Hello! I’m Smams as a ‘base’ identity, or my human identity, but I have many otherlinks and oftentimes feel semi-non-human. In my ‘base’ identity, I use she/her pronouns, and am bodily a minor.

stiles didn't expect his life to get more complicated than it already was. having a mother die from early onset dementia was already plenty interesting for him. it would've been easy to continue on in life and have that be the only real trauma he had from his childhood. of course life didn't go that way at all. no, it had to go down the route of having his best friend turn into a werewolf and having stiles help him cope with all of that. despite having no real experience with anything supernatural, stiles had to quickly learn how everything worked.

getting pulled into that world was what he was destined for. the girl he was madly in love with ended up being a banshee, after all. throughout his high school career stiles had to learn how to be the only human amongst a group of supernatural people. sure, allison was also a human, but she was from a long line of werewolf hunters. she might not have found out about it until later in life but she adapted quickly.

allison's death was one of the hardest things stiles had to deal with. death isn't easy for him, and watching his best friend go through the death of his first love because of him wasn't something he ever wanted to do. because, of course, stiles got possessed by a thousand year old chaos demon from japan. it took a lot to get the nogitsune out of him, and when it was finally gone, stiles could sleep again. though, truthfully, things have felt off ever since then, like there's something wrong with him. every test, both magical and scientific, come back perfectly clean, however. it's like his soul is tarnished.

after high school stiles decided it was time to leave beacon hills behind. he'd never be able to escape the supernatural, something he had come to accept long ago. honestly, his life would feel pretty boring without it. instead he decided to embrace it by making that his focus of study. he began to explore european folklore specifically, though he knows he'll eventually want to learn as much as he can about everything.

stiles is dedicated to, essentially, creating a library of supernatural texts. so when he learned that kind of thing already exists he jumped at the chance to be a part of it. being recruited into something like circle daybreak was a little terrifying, but stiles has managed to hold his own against demons and darachs and a pack of alpha werewolves. he can manage some vampires and witches, right?

A Vague Idea Of How Smams’ Constels Work, Staring Magnolia

  Hello, uh, I’m Magnolia (I might do an intro later)! I am both an oc of Smams, and a being on her constelist (I uh, think I am saying the right terms), and I’m here to talk about my (well our, while we are all Smams and not in a plural way, we feel more comfortable saying we) experience being constelic.

   So, let’s get this out of the way, we are not headmates or facets, though we are unsure if Smams has those or not, but we do experience some unique things to do with our constelic identity.

   First of all, two or more constels can be part of a veil at one time, kind of like co-fronting if we were using system terms. That also means that while it is technically all veils are Smams, we might tag our names under whoever the thought feels more like if that makes sense. 

   Second of all, we can, in a way, ‘talk’ to eachother, but not in the way a being would talk to a being, or a headmate would talk to a headmate. The best way that we can put it is like Smams talking to herself but in a different font.

   Lastly, we each have varying ideas of the world, on of our current constels, John Walton, comes from the wild west, and sometimes needs a bit of pushing with electronics. I would like to clarify that we know how to do everything Smams does, but sometimes it feels a bit foreign to us, even if we know what to do. 

   Wow, that was a lot of typing, but I hope it kind of sums up a vague idea of what we are when we act as veils for Smams. And I hope anyone reading this has a wonderful day.

rosely was born in miami, florida to colombian parents, though her maternal grandmother is german. she spent almost her entire life in southern florida, learning magic mainly from her grandmother wisteria. it was important to wisteria, as the matriarch, that her specific branch of magic was passed down through her family, though she didn't stop rosely from learning the magic on her father's side. her life was mosly peaceful, with some weekends and vacations spent at her grandmother's property.

throughout her young adulthood rosely decided to explore the south, wanting to see what it had to offer. she spent a couple years in new orleans specifically, having fallen in love with the city completely. as a child she had a dream of running a shop full of supplies for witches, but upon coming to new orleans she realised she couldn't have that dream there. so she decided to work in one of those shops, happy to gain some kind of experience for what she wanted to do with her life.

there she met all sorts of witches and vampires, though mysteriously almost no werewolves. in order to find those she had to travel out to the bayou on the full moon, the one night they were able to turn back to humans. apparently there had been some curse put on the werewolves of the area decades before. it was in new orleans that she learned the importance of bartering, something she knew she had to implement into her own shop.

in her early 20s she decided to leave new orleans, this time setting her sights on new york city. she settled in brooklyn and got a job as a cashier while she bartered with other supernaturals in the area to get enough money to open up her shop. three years ago she was finally able to open up rosely's, a shop dedicated to helping witches and spiritual humans alike. she values both her supernatural and human customers. rosely tries to stay out of things, making her shop a neutral ground in the area. she'll sell to almost anyone, but if she knows you're up to nefarious things she'll quickly kick you out.

Hey, would it be alright to apply for Mark Grayson from Invincible/what things should I consider if I want to do that?

i tragically don't know shit about invincible so i had to defer to some members that do know things and they had this message to pass on:

i think the biggest thing to consider would be having the beginning of the series only just taken place or still happening so mark only recently having got his powers and becoming invincible and the massacre of the guardians of the globe either just happening or about to happen (since the comics have it happen after mark gets his powers unlike the show). there’s a lot you could do with invincible stuff tbh and i can see the heroes of that world tying in very well to new age. there’s some other comic fuckery w alternate timelines and universes and shit so if they have knowledge of that it could work but i think having the start of the series as the basis for their plot and shit would be best and the most fun
