You know, I think both Adrien AND Kagami being sentimonsters is gonna be good for them psychologically at least. I mean, when compared to either of them being sentimonsters alone.
Adrien and Kagami might be able to have existential breakdowns and think that maybe they aren’t “real” people. But I don’t think that Adrien could possibly look at Kagami and say she isn’t real, and vice versa for Kagami.

Have another
Well I'm up way to damn early and, since I can't fall back asleep, how about another theory that occurred to me right before we fell asleep? Now I'm going to say this has spoilers for emotion so if you haven't seen it? Don't read below the line.
So, we all accept that Kagami, Felix and Adrien are sentimonsters right? And as Nathalie showed us, using the miraculous when broken is dangerous and can result in the user's death. This we consider proven by the fact that both Felix's father and Adrien's mother died at around the same time, about a year before the show started. But here's the problem. Either Kagami also lost her father a year ago, something I think would have been brought up by now if that was the case, or her mother was the one to use it. But then why isn't she also dead?
Now, some people think that because Tomoe is blind that that was her price for using the miraculous but that doesn't make sense. We learn from Adrien that the dizzy spells and coughing that Nathalie went through is the same thing Emilie went through before she died. So, despite clearly being accelerated due to the multiple uses of Doosu's power, the process of the deterioration is the same. So, since Kagami's mother shows no signs of dying yet, unfortunately, she either didn't use the miraculous or, something else is at play here.
I have a couple of thoughts on this, each with their own problems.
Theory 1. Kagami has a father who died a year before the show and has never said anything about it. While being the most logical it seems like we really should have heard something about it before now. After all, what happened to Adrien's mother and Felix's father were among the first things we ever learned about the characters.
Theory 2. It's not just the miraculous that's the problem, it's the amok as well. If Tomoe put the ring away somewhere after a simple order of 'always do what your mother commands' it may explain why she didn't feel the effects like the others have. It could also explain why we get a shift in Kagami's personality after Riposte which is the timeframe she would have been given the ring. Or it's just good character development. However I see two problems with this theory. The first is that Nathalie never held onto the amok for long as Mayura. The only confirmed ones we have are Sentibug, when she was already feeling the effects, sentirobustus and Optigami, which she had when already sick. Now you could explain this as her repeatedly using the miraculous but that alone turning a 15 year death sentence into a couple of months seems a stretch. Speaking of which, if the miraculous user can sense amoks, even when not wearing the miraculous then just being near it should be enough to cause trouble. So either this theory is wrong or Tomoe just started her 15 year countdown.
Theory 3. This one makes sense in some regards but absolutely zero in others. It also has two forms, both under the same premise. One user, multiple sentimonsters. If an Akuma can akumatise multiple people through one object, even when they aren't all touching it ala Gang of Secrets, then why can't an amok make two sentimonsters from one object as well? Since we know Adrien's Amok is split between the twin rings why couldn't that split also make Adrien and Felix? After all, I can't be the only one that finds it weird that Adrien is said to be so much like his mother while Felix is cold, calculating, manipulative and willing to destroy the entire world to get what he wants. Sound like anyone else we know? However the problem here is getting Felix's father to be the one to make Kagami, which just seems very weird. Plus, even before he got the miraculous or one of the rings, Gabriel seemed to have no control over him.
Theory 3 b. There has only ever been one creator of Sentikids. Emilie herself. With the death of Felix's father at the same time simply being a coincidence. After all, we've never actually confirmed that the peacock miraculous can only make one amok at a time have we? Unlike an Akuma the connection isn't to the miraculous holder it's with the object so, in theory, there's nothing to say that you couldn't keep pulling feathers from the fan, especially if you detransformed inbetween. Again I see two problems with this theory, the fact that it goes against everything we're shown to be a limit to the powers of the miraculous, and there's no way shadowmoth wouldn't have created an army of the things if that was possible.
There is a third potential problem of why Emilie would do it for others but I think I can explain that. Firstly I believe Emilie, Amelie and Tomoe were all incapable of having children. Emilie and Amelie due to a genetic condition they share as twins and Tomoe? Well either Tomoe has a similar condition, couldn't find a partner to meet her standards of perfection or didn't want to run the risk of having a child that would share her blindness, again due to her perfectionism. Now it makes sense that Emilie would do such a thing for her twin and that the kids would look similar, they probably wanted the boys to share the same bond they had growing up. But why would Emilie do it for Tomoe? How would either party even know of the others circumstances? Well I think a line in perfection that originally confused me has the answer.
Tumblr media
Hear me out. What if Tomoe was the one that told Gabriel and Emilie about the Miraculous? How would she have known? I'm not sure but as someone so obsessed with an old culture like samurai I can believe her knowing other ancient stories. But then why didn't she go herself? Either she couldn't or didn't trust anyone not to take the power for themselves. So when she heard that Gabriel and Emilie were looking for a way to have a child just like her she told them about the stories and sent them looking under the condition that if they find anything they help her. With that being the case it makes sense why they came back to Paris after HawkMoth showed up. Tomoe wanted to know what was going on and that Gabriel wasn't going back on their deal.
.... God this took me over an hour to write... I'm sorry for wasting your time.

