using her 'dark curse magic' its green. This is a time shes in grief, heartbroken and betrayed by her love, Stephen.

Riku in KH who was taken under Maleficants wing gets possesed, someone who also feels hurt by Sora leaving him for new friends 'betrayel'

And when he's possesed/uses dark magic its green.

Strange that Maleificent has this connection with Riku, of being close to him and considers him family.

But when Malfeicent trys to break the curse, her magic is gold, almost light, Gold and yellow are similair. And what is Rikus signature colour?

Yellow.

Next is that Maleficent who was the one who hurt Aurora tried to fix it, and woke up sleeping beauty with True Loves kiss.

in DDD Riku had to deep dive to Soras heart to wake him up or he would be forced to sleep forever.

I just think the Live action Maleficant is a bit similair to both Riku/Sora especially the colours, especially since Sora interacted with the three fairies in kh2 is also kinda funny.

I dont know what to do with this info I just find it neet how many similarities there is.

I bet you thought I'd forgotten about SoRiku day! Haha think again. My brainrot for Kingdom Hearts is eternal. For this year I painted Sora and Riku's silhouettes with ink and a brush, then added colored pencil over them. I finished off the paopu with a layer of alcohol markers and more colored pencil.

SoraXRiku from kingdom hearts is so funny because they almost have the exact energy as Wrightworth, but if they were stupid teens AND Riku had BOTH the angst and the “Not explainable in a straight way” obsession with the other

We’re replaying it and as an adult the way Riku gets manipulated literally makes no sense if you don’t interpret it in a “Teenager in denial that he’s gay”. Why would he get THAT jealous that Sora is making new friends when Sora ACTIVELY tells him every time they meet up again that he’d rather be around Riku?? Sora actively invites him to travel with him!

But Maleficent goes “ooOoooh Riku he’s leaving you behind he doesn’t care about you anymore oooOoooh.” and he BUYS IT? The boy is so wildly insecure about Sora if it’s that easy to sway him.
