Working on my own Soulsborne setting I've been able to jot down a number of tropes and archetypes that are repeated throughout the games.
Warcrime Woman who embraces a dark power she is proficient with yet rejected in order to protect a person, ideal, or secret: Lady maria, malenia, Sister Elfriede
Old Woman: Eileen, Lady Butterfly
Heroine (sometimes is a profession that is pursued but is always a position considered noble and somber in its weight of responsibility): maiden in Black, Emerald Herald, Fire Keeper, Finger maidens, The Plain Doll, Roderika
butcher cannibal woman: maneater mildred, Anastasia
Animal Covenant Leader: Wolf of Farron, Forest Hunter
woman of rebirth: Rosaria, Rennala
Cynical Soldier: Hawkwood, Crestfallen Soldier
Blacksmith/Weaponsmaster: Andre, Hewg, Boldwin
Washed up man (Typically Old) who has perpetuated a dying and empirical cycle but can still whip ass: Gwyn, Gehrman, Radagon
Patches: Hyena, Untethered, Unbreakable, Spider
Chosen One maiden: Irina of Carim, Ranni
Her Knight bound by Duty: Eygon, Blaidd, Vilhelm, Rogier
Forsaken Woman who is rlly nice: Karla, Fia, Arianna, Yuria the Witch
Yellow headwrap invader: Yellowfinger Heysel, King Jeremiah, Old Monk
Just a good fucking guy and warrior: Siegward, Solaire, Alexander
Wizard mentor who presents "hard" but is a softie: Sellen, Orbeck.
Servitors of the "good" gods and their will: Frampt, Two Fingers
Their direct opposites: Kaathe, Three Fingers
master of the Dead: Nito, Godwyn
REALLY FERVENT AND DEVOUT CHURCH GOER: D, Alfred,
If there are any others pls let me know there's something about seeing the parallels between these characters in these amazing series.

my soulslike/souls game tier list based on my personal experience with difficulty
honestly as much as I love Lies of P it's absolutely the most forgiving and easiest Soulslike I've ever played. There's a lot of features that basically give the game an easy mode, but even without them the game really isn't that hard, outside of a handful of bosses. The actual areas are not difficult to traverse-- compare this to Fromsoft's games where I could name multiple separate instances where I would get walled or repeatedly die to specific areas in specific levels. LoP doesn't do level design as well as From in my opinion.
I still have nightmares about the fucking Djura machine gun run in Old Yharnam.

Fall Damage, in the SoulsBorne Series
Demon’s Souls: Almost none existence, you really need to fall from really far to take any damage.
Sekiro: Your Shinobi Training let you fall from great heights and take no damage, but some heights are gonna break your bones, or can use a deathblow on some random enemy on the fall, if you aim right, and you should, because it’s awesome !!!
Elden Ring: Look, depending on the distance of the fall, nothing will happen or you will take stamina damage, or just normal damage or you just will die !! It’s just that simple !!
Dark Souls and Bloodborne (Dark Souls 2,specifically in this case): Fall from the height of chair “Aouch, I think I broke my toe”