Double standard at FINEST when I see fans looks fine with “Kagami is a sentimonster things” while they still unable to accept “ Adrien is a sentimonster” all because of they want Kagami away from Love Square by pair her with an Asshole like Felix because god forbid her to be Bisexual by pair her with a girls or try to give an cheap excuse Tomoe behavior who looks like a caricature of “Asian Tiger Moms”
Both Sentidrien and Sentigami things are bad ! But Sentigami probably the WORST! Because The Peacock miraculous already established possessed by Agreste and they were the first one who found it during expedition in Tibet. After Emilie fell into comatose state, Gabriel didn’t allow anyone to use Peacock Miraculous until Nathalie willingly use it to help him do his evil scheme until she continuously ill and paralyzed,
In fact Kagami was made her debut BEFORE Nathalie become Mayura and Tomoe made a business deal with Gabriel in “Animaestro”, So when did Tomoe use a freaking peacock miraculous to create Kagami ?! I don’t buy to someone said “ Oh but she has different ring !” explanation or any kind of  stupid explanation about this shit, This is just truly out-ot-nowhere like Mary Zoe existence because THERE IS NO FORESHADOWING about it and its purely a bad retcon by steal a fandom content

I'm sorry I still don't like sentigami. Making sentis should've stayed in the family 😔

For Shanghai in HC, you could have Fei visit or tell Marinette about something over the phone, and that would prompt Marinette and Adrien to tell the rest of the team what happened in Shanghai (which would be during Season 3). Most of the at-the-time discussion of what happened would have been on the civilian side, and not much would have been discussed over Hero Chat other than "We met a new hero and Chat died again." You also didn't go over everything that happened in the Season 3 episodes, with Multimouse only being hinted at before the Sentigami discussion.
Hm. True. As much as I don't want to go 'hey guys remember that time when [REDACTED]?", it might be a good option.

First off, obviously the implications of Markov are fucking insane, that robot is sentient enough to get akumatized and like, I already know that we're going to get all these big philosophical questions about what it means to be human and what it means to be alive and sentient and whatnot once the senti-adrien and sentigami reveals happen and the writers are just going to completely forget about that little guy because. idk dude, I think ive mentioned how little faith I have in these writers often enough
The reason Im bringing him up is actually because of the senti-adrien theory thats not a theory anymore I guess, its just canon fact now. yay. So, I stopped watching MLB after season 3 but its always been a fandom that I liked to check in on every now and then (mostly through the salt and crit tags lmao) and it continued to be that even after I stopped keeping up with the show. So I saw some of the discourse around this theory and mostly just thought it was stupid and Adrien being a sentimonster wouldnt add anything narratively and then I check back in a few months later only to find out that its canon now and everyone is upset, its a pretty funny way to experience fandom tbh
How do Markov and Senti-Adrien connect?, you may be asking. Well, I fully believe that everyone who was big on senti-Adrien before it was canon wouldve been writing robot-Adrien theories if Markov looked human instead of being a little ball with an arm and I mean that in the most derogatory way possible, I hate the idea of senti-adrien so much and I think its sooo stupid you guys have no idea

Emotion may not have had anyone outright say that Adrien, Kagami, and Felix are sentimonsters (though Felix calling the sentimonster he made his “sister” is probably enough to count as verbal confirmation in show that he’s a sentimonster, because seriously, how ELSE are you supposed to take that?), but it did everything short of it. And the episode makes no sense unless the three of them are sentimonsters.

