B5 S03e15 Interludes and Examinations  previous episode - table of contents
I don't think we've heard from Ivanova's personal diary before....it's totally possible that I'm forgetting one, but still! Exciting! Hearing a personal entry isn't common on B5 iirc. I will never turn down a peek into Susan Ivanova's head.
And it's factual, bad news. The shadows have been attacking openly for ten days, randomly, all over the place. And there's an older guy looking suspicious on B5! The younger guy he's talking to I thought was Morden The Asshole at first, but that was just my moderate faceblindness tricking me, I think.
Ooooo I am excited for the return of Adira! I'm tired, very very tired, of sad genocide Londo. Let's get some character arc in here, and I liked Adira.
Wait no it is Mordan! Ah! That asshole!
There's a new alien species reaching out for aid that Sheridan isn't giving much inspiration or help to. Well, I typed too soon: he has contacts and negotiations in his toolkit of resources.
"I'm not questioning you, I'm saying you're flat wrong!"
is a great line.
Dr Franklin is definitely still on the sims, but Garibaldi should have been yelled at. The security chief has no place tyring to talk to the emergency room doctors trying to save a patient's life. Get out of there Michael Garibaldi. No room for cops in the operating room, scoot.
Morden: make your government start more wars or else Londo: I have stared death in the face and said "meh"
Elsewhere...
Garibaldi: I think you should do less legal speed and sleep more. Dr Franklin: I'm going to do more legal speed and sleep less, actually.
Delenn and Sheridan's interaction made me laugh. And perhaps it foretells of the return of Kosh to the main storyline?
This Garibaldi/Sheridan foreplay is getting intense. Garibaldi is staging a full-on intervention on the legal level. The hamfisted AA commerical is a little dull for me but could be way more annoying, as far as a storyline goes.
Morden the asshole is continuing to be an asshole, charming the caterer slash personal shopped Vir was meeting with on Londo's behalf.
lmao dr franklin. staring into the cold abyss of realizing you really really like coke.
So Sheridan slash humans see an angelic, glowing figure when they see Kosh. Which doesn't explain why the original doctor from the pilot movie was so affected by a glimpse. Me, I'd be more "huh, glowing kinda looks like an angel...the universe is weird. Stitch him up!"
"You said you wanted to teach me to fight legends? Well you're a legend too."
LEGENDARY. So legendary that's Sheridan's going to have to fight himself.
"You do not understand. But you will."
Yeah I wouldn't like to hear that after making a bargain with an inexplicable and incomprehensible higher being.
I'm too high to follow this space battle at all so it's great to hear Ivanova report that the Vorlons engaged the Shadows and were winning.
o.O they brought back Adira just long enough to have her killed before she arrived! Morden, you asshole.
Well, Lord whatshisface of Centaur who Londo half-poisoned. But Morden, ultimately, I'm sure.
Bye Adira, sorry you got fridged.
Sheridan's bargain with Kosh paid off, and now he will be alone and without Kosh's help when he goes to die on Z'ha'dum.
Which is almost as ominous as Sheridan's dream vision. Seeing Kosh, Shadows appearing and disappearing, and then his father-bit-actually-Kosh apologizing for not believing him and ...dying? Seems like if Kosh could see this coming, then he could also arrange for some like, shielding, or some other Vorlon tech for protection. But it is about time for the stakes to be raised and the mentor figure to be killed off in this hero's quest, I suppose!
The Vorlons think it's a bad idea to announce that Kosh slash a Vorlon? has died. So they're going to send a new Vorlon to replace him?? new character alert! I look forward to meeting Kosh-notKosh-Kosh.
Londo still buying Morden's shit! Londo's revenge arc is, I glumly foresee, going to include more war crimes, and continue to be sad.
Hmmm. I didn't expect Dr Franklin to resign! I'll be interested in finding out what he gets up to while he tries to do less speed.
But not in the next!

𝒔𝒖𝒎𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚 — this piece is actually based on some real events, some happened in my life like the parents stuff and others are just lloyd comforting you
𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔 — the reader has a mental illness which in this case could be a form of depression, anxiety or paranoia or more and both [I can't tell you which exactly because I was never at a doctor to confirm being mentally ill which is why I sometimes doubt it but then again the signs are there], then there are talks about parents fighting – they're not divorced
𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒆 — primarily this fic is for myself but then again it's also for everyone who wishes that they had someone in their life to turn to, who just comforted them and not with words with actions. Too many times I've heard my friend give advice about my parents when all I needed was a listener and a big hug. follow @sstanhoe-updates to get notifications everytime I post!!!!, don't forget to like, comment and reblog!

