Tattoos & Chill | Yuta | Drabble

Your usual tattoo artist bails on you, luckily a very helpful tattoo artist Yuta Nakamoto is freely available to give you that sternum tattoo (under boob) you’ve always wanted.

“Next please” the tattoo artist called as you rose from the leather couch in the foyer and made your way over to the reception desk.

“Y/n right ?” He asked as he swiveled a lollipop stick in his mouth, scanning the list of names until he got to yours.

“Well Soljin had a family matter to attend to so your options are rescheduling or going through with me” he spoke lowly as his lips curled into a smirk, “so what’s it gonna be ?”

You took notice of the tattoos that graced his body. Almost every piece was impressive and matched his body perfectly, or maybe it was because he was ridiculously hot and anything would’ve suited him.

You bit down on your lip and looked up at the artworks of the different artists in order to finalize your decision.

“Yuta...” you hummed and looked back at the man at the desk as an expressive piece caught your eye, “is that you ?”

“The one and only”

You nodded and the man took it as a sign to lead you over to his work station. You watched as the chains that graced his black jeans hit against the counter as he prepared the stencil for your upcoming tattoo. He seemed so natural and comfortable, bopping his head along to the sound of the grunge band that blared from the speakers, still sucking on that lollipop stick.

He finally wrapped up his design and held the stencil up quirking his eyebrow at you, “where are we putting this baby ?”

“Uh..my sternum” you cleared your throat and Yuta’s eyes widened and chuckled a bit.

“That’s not an easy place to sit through, you sure you’ll be okay ?” He asked sweetly as he began to draw the curtains around his work station.

“I’ve wanted this for a while now and I’m not too bad with tattoo pain” you assured him taking a seat on the recliner he adjusted.

“Alright then take this off” he said tugging on your shirt and you obeyed, feeling a bit shy to be sitting in your bra for God knows how long in front of this incredibly gorgeous man. Yuta was comfortable though, Ofcourse he was, he must’ve done this a million times. You gulped as you watched him slip on gloves and adjust your seating position by placing a delicate hand on your lower back. Trying to keep your breathing shallow you gazed down at Yuta as he came face to face with your chest, carefully placing the design as symmetrical as possible.

“Okay take a look at the placement in the mirror and then we can get started once you’re happy” Yuta said as he disposed of the stencil paper and grabbed a bottle of water.

“It’s perfect” you smiled sweetly at your refection and turned back to him.

“Great!” Yuta clasped his hands together and reclined the seat again and made you lie flat, the cold feeling against your back made you shiver.

“Do you wanna put on headphones or distract yourself in any way ? It’s gonna be a long one” Yuta asked as he pulled his own seat closer to you, adjusting the seat until he was practically a few centimeters away from your chest.

“Uh no I’m good I actually like Miyavi” you answered politely and saw Yuta’s lips spread into a grin.

“Oh really? He’s one of my favorites” he replied, his wide smile giving you butterflies which is not what you needed right now, especially when he’s going to be this close for Atleast 3 to 4 hours.

He began the machine and you felt his fingertips touch your sternum as he began working on the design. He was much closer now, the smell of his perfume was intoxicating but in a good way. He smelt like a mixture of cinnamon and matcha, the more you inhaled of him the closer you wanted to be.

Your eyes slowly drifted down, watching his tank top hang low and reveal a bit of his bare side, along with a glint of metal that graced both his nipple and belly button.

Yuta, although fully focused on your tattoo was definitely aware of where your eyes fell and he couldn’t help but smirk to himself.

“Watcha looking at ?” He mused, his eyes still focused on the ink on your skin.

Your eyes darted to his face and you felt your face heat up, slightly embarrassed that he caught you checking him out.

“I...I er was just looking at your tattoos, they’re pretty cool” you half lied.

“You have really good ink yourself I’m just sad that my first time tattooing you was because of Soljin dipping” he pouted and you swore your heart did a backflip.

“Well” you chuckled nervously, “Soljin is a friend of mine from college so I I always come to her for tattoos...but I’ve never seen you here before?”

“I just moved to this area the owner used to be my mentor once upon a time” Yuta explained as he wiped away the access ink on your reddened skin.

“Well if you do a good enough job maybe I’ll start coming over to you” Yuta laughed at your words and sucked in his bottom lip as he looked down at you.

“Fair enough and because were both already checking each other out...maybe throw in a date ?”

“You know tattooing my bare body doesn’t count as you checking me out right ?” You raised your eyebrow at him and he chuckled.

“Does begging Soljin to take a sick day in order to tattoo you today count ?”

“How confident we’re you that I would’ve just rescheduled instead of going to you ?” You quizzed him, wondering how and why on earth someone like him would go through such lengths just to tattoo you.

“Well Soljin was pretty convinced you’d take me on first of all” he smirked and you felt your heart beat speed up, “and secondly, I’m a pretty good artist and not too bad to look at”

His cockiness just made him even sexier and you couldn’t help but bite your lip in response, loving the way he spoke to you.

“Fine. Do a good job and you get what you want”

“I’m betting on that y/n.”