Tomoe attacks Gabriel because Kagami's life was supposedly threatened by the megakuma going into her ring. Except, in Kagami's first akumatization, the akuma also went into her ring to turn her into Riposte. Why didn't Kagami die right there when Ladynoir broke her sword (the akuma transformed her ring into the sword)?
Huh, you're right! Most likely, the writers just hadn't nailed down the Sentigami plotline yet.

So, is Tomoe just the worst mother ever?
Emilie and Amilie using the peacock I get. They were infertile and clearly IVF didn't work.
What's Tomoe's reason? She was never mentioned having fertility issues. Did she really just want a child that didn't have free will? Did she just never want a child and sees Kagami as another asset of her company?
This woman is genuinely evil.
Yeah I really want to know what Tomoe's deal is, we still don't know what her goal is in the show.
She DID give Kagami her own Amok, so I think it was less "wanting a child with no free will" specifically, and more wanting a "perfect" designer baby to continue her family legacy.

You know, now that Kagami is almost certainly a sentimonster, I have to wonder: how will she react when she finds out? Her situation isn’t quite as bad as Adrien’s - at least Tomoe gave her her amok - but it’s pretty damn close. Honestly, she needs to be removed from Tomoe’s custody, like how Adrien needs to be removed from Gabriel’s.
I imagine that she’ll be questioning how much of herself, her own interests, are her, and how much was stuff she’d been manufactured to have. Tomoe said that Gabriel had nearly destroyed her dream when he endangered Kagami, and I’m wondering whether Tomoe’s doing this whole “vicariously living through her daughter” thing. Tomoe and her father were world-class fencers, and while Tomoe is still very good, I’m guessing that if her blindness was acquired later in life, it probably helped end her career as a champion fencer, since while she’s compensated for losing her sight well, it’s gotta make fencing a lot harder. Maybe that’s why she wanted a Sentibaby in particular: so she could be sure that her child would be excellent at fencing, like her.
I think that Kagami’s interest and talent with art is gonna be important in reassuring her that she is still herself, even if she IS a sentimonster. Tomoe didn’t make her interested in art, after all. In fact, Tomoe doesn’t care about it at all, and actually would rather she stopped spending time on it. Drawing is something that KAGAMI chose to do, not something that was imbued in her.

Do you think Marinette realized that Adrien is a Sentibeing in Representation? Or that she only knows that Felix is a Sentibeing but not Adrien?
Yeah I think she did. I mean, the play was pretty explicit about BOTH Adrien and Felix being Sentibeings.
Now Kagami on the other hand, I'm not so sure about. They were a lot more subtle about her being a Senti.

You know I've heard very little chatter about what being a Senti means for Kagami. I mean, Tomoe isn't much better than Gabriel, especially since she's now fully prepared to control Kagami like Gabriel controls Adrien. Though at least Kagami should be able to wear her Amok still, since her mother's blind and won't know she's wearing the ring unless she touches Kagami's hand - and even then, she may not know which ring Kagami's wearing, as she has a very similar one that was used to akumatize her in Riposte.
Anyway, while Kagami's had less magical control inflicted on her, her mom's still abusive and she still needs the same sort of new home life that Adrien does.
Also, how is Kagami gonna take finding out that she's a Senti? I honestly don't know. I mean it should give her SOME solace that she's had her Amok on her for awhile, so she knows she wasn't controlled during those times, but still...

Finished watching Perfection and Emotion. If Adrien, Kagami, and Felix aren’t sentimonsters, then that episode would make absolutely no sense. Especially with Felix calling the sentimonster he made “his sister”. Kagami’s amok is clearly in her ring, since her family has this whole philosophy that you choose to follow orders, you’re not forced into it.

If both Kagami and Chloe is sentimonster then why only Emilie dead? Shouldn't they too have the symptoms after using a broken miraculous since Evolution shown that the miraculous is already broken by the time Gabriel gave it to her.
Simple: I don't think Emilie IS the only one who's dead. Also I don't actually think that Chloe is a sentimonster, I think that Zoe is.
Notice that we only know about one living parent for Kagami, Zoe, Adrien, and Felix. I think the other parents (Kagami's dad, Zoe's dad, Adrien's mom, and Felix's dad) were the ones who actually used the Peacock and thus, fell ill.

I really want to see Adrien react to Felix’s full reasoning behind his actions, with the reveal that he, Adrien, and Kagami are all sentimonsters.