The rain was bucketing down cloudy sky that bathed the city in a dark theme making it look dull and grey like it was lifeless, the few people who walked through only confirming it.
Tears streamed down your face matching the intense rain while your umbrella tried shielding you from getting damp. Your shoes were already soaked from stepping into the paddles.
You heard something fall down behind you causing you to rapidly turn around in fear. All you found was a dog who knocked over a trash can. Taking a deep breath, you continued walking. Only a few minutes an uneasy feeling sneaked up as a man with grey almost white hair and a garibaldi beard made eye contact with you.
He stood a few feet away from you, he was tall, and his clothes were drenched because of the heavy rain. The man glared at you and then began walking.
The uneasy feeling turned back into fear, you started walking faster rounding a corner. You squeaked in fear as you saw to other men standing there in an entry of a shop hiding from the rain. They looked at you confused, you muttered a ‘sorry’ before turning around once again to see the grey-haired man gone.
You shook your head at your own actions. Everytime you were out alone this would happen, you walked at a fast pace to avoid everyone and the moment you walked past someone your heartbeat would pick up.
Finally, you reached the apartment that you shared with Lloyd.
You sniffled as you searched for the key in your purse, right when you heard the jiggle of your keys the door opened.
There stood Lloyd who had a smile on his face which faded the moment he saw the tears streaming down your face. Without hesitation he pulled you into his arms, the umbrella fell to the floor as you wrapped your arms around his waist.
The tears only became more and didn’t seem to stop. Lloyd scooped you up in his arms, your arms snaked around his neck and legs around his waist.
He held you on your thighs and stepped back inside the apartment kicking the door close with his foot. Lloyd walked to bedroom, sitting you down he removed your shoes and other wet clothes.
After he took your clothes to the bathroom, he came back with one of his shirts.
Lloyd slipped the shirt over your head and kneeled down in the process. He cupped your cheek and wiped your tears away with his thumbs.
Your eyes drifted to his grey polo shirt, the one with the oval shaped pattern…his favourite had wet stains from your tears. “I destroyed your shirt…” you whispered with regret.
He shook his head with a smile, “nothing that a quick wash can’t handle.”
“Now sunshine tell me what happened…” Lloyd pulled his polo over his head and threw it in the laundry basket. Then he sat down next to you, laying his back against the pillows. He patted his thigh inviting you to sit on his lap.
You climbed on his lap and laid down against his chest wrapping your arms around him. Closing your eyes, you snuggled deeper into him enjoying the warmth is body.
“I was at my parents’ house, and they didn’t know I was there…. They were fighting, I knew they had this rough patch when that woman came into their lives, and they fought day and night. I thought it stopped after they weren’t spending so much time with her anymore, but their relationship got worse.”
Lloyd knew about the woman. She was a friend of your parents, and she always asked your father for help, and he did what she asked. Your mother got jealous, spoke with your father but he didn’t see anything wrong and that caused fight after fight.
With time they stopped spending time with her, and it only came occasionally and not every day of the week. Then the trip to Poland accrued and your father went swimming with her which he never did with your mother.
The woman had a husband of her own and children. You knew your father would never do anything but that didn’t stop how your mother felt.
A year later it stopped – or so you thought.
“My mother told him that he wasn’t doing anything to change their relationship for the better. She said he acted cold to which he responsed ‘maybe I’m just acting like you treat me’.  They went back and forth until she mentioned his co-worker who he befriended, she told him that he didn’t need to befriend every single person he met.”
Lloyd caressed your back as tears threatened to leave your eyes. He felt deeply sorry for you, he himself hadn’t had the best childhood either but he believed it was better if the parents got a divorce instead of fighting every day and having an unhappy marriage.
“I met the girl, and she is younger than him, has a boyfriend and is a really nice person. My mother has nothing to worry about, but I know it’s not that easy.”
Your boyfriend looked down at you with concern in his eyes, his other hand trailed up to your hair. When you were sad, he would hold your head, it gave you comfort and made you feel safe.
