silver literally being in love with both flint and madi and billy noticing this and using it to destroy flint by manipulating silver into believing that flint will be the end of madi, to then see madi speaking like flint and looking up to him and not listening to silver, for silver to then believe he lost madi and blame himself but then find out lol she’s actually alive but to see flint tell him to his FACE that madi’s life is not more important than the war which triggers silver into a gay spiral cuz wtf do you mean her life isn’t more important you idiot? when i asked you if you would trade the war for thomas you didn’t answer me which means yes you absolutely would throw the war away for thomas so how dare you not love me enough to do it for me no, i think i’ve seen this film before and i didn’t like the ending, madi couldn’t say i’m her homeland anymore so what am i defending now? you were my crown now i’m in exile seeing you out. i think i’ve seen this film before.

cw — pregnancy
gojo’s absentminded whistling as he shuts the front door alerts you that he’s arrived home.
you jump from your skin, hands quivering as the reality of it all begins to sink in. nerves gather in your stomach, spinning rapidly until they morph into nausea — although that might just be morning sickness.
your heart pounds through your ears, pumping so loudly and quickly that it drowns out all other noise. it means that you don’t hear when your husband enters the kitchen, and you’re not aware of him until one of his huge hands grasps your chin and gently tugs your face until your lips meet his.
the gut-wrenching nerves waver and fizzle out from the way satoru handles you so tenderly. and it’s always been this way — from your very first kiss, satoru’s ability to put your mind at ease so effortlessly has never faltered. every touch of his forces even the slightest of fears in your brain to melt away.
he pulls away, pouting, his crystal eyes filled with curiosity, and before you manage to get a verbal greeting out, he springs to ask you a question.
“why is your heart beating so fast?”
the curse of being married to the world’s most powerful sorcerer means that trying to hide emotions from him is futile. it’s not a real curse by any means, however nothing goes unnoticed — even when it’s a burden you refuse to let him help you carry.
“i have something to tell you,” you say, struggling to hold back your soft grin.
“you’re pregnant,” he says — not in curiosity, not as a question, but rather as-a-matter-of-factly.
your mouth drops, along with your heart. you’d hope it would be a sweet surprise to him, after all, and now a baffled disappointment sits in the pit of your stomach.
“how- what? how did you know?” you stutter. it wasn’t simply a guess, and you can tell from the way he smirks.
“my six eyes sensed it,” he explains. when your eyes brim with tears, his own features fill with concern. i fucked up, he thinks immediately. “angel, what’s wrong?”
“well, you could have pretended not to know! i wanted it to be special when i told you,” you whine, and he gives a lovesick laugh as he gathers you in his overwhelming embrace.
“i’m sorry, sweet thing,” he coos, soothing his hand over your hair. his voice becomes low when he speaks again, almost a whisper. “it’s still special though. we’re… having a baby.”
he says it slowly, like it’s the first time he’s actually comprehending it. because it’s no longer an unspoken thing as it had been for the past two weeks — it’s real.
and as satoru kisses the top of your head, he thinks how he’s holding his entire world in his arms — you, and the life growing inside you.

hey, how do we feel about ken and brady? because:
thinking about brady getting up early to go spend time with his little mechanic before everyone else is awake, his version of courting ken being sitting on the tailgate of a truck to watch him do his routine checks, fond smile playing at his lips, a softness so evident that it'd be useless to deny it if anyone pointed it out, but he'd still try.
ken following him around base like a lovesick puppy after the morning's mission, hanging off his every word, looking at him like he's the coolest ever, and to ken he is. eagerly leaning forward in his seat, chin in hand when brady relents and tells him about his flight in the mess hall later, shooting question after question at him until brady quiets him with the suggestion that they go on a walk, "so we don't drive the others mad with your yapping."
ken grows more shy when it's just the two of them, hands in his pockets as they walk off base to stroll down a quiet country trail, fighting off a dopey grin every time brady purposefully bumps against him. the rush of developing feelings, every interaction feeling so fresh and exciting, pure young summer love.
a drawled out "enough about the mission– what'd my pretty handyman get up to while i was gone?" as brady slings an arm around his waist when they're far enough off the road to not worry. light pink blooming on ken's cheeks at his words, smiling bashfully as he tells him about the little things that happened throughout the morning.
the two of them end up in some open field as they often do, sweaty in the sun, cargo pants on but shirts discarded in the grass. brady's laid out on his back with sweet angel ken on top of him, hands cupping ken's face as his boy leans down to kiss him all smiley and giggly and flushed, curls messy from the summer heat and roaming hands.
all of their days off spent in that field, a summer full of lazy make–outs and secret glances and careful brushes of hands, growingly increasingly fonder of each other's company and navigating the feelings that come with that. evenings spent up on the wing of whatever plane ken's spent the day working on, laying his head in brady's lap as the sun goes down, resting his eyes while brady reads his book out loud to him, or while they both talk about their days.
innocent first–love surviving the summer, stretching into fall and then winter, romps in fields turning into cold evenings under blankets when they can sneak into unoccupied barracks. the light small talk and nervous kisses and hand holding of the sunny season morph into late night conversations over the howling wind outside about what will happen after the war, fantasizing about a cozy apartment and a bed for two and quiet mornings and a future together.

*With apologies to @into-the-weeds for stealing the tag, but it actually describes the song well. (in a bad song descriptions kind of way)
Pick a song based on a bad description! At the end of the week, I will make a playlist out of the results, from the song with the fewest votes to the song with the most votes. If you want to be tagged when the playlist is done, leave a comment or put it in the tags, and I'll make sure to get you. If you absolutely have to know what a song is before the playlist is up, shoot me an ask and I'll answer.
And please reblog the post! More votes = more chaos = more interesting.
Update: Since there appears to be some confusion: You do not need to recognize the songs to vote. Vote for whichever bad description appeals the most to you in the moment. The songs will be revealed at the end.
