Okay, 1.) Valid. I never ate anything that wasn't food made for humans of my own volition (but I always ended up with sand in my mouth when I'd play in the sandbox?? Even when I never opened my mouth?? That was befuddling as a child, so uh ... I accidentally swallowed a litter box worth of sand as a kid).

2.) I had friends that used to eat grass and lick frost off of our school bus' windows. I was encouraged to try and I'd like to wish them a very kind "blocked on all my socials for eating crimes and crimes against clam" (joking)

And 3.) Candyland, Charley and the Chocolate Factory (original movie and early 2000's remake), and a certain man (cough bear grylls cough) led me to believe that anything is edible if you're stubborn enough.

they do grow back/heal, but those aren't eye stalks like on land snails! their eyes are on little stumps at the base of those long stalks, which are actually tentacles! they use them to feel around and supplement their poor vision.

I've been watching this new (FINAL) male kribensis the last hour and despite having many opportunities to do so, he hasn't tried to bite 😬🤞

Genuinely hate the narrative of the acceptable casualty. Call me a wide eyed dreamer, but no human suffering is acceptable to attain any cause. It’s an impossible standard to hold yes, but it’s not the getting there, it’s the learning to value human life.

Thinking civilians acceptable casualties is perhaps the most common view, and one you’re entitled to hold, but it shows your priorities, and I don’t think they’re in the right place.

The imoral Israeli settlement of Palestine doesn’t justify an Israeli woman being raped and mutilated. Her tragedy doesn’t make the settlement any less imoral. The hamas attack doesn’t justify the deaths of thousands of innocent Palestinian civilians. Their deaths don’t make the individual tragedies of people like that Israeli woman any less painful

For some reason the name that comes to mind is Desert Fairy Cookie, but I don’t know why. It might be too similar to Sea Fairy. Unless they’re related in some way? From what I understand, the Sahara Desert was once underwater, so maybe something similar?

Nah, I’d rather focus on the desert angle than have it tie to the sea

It’d probably be better to base them off a desert plant, like a cactus or prickly pear

Or just the sand itself, and the cactus thing can be Cookies associated with them

There isn't much else in his bag to dig through yet-- but a second canteen is hard to miss, especially one that actually does have water in it. Vash can't get the lid unscrewed fast enough, and the first sip is used to get the grains of sand out of his mouth, spitting out what he took in... then he drinks nearly half of the thing in one go.

Welp, as of the current version of Rejuv the singular Pokemon that Anya can use and mega evolve is Sandaconda. Welp.