“I should have realized it way before that she wasn’t happy. My father was almost never there and when he was then he didn’t spend time with my brother or me. When I told him something he didn’t care enough to remember or when I was really excited about something and the only thing, he did with my brother was yelling at him.”
“Oh, sunshine I’m so sorry.” He felt your tears drip down on his naked chest as you hugged him closer.
“That one time I was in my room writing on my book and as if I hadn’t told him countless times what I was doing, he was surprised and all ‘you write a book?’ and he asked my mother if she knew of course she said yes but…. Why does it still affect me? I’m an adult for god’s sake.”
“Sunshine no don’t think that. You may be an adult however that doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to feel like this and after what happened all those years ago, you’re scared.”
Lloyd lifted your chin and brought his lips to yours giving you an encouraging kiss. He could taste the slight saltiness of your tears on your soft lips.
“I’m scared to go there again, what if they fight again?” you sniffled as you broke the kiss.
“Then I will be there with you, it’s you and me forever sunshine.”
God you loved that man with every vein in your body. You could always count on him.
“However I don't think that was the only reason for those tears was it?” he knew you too good, you couldn’t keep anything a secret from though you didn't need to.
“My paranoia got worse today, when I was walking home” Lloyd's eyed showed a hint of guilt, he was supposed to pick you up.
You told him about your problem after six months of dating and he promised you that if he could he would accompany you or drive you. At the beginning it wasn't so bad but over the years it got worse and he tried everything to help you.
Today he promised you he would pick you up. The way to your parents took a while hence why he said he'd do it.
If it were only a five minute walk you would have tried to go alone.
But because you left earlier than expected Lloyd didn't pick you up. In your shock, sadness you forgot to call Lloyd or well you weren't able to so you walked.
“Sunshine, I promised you that if I could I will take you. Why didn't you call?” He gently asked knowing the topic was a bit sensitive. “I didn't want to be a burden and I know it's dumb but I guess it is the anxiety...”
“Hey, don't talk yourself down. It's not dumb it's normal and you know I would have been there without hesitation.”
“Maybe you should sleep now, relax...you had an eventful day,” he added tracing patterns on you back lulling you to sleep.
You could stay like this forever, it was you and him.

For the seven characters ask game: Mara Jade, Michael Garibaldi, Delenn, Marcus Cole, Kosh, Scotty, and Uhura?
First, many thanks for linking the post in the ask so I don’t have to go spelunking through my blog for it 😂
Grocery shopping: Garibaldi for sure! He would know how to find the best ingredients.
Lunch: Marcus! I’ve been told I’m a lot like Ivanova. I’d probably win his heart 🤣🤣 And the outing would end with a brawl and Marcus breaking out the fighting pike.
Coffee: I don’t like coffee so I would have tea with Delenn. I think the Minbari would have great tea and we could talk about spiritual things all day long.
Museum/art gallery/aquarium: Uhura. I bet she would like those sorts of adventures and probably know a lot of obscure things about the displays. She just seems like the sort who collects little factoids without even trying.
Library/bookstore: Mara Jade. She was under the Emperor’s thumb for so long, she has a lot of catch-up learning to do. She could also use some self-help/anger management/relationship help.
Thrift shopping: Scotty. Nobody knows how to penny-pinch like a Scotsman.
Plus one: Kosh, just to mess with people.

hi there ! very random question, but do you have any recommendations for one visiting milan ?
Hello there! Absolutely! Now I don't know how long you'll be there so I cannot quantify how much time you have (feel free to drop by my chat if you want some extra tips!). You'll find lists of the main things to visit anywhere on the internet so I def recommend starting from there, but here's my two cents too:
the roof of the Cathedral is worth the visit. Get the ticket in advance. There's an elevator option and a stair option, pick what you are more comfortable with. I took the stairs, it's not a big effort if you're abled bodied and healthy.
do not eat in the very center of town (like via Dante etc), look up on the internet the kind of place you want to go and go there. I can give you some recs if you want! No pizza, Milan is not the place for pizza.
if you ask me, Chinese food in Milan is traditional, there's places in the town center (those are okay) or just go to the Chinatown, which is worth a visit too.
for bubble tea, pick the ones where the menu is written in Chinese (like Toccartè in the town center)
pay attention to the buildings!! walk with your eyes a little raised above the level you'd normally keep them lol. go around the streets of the town center and check out the buildings, a lot have decorations like statues, balconies etc.
