Conjuring up my version of Elysium to think of a happy place before sleeping. Green and trees with flowers and pomegranates. Me with my family for eternity. Sunlight, cozy vibes and no stress. A beautiful thought of afterlife makes me a better person, so I like that. On the way to sleeping without any assist is hard. Visualise a happy place, it helps.
