cuddling w peter concept

imagine cuddling with peter parker. like you’re just chilling in ur bed and then there’s a little knock on the door and you’re like who is it and he’s like hey it’s peter so you’re like oh peter yay come in. and then he comes in and he’s already in his cozy clothes and so are u so he walks in and you just hold your arms out and he runs to u and u just hold him in ur arms for a few minutes. then he kisses u softly. he tells ur about his day and you both just talk about everything and anything. later when ur both more tired you two switch ur positions so that he’s holding u and ur face is just resting on his chest and then u press kisses to his sweater and he kisses ur forehead w so much love in each kiss. he would intertwine ur fingers so that ur holding hands and he would kiss ur knuckles. ur both rlly tired but u don't rlly wanna go to sleep yet yk so u put on a random episode of friends. its quiet and in the background so u and pete are just chilling and absentmindedly watching the tv show and all ur limbs are intertwined and u couldn't be any closer if u tried but still every few minutes u snuggle yourself closer into his chest. then after a little bit u fall asleep and peter's just like aww they're so adorable omfg and so he turns off the movie and cuddles u both under the covers and he falls asleep too and its just so happy.

sat on your bed all day, you’ve been staring at your laptop’s screen trying to come up with words that would makeup the paragraphs you needed to finish this essay before tomorrow’s english class. chamomile tea that has been drank aplenty to fight off the start of an ongoing headache you’re sure you’ll hate yourself for later. that and the phone call you had with peter mere minutes ago, was the only things keeping you at bay.

you had at least two more paragraphs to write and it felt like you were gonna be up until three in the morning just to finish them. that is until there’s a slight tapping on your window, allowing your tired eyes to finally have a breather in the most serene way; peter parker, your darling boyfriend, dressed up in his spider-man suit after a night of patrol, had arrived to the safety and comfort of your bedroom.

“i came as soon as we ended the call” peter states as you open your window for him, getting collected into one of his oh-so-cozy hugs. “babe, if i knew you were out hero-ing i wouldn’t of bugged you” you bury your face into his shoulder as his arms finding homage around your waist tighten gently. “don’t be silly, baby bug. you know ‘m always gonna come to you no matter what” you stay like this for what feels like time stopping for only you two when in reality it’s only been five minutes — five minutes of hugging your boy, your person. you wanna mutter so softly into his ear about how much you’ve missed him today.

but this silent moment, it feels comfortable, nice; just two lovers being there for each other — no amount of warm tea and cozy blankets could ever compare to this.

“so… you were saying something about an english essay?” peter breaks the silence first. you sigh and remove yourself— much to your dismay —from the warmth and comfort of peter to sit back down on your bed, leaving some space for him to sit as well on your floral comforters. “i just have two more paragraphs to type, just two. but writer’s block is a bully and my brain has turned to mush” you whine as you lay your head on peter’s suit clad shoulder. he chuckles softly at how adorable you get when you’re tired (what you really need is to go to sleep. in his arms, preferably), cooing at you as he rubs his hand, gently, up and down on your arm.

“i-i’m not really the ela type, but you can bounce some ideas from that beautiful mind of yours,” he kisses the top of your head for emphasis. “onto me, a-and i’ll do my best to help”

“that’s all i could ever ask for, pete”

with a shared kiss between you two, you get back to your assignment at hand. and peter keeps his promise — like he always does. while you ramble off facts, points and statements that you could finish your essay off with, peter simply agrees to every word you say. and when you make silly little mistakes, he makes sure to help you out with those, too.

it’s nearing midnight when you finish putting all of your proof of research onto a separate document, finally closing your laptops lid and allowing yourself to find comfort in peter’s shoulder again — of which he still has his suit on.

“i’m finally done. my eyes feel like sandpaper… sleep sounds really good right now” you breathe out, eyes already closed. you feel peter’s soft lips on your forehead. “‘m so proud of you, my lovebug. you’ve worked so incredibly hard, you deserve all the a’s” you chuckle softly, tiredly at his statement. “you really think so?” you open your eyes once again to be met with his honey brown orbs that have a slight twinkle in them; you decide it’s the lamp on your nightstand. he knows it’s ‘cause he loves you oh so. “i know so”

“you’ve still got your suit on, pete. you not staying over?” you ask (such a silly question) with slight sadness in your tired voice, your lips forming a soft pout. “i’d love to… i-if you’ll have me”

“‘ll always have you, bug. i sleep better when you’re next to me” he smiles softly, already pressing the spider emblem on his suit to make it more loose.

“then make room for me, baby. i’m not leaving”

it’s sunny out — everything looks shimmering as the rays of today shine down on all that’s beautiful, adding that little sparkle that makes you fall in love with your surroundings all over again. it’s also warm — not just in the atmosphere but in your hearts that beat a sweet symphony together as you walk hand-in-hand on the cracked sidewalk.

there’s a new thrift store in one of queens’ many cute neighborhoods that you told peter about and that exciting spark you get in your eyes was all it took for the brunette boy to come along, by your side, to this new place — he could never say no to being venturous with you; not now, not ever.

music floating through the air, you get that giddy feeling (like when you and peter went on your very first date) as you walk across the street, footsteps in sync with each other; like how you always were.

you enter the cozy building with pretty dresses hanging in the windows. the lady welcomes you in warmly.

“oh my gosh, this is so cute!” you exclaim, quietly, excitement laced in your voice. cookbooks on a table in the middle, shelves filled with trinkets both big and small, more books in the back along with toys, movies, more clothing — everything was just so neat. and peter couldn’t help but keep looking at you; his own special find. no matter how cute the little teddy bear figurines were, nothing compared to the happiness written across your face. “yeah, s’really neat…”

you wander over to one of the shelves, soft hands picking up the tiny figurines with such gentleness, similar to how you’d hold a small puppy. peter skims through one of the cookbooks on display, thinking he could get it for his aunt may (or for your date nights — he and may would have to share).

it’s your turn to appreciate your treasure, looking over at your boyfriend as you hold the tiny figurine in your hands, still. the rays shining in through the windows make peter look like such an angel. and he is; your angel. his curls come in soft waves that your delicate touch has weaved through so gently as his hazel eyes that look so much more beautiful when he smiles skim through the open book.

peter parker is truly such a beautiful sight for your soar eyes. you put the tiny figurine back on the shelf and walk over to him.

“babe, babe, look!” you pick up a pink teddy bear sat on the same table where peter got the cookbook from. he closes it immediately upon hearing how enthusiastic your voice sounds, turning his attention to solely focus on you now. you’re holding the pink bear in front of you like a little kid; he thinks it’s adorable. that you’re adorable. “aww, that’s so cute,” he says softly with the same look in his eyes (about both you and the bear). the lady at the counter sees that sparkle in his eyes and thinks you two are the absolute cutest. “are you gonna get it?”

“i just might. it’ll add to my growing collection of stuffies. you gonna get that cookbook?” you ask, gesturing to it in peter’s hands as you hold the pink teddy bear close. “y’know what? i just might,” he replies with a smile on his face — the one that causes those crinkles that you love so much to appear by his honey brown irises. “may needs some help out with her cooking… plus, i-it’d be nice to have some options for our date nights” he brings his hand up to gently stroke his thumb along your cheek. you become shy under his touch (and his words). “oh, petey…”

“‘m ready whenever you are” he mumbles into your hair as he kisses the top of your head.

“yeah… yeah, i am” you respond with a soft smile, hiding your face shyly with the pink bear.

and the atmosphere became even more beautiful and filled with love; leaving the cute little store with as much warmth and love in your hearts as the suns rays continue to shine down on you.