both Citylife and Porta Garibaldi neighborhoods are worth a visit. The latter has a garden/park that is lovely, esp if you're visiting in spring!
starting from Piazza Duomo, take via Torino and then Corso di Porta Ticinese - it will bring you to the Navigli (area with little restaurants and bars and places for the Youth(TM) to meet up) passing through the spot where the Roman ruins are, which is also a lively area with restaurants, bars etc.
speaking of which, go to the Navigli by evening/night!
also starting from Piazza Duomo but in a different direction, head towards the Castle. From there visit the neighborhood of Brera, the artsy area. The art gallery of Brera is definitely worth a visit. (The restaurants will be overpriced though.) Inside the Brera academy there's a small cute botanical garden too if you want to take a break and chill.
In Piazza Cordusio (between Piazza Duomo and the Castle) there's a Starbucks that's prettier than all other Starbucks and also you won't find the same stuff as normal Starbucks. Get inside (pick a moment where there's no queue) to see the coffee machinery. Don't buy anything though, maybe just a regular coffee.
depending on the day and time you visit, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele might be crowded. Go there anyway. It's so beautiful. You'll see tourist doing the touristy thing on the mosaic bull on the floor (standing with a foot on the balls of the bull and twirling on the spot I think three times?). I won't stop you if you do it, but locals will think 'lol tourists'.
Church of San Maurizio al Monastero Maggiore. Just go.
I can't give you tips about fashion shopping lmao I don't have that kind of money. Probably you neither if you're on tumblr instead of shopping in Milan right now
mmm nothing else comes to my mind right now but please feel free to ask me anything!!!

MILAN
Flying Premium Economy, we emerged slightly saner from our long trip around the globe than what we have before, but walking the streets of Milan for four hours while we waited for our hotel room to be ready really put us to the test. We thought we had just about pulled it off when David tripped over some raised pavement only metres from home and fell gracefully into the path of oncoming pedestrians. One kind man stopped to see how he was and exhorted him to be careful - advice that is always well meant but completely gratuitous after the event. Thankfully the wrist and knee that took the brunt of the fall held no grudges and all was well.
The next day we took the ever-faithful Hop On Hop Off tourist bus to explore further afield. With the exception of the historic Corso Vittorio Emanuel shopping precinct and the astonishing Duomo, nothing seemed to be quite where we had left it when we were there in 2019. Not a day goes by when I don’t look out our living room window on the intersection below dominated by the Spreadeagle Hotel and think of the view of the roundabout we had from our hotel in Milan. That roundabout was nowhere to be found.
Our Linea B bus did however get us to the Zona dei Navigli, a very different neighbourhood that centres on the two remaining canals that once encircled Milan - the Naviglio Pavese and the Naviglio Grande. It is the place for vintage shopping, pizzas, cafes, clubs, gelato and street art, with the odd gondola ride thrown in. We opted for pizzas (mine with mortadella and pistachio pesto was particularly good) and coffee gelati. The bus also took us past the Palazzo Lombardia and other sleek, futuristic looking buildings of the more recently designed Garibaldi - Repubblica- Veresine district. The stories we listened to this time through our little red earpieces were of architects making a difference in the world, which was in stark contrast to those about weddings between wealthy families and fortunes restored by the random addition of dried fruit into bread dough (Panettone) and saffron into Risotto (Risotto Milanese). As usual, we missed many of the landmarks pointed out by our audio guide but it was a comfortable way to get around this big city.
Later that night we went to a family-run Osteria a few blocks from the hotel called Mamma Rosa that lived up to its recommendation for good, honest Italian food. Their through-put was admirable also. Those waiters moved fast to accommodate never-ending groups of diners arriving through the night but never made you feel that you were on a timeline.
We packed our bags afterwards, ready for a quick exit in the morning as we had a 10.05am train to Trieste. Standing below the digital timetable at Milano Central, David thought it an itinerary to die for.

