      eden  went  through  school  between  striving  to  be  the  good  girl  or  being  the  rebellious  girl.  somehow  falling  in  the  middle  there  as  well.  her  dad  finally  gave  her  his  focus  when  her  sister  left  town  the  second  she  turned  eighteen  (  so  when  eden  was  around  16/17  ).  eden  knew  she  was  the  second  choice,  but  she  was  happy  to  just  be  a  choice.  so,  she  worked  very  hard  to  get  into  the  academy  and  become  a  cop.  her  father  did  try  to  have  his  good  friend  the  mayor  to  appoint  her  as  detective  right  away,  but  eden  put  a  stop  to  that.  however,  rumors  spread  in  a  small  town  and  she  earned  the  unfortunate  nickname  of  ‘nepo  baby’  on  her  first  day.

         eden  is  still  working  as  a  cop.  being  promoted  naturally  is  not  so  easy  when  there  are  few  cases  that  warrant  promotion,  but  she  still  prefers  to  earn  her  way.  she  is  still  trying  to  do  her  dad  proud,  but  to  a  lesser  degree.  she  realizes  now  that  his  attention  and  respect  is  not  as  fulfilling  as  she  hoped  it  would  be.  but  she  is  still  rather  optimistic  and  is  just  here  attempting  life  the  best  she  can.  she’s  quite  accident  and  danger  prone.  it’s  almost  comical  how  much  bad  luck  she  has  sometimes.  but  she’s  great  at  taking  things  on  the  chin  and  keep  on  keeping  on.  around  six  months  ago  her  sister  overdosed  and  is  now  in  a  coma.  they  hadn’t  been  close  in  recent  years,  but  eden  has  come  to  understand  her  more  and  the  difficulty  of  living  up  to  near  impossible  expectations.  she  hopes  to  reconnect  when  she  awakes...  whether  or  not  her  sister  will  want  to  and  the  reason�� behind  why  she  might  not  want  to  is  a  whole  other  story.

best  friend:  they  know  everything  about  each  other.  this  person  will  be  the  one  person  who  knows  the  extent  of  her  insecurities  and  whether  people  like  her  for  her  or  what  she  can  do/be  for  them.  they  might  even  know  about  her  secret  relationship.  

friends:  self  explanatory.

exes:  she  has  lived  in  glen  ellen  all  her  life  (  minus  the  time  she  was  at  the  police  academy  ),  so  pretty  open.  

co-workers:  basically  anyone  who  works  at  the  police  department.  they  could  be  friends  or  maybe  y/m  hates  her  &  her  nepotism.  up  for  anything.

frenemies  /  fake  friends:  presently  or  in  the  past.  perhaps  they  are  using  her,  or  truly  just  not  like  her.  for  in  the  past,  when  they  were  in  school  they  could’ve  tried  to  befriend  her  for  being  the  sheriff’s  daughter  &  thinking  they’d  get  of  scot  free if  caught.

coffee  /  drinking  /  food  buddies:  people  who  indulge  in  these  activities with  her. 

people she has arrested: or  have  been  called  to  settle  disputes  for  without  arresting.  just  anyone  who  have  met  eden  in  an  official  capacity. 

sparring buddy:  she  enjoys  some  boxing  as  exercise  so  could  be  someone  who  does  it  with  her?  or  even  sparring  teacher ?
