i like to think everyone has a colour associated with them, whether its just your fave colour or what you generally wear most of or what colour your bedroom walls are. i always associate the name sophie with dark blue, my mum is always a nice turquoise, i like to think my colour is a bright sunflower yellow.

if you have a specific shade pls tell me i adore when ppl have associated colours and tell me them, bc i think of them when i see that colour

#shut up danni's talking #its one of my ultimate favourite aspects of character designs and i will forever use it w my characters #but i also think abt it w ppl!!!! #its almost certainly spawned from a combo of my mum passionately loving her colour + my primary school #my primary school's name/theme/whatever was related to the rainbow #its common for primary schools in the uk for the uniform to be polo shirts and schools would pick a colour and that was your uniform #but w my school's theme being rainbows they were like lol whatever colour as long as you're in a polo shirt #so kids would choose whichever shirt colour they wanted some kids switched it up every year #others stuck w the colour they chose all 6 years #so of course i would correlate ppl w colours which is how i always relate sophie w dark blue #bc i'd play w this girl called sophie in the afterschool club who always wore dark blue through all the years i knew her #tbh i still think of my brother also as dark blue bc he would wear the same colour #if you could not guess my colour was yellow and i always felt distinctly wrong when i had to wear a different colour #there were a couple times i had to borrow a new shirt bc mine got dirty or all mine hadn't been washed so i had to wear my brother's #i don't know if its just me but i feel like everyone has an affinity with a colour even if its n9t your fave #hence the poll lmao

Jazz leaves amity for college. She did all the application and stuff via tuckers computer. For some reason nothing was going through on hers.

Due to majority of her extracurricular activists not being sent thought she didn’t get accepted to her top choices. Ended up going to Gotham u.

Things don’t add up. Leaving was a big deal. Like she ended up just going in the middle of night. The roads were closed for “construction”. They were absolutely fine when she ignored the signs and drove.

It took her less then a 6 hours to figure out amity couldn’t be contacted. She tried calling Danny upon getting to Gotham. Nothing. Research, nothing. It’s like the town didn’t exist.

She does have a communicator from tucker. One of the multi dimensional ones. She gets ahold of them just to hear the chaos. There is a hunt for her. Lockdowns. The whole town is shutdown.

She didn’t inform her parents where she was going. They only insisted she goes to the university in town and nowhere else. That could be the issue. She is 18 but they are extra special.

Obviously she’s gonna head back. What else’s is she supposed to do. She had to go get her brother and his friends. Do something. Authorities in amity never cared why would any outside force care. To bad her car suddenly doesn’t work.

Leads to her walking at night. Her goal is to find a rental car place or bus that maybe would be open late.

She doesn’t find a car or anything. But does punch a would be mugger. That punch back home would have not knocked a person back 5 feet into a wall. Were people here just that weak.

This leads to some guy in cosplay called Batman. Which come on that name is just as bad as box ghost. Telling her it’s not safe in Gotham for metas.

Jazz just lectures him on how that not his decision. She is going to be attending college here after she figures out why her home town completely shut down. All when she left for college. Besides she’s not whatever a meta is.

Long story short. Batman now has to deal with two not-metas in Gotham. Plus a whole town that didn’t exist. Multiple arrest. Then a possibility of pissing off the afterlife.

It's usually meant as a compliment, he's found. The way people look at him and think of rare, pretty, cold things by way of comparison. I'm currently writing something for Cutthroat with the Hanahaki disease trope involving red spider lilies because I think they suit his aesthetic well....(unrequited love as well as that particular flower being associated with death makes sense in a way since...most of the time I think his love would be unrequited and well, do I have to explain the death part?) and I just realized how cool it would be if there was art of that, although I feel like it definitely exists somewhere, I just haven't looked hard enough.

I was also thinking about where he obtained his knives ...a friend of mine told me there was an official reference sheet to each of his knives, but I looked and never found it which was unfortunate. A headcanon I have for Cutthroat is that at least one of the knives he has belonged to his mother in some way. I'd be curious to know where he actually got them all though—

ALSO, ...yes, I just keep going, BUT— I feel like I should try to do draft clean outs at some point. After seeing a post about what manipulator!Armin would say to a reader, it reminded me of my reference dialogue sheet for Cutthroat and Yandere!Courier— so maybe I'll post that at some point or add to it and then post it? I tend to write down potential dialogue before I ever write something in full and then I delete it when I'm done even if I haven't used it (which was dumb of me since I've gone back and not been able to find them —) I might think to post them instead though so they're on my account somewhere if I ever worry I lost them.

I've also wanted to write something in their perspectives at some point since I've had something in my drafts from one of their perspectives for a really long time...but I think I could do a better job since it came off almost poem like...