favourite part about british columbia? (that doesn't give away too much about u)
oh bestie i have so many you don’t even know!
vancouver bias aside, i love love love the lake cities of the interior, especially nelson and west kelowna. the kootneay lake and the okanagan are so nostalgic for me, i love it there.
honestly any vancouver beach i love, but sunset beach is my fav of all time! it’s also so crazy to me because it’s a white sand beach with palm trees in downtown van like that’s so silly. speaking of sunset beach, i miss going to granville island, the food there is so good and i love window shopping (i don’t have nearly enough money for anything there). i bought a recycled paper notebook there once and it was so pretty i ran out of pages but i keep it to look at
the ferry to the island is also underrated, especially when it’s sunny and you can see seals and whales? the views from the ferry are only matched by the sea to sky highway, another fav. my fav island is galiano, if you’ve never been it’s a perfect day trip it’s so small but so pretty and there lots of camping spots and farmers markets, and at the ferry terminal there’s a little wood fired pizza shop and a bookstore that i love.
and then honestly any local hike is the best, i love going on hikes with my friends especially in the morning the vibes are unmatched
if i had to pick one place though? garibaldi mountain 🥰

Honestly, while Michiru Yamane seems to be physically uncapable of composing a track that is less than great, I think I understood the reason why CoD has my favorite OST, even more than the highly popular (and also slappin’) SoTN
The tracks aren’t just well composed, and they don’t just have excellent instrumentation: I can picture perfectly Hector’s state of mind during the events.
Abandoned Castle isn’t just an “entrance” theme: usually entrance/first level themes are supposed to say “here’s your new badass protagonist, have fun!”, but this one sounds much more serious, the cold guitars and synth conveying Hector’s grief and determination to embark on his quest for revenge. The only other “character” themes that IMO convey the same level of emotions are An Empty Tome and Lament of Innocence.
Garibaldi Courtyard isn’t just a “cathedral” theme: the whole piece conveys awe at the place, but I also hear an unbearable sadness that I can’t even put into words. I can’t even connect it to the game, but it makes my heart swell and I am in love.
Forest of Jigramunt isn’t just a “forest” theme: the instruments paint a beautiful picture, of light shining through the foliage, but the intensity of the melody implies that Hector pays it no mind as he’s deadset on his vengeful mission, his anger tainting everything.
Cave of Jigramunt isn’t just a “cave” theme: while rather upbeat, the discordant chimes, deep choirs and strings manage to convey a “cursed” mood of a place you shouldn’t dwell in for too long. When you remember that this place hides a statue of the Evil God that gave Dracula his powers, it makes perfect sense.
Cordova Town isn’t just a “town” theme: the slow rhythm, the sound of the guitars, the thumping bass and the harshness of the synth (the same that plays in Abandoned Castle) don’t just fit the decrept look of the place, but also they make me imagine an exhausted Hector dragging his sword to the ground, only pushing forward because he has spotted Isaac in the distance.
Eneomaos Machine Tower isn’t just a “clock tower” theme: the piece starts with an elegant piano, but it gradually builds up to something more tense, until by the end of the loop the pressure of the journey is on Hector’s shoulders, who is literally forced to fight time. It’s also perhaps the only clock tower theme to feature a prominent clock sound, which helps the immersion. (special shout-out to the official rearrangement Narcisisstic Reflection; a better translation of the name could be “Recollection of Aestheticism”, and it fits how utterly beautiful and poignant it is)
Dracula’s Castle isn’t just a “final level” theme: after the harp intro, I keep picturing Hector throwing himself up the stairs, slashing all monsters without a second thought, heart racing because it’s all his fault, Dracula is back and it’s all his fault, Isaac played him like a fiddle, he can’t afford to make a single mistake now! (the fact that he sounds more guilt-ridden in the Japanese script makes me feel vindicated lol)
Insane Aristocracy isn’t just the theme of the fight against Isaac: it encapsulates his fury, violence and all-compassing madness, and the solo, that echoes the melody heard in the intro, barely gives more breathing room, to convey the tragedy of his situation. You could also choose to see it from Hector’s perspective, as he’s also enraged to fight his old friend, only to then realize “this is not him. This is not the Isaac that I knew. Something’s wrong. But I still must kill him”.
Legendary Belmont isn’t just the theme of the fight against Trevor: it’s the theme of Hector being petrified with fear as he realizes he’s locked in a room with the monster of a vampire hunter that slayed Lord Dracula, and wants him dead too. You can just feel the sheer panic and difference in power, thanks to the strings and the heavily distorted guitar.
Sarabande of Healing isn’t just a “shop” theme: it starts off as cozy and serene, because the place becomes like a little sanctuary for Hector, but then the celesta gives place to cellos, that you can choose to still see as cozy (I can see Hector resting in the chair as they play) or sorrowful, to paint Julia’s pain that she goes to great lengths to hide.
A Toccata in Blood Soaked Darkness isn’t just Dracula’s theme: it’s a seamless combination of Dracula’s imposing power and anger (the organs) and Hector’s determination to face him like a man this time (the drums), and the major chord midway through is a beacon of hope that Hector is now strong enough to defeat his old master. (side note, its older sibling Dark Night Toccata seems to go for the opposite approach: the organs fit Leon’s grief while the strings and drums fit Walter’s pompous, sadistic nature, and the piece is overall less hopeful. It’s interesting to compare the two, and LoI has a magnificent OST as well)
tl;dr i owe michiru yamane my whole life

Tell us something about head heart hands?
I intended it to fit somewhere in my Ivanova/Garibaldi series where they get into a friends with benefits arrangement that turns serious, work through everything thrown at them in season 4, then have a kid and move to Minbar to do important things with the Interstellar Alliance. It's rambly musings vaguely centered on the words in the file name. I tried to gather them into a point but never quite managed it. These are the few bits I wrote:
Heart (Garibaldi) For a self-professed cynic, he's fallen in love an embarrassing number of times.  Melissa O'Brien in eighth grade.  Sarah Russell in tenth.  Amy Pulaski when he was in Boston, Stacy Papadakis the first time he was on Mars, Lise—God, Lise—the second time.  Each time, there had been a moment when he'd felt himself balancing between in-love and not-in-love, and he'd been able to feel himself crash—headfirst, usually—over the line dividing them.
It was different with Susan.  With her, it had snuck up on him, one of the few things in his life that ever had.  They'd tried—foolishly, as it turned out, though he hadn't known it then—to build a wall between friendship and sex, to pretend that it was nothing more than stress relief.  Eight months into it, she'd brought some paperwork by his quarters, and he'd convinced her to stay for dinner.  As they were sitting down at the table, he'd thought that he wouldn't mind doing this every night.  And then he'd thought, *Oh.*
Hands (Ivanova) Sometimes she can hardly believe these are her hands smoothing Sofie's hair, wiping her tears after a tumble from unsteady legs, getting her dressed for the day.  Her hands have spent so many hours around the joystick of a Starfury, or wrapped around a PPG.
Head (Sofie) She knows many languages.  English, of course; her parents' tongue, the common language of humanity, her birthright, though she has never been to Earth.  Adronato, the language of shops and friends and people on trains and sometimes school, although her lessons are usually conducted in English, fast becoming the lingua franca of the galaxy.  Her mother sometimes speaks to her in Russian, which she calls her first but no longer best language.  Sofie has learned enough of it to hold simple conversations, but the written alphabet still mystifies her, for all that it is closer to English than the Minbari writing system.  G'Kar, who looks so different from all of them but who always gives the best hugs, still lifting her off her feet though she is seven now and tall, has taught her enough Narn that she can ask her father simple questions.

... #notizie #news #breakingnews #cronaca #politica #eventi #sport #moda Read the full article

Garibaldi Castle is located in the town of Khryashchevka, in Samara, Russia. The Neo-Gothic castle was built in the late 20th century by Oleg Kuzichkin to honor his father. The designers imagined an older castle added to and renovated throughout the centuries. To reach this end, they built the foundation and basement in a 10thand 12th century style, the 1st and 2nd floors in the 13th and 14th style, the third floor in the 15th and 16thcenturies, with the final imagined reconstruction done in the 19th century. To reach this objective and a realistic effect, the workers created bas-reliefs on the basement rocks to look similar to those found in 10th century Danish excavations. The castle boasts spires, towers, and a natural stone roof, while the interior has Gothic arches and sculpture filled alcoves. The castle is a tourist complex and is open to the public with world-class amenities and luxury. The castle serves as a luxury hotel with seven VIP rooms, guesthouses, parks, a port, a beach area, a pond, fountains, statuary, and the Garibaldi Waterfront Oasis. You can explore the castle grounds and the beautiful gardens, take a horse and carriage ride, enjoy cruising along the tranquil Samara River on the Garibaldi Yacht, or visit the local windsurfing school. Garibaldi Castle has seven exhibitions, a gallery, a billiard’s room, a pool, a gift shop, a café, and a restaurant.
