Oh oh! About the song things! I usually go on walks and listen to songs and daydream about them, and one of my favorite is Pray by Ryan Vasquez! I usually imagine it with Beelzebub because he's my bbg. Like fr I made a storyline in my head to it I LOVE him <3 sometimes I like to imagine it's when they were in the Celestial Realm, and other times I just funk it.

However this song makes me freaking grieve the fact that I'm awful at writing smut and this would be so fucking perfect for that.

But at the same time, it makes me wanna try??? I mean, it's been years since my last train wreck attempt (I think I was like 18? 19? And now I'm 26) and this song makes it so fucking tempting 🥺💕

To clarify though! This post will contain zero smut and will probably just be super fluffy! Maybe even a bit a suggestive, but nothing smutty.

Story context: Lilith never fell in love with a human, the Celestial War never happened, and the brothers are still angels (and MC still exists despite Lilith not becoming human).

Beel, like both his twins, often sneaks down to the Human realm, where he met and fell in love with MC. Having to keep it a secret from all of his siblings makes the big guy feel guilty, but he's so deeply in love with MC and worships her and every moment they are together.

This starts from the morning after they...did the smutty stuff 😂

Beel pulled the human closer, mind still foggy as he woke up in their bed. Sadly, he was conscious enough to know what day it was, making him tighten his hold on the sleeping woman.

Wake up in the morning when sun shines in

Half awake, half asleep until you chime in

The clock striking its final chords

So get up, get out, rise and shine for the house of the Lord.

Today was Sunday, his Father's day. It was just about the only day of the week most angels saw their Father and most still never interacted with him. They all come together each Sunday to praise Father for all he's done, but in truth, only archangels like Lucifer and Michael truly speak to Him.

The angel didn't want to go, to leave his love alone in the bed after such a wonderful night.

He watched his love for a moment, focusing on the gentle rise and fall of her chest as she slept soundly.

Beel closed his eyes, the night before flashing in his mind.

The man took a finger and lightly traced MC's lips, suddenly receiving a sleepy giggle from the human.

Cause as soon as I close my eyes

Brings me back to my temple in between those thighs

My mind does a full eclipse

And the world dissolves while I'm worshiping your lips

"Hey..." She smiles sleepily at the angel next to her.

"Good morning, beautiful." He slowly stroked her cheek, like he was trying to memorize every little detail from her skin's softness to the exact placement of her freckles.

Even after last night, he still felt the need to trace every inch of her body, leaving kisses along the way till he lands at the spot she truly wants his attention with.

The angel still felt like he could taste her on his lips and it just made him want more of her. What his man wouldn't give to just ask her for another taste, for permission to pray all of his love for her down below, but he knew he had no time for it.

MC frowned before laying her hand against his chest.

"It's Sunday, isn't it?"

Beel pulled her to his chest and stroked her hair.

"Yeah..."

He had to go home before anyone knew he was gone; before Lucifer could even suspect what he was doing now.

Father, son, and the holy ghost

I'm trapped with the people that I love the most

Bad things happened to angels who broke the rules, especially the major ones like...falling in love with a human.

Romantic love was forbidden in the Celestial realm, especially with anyone from the other races. No love is allowed to be greater than your love for Father. His family...they wouldn't understand this; they wouldn't understand the intense love he felt for this woman or why he'd risk his life to stay with her.

If Lucifer found out...he'd keep Beel locked up in the Celestial realm. He'd keep his younger brother's secret in order to protect him, but would never let him return to his love's side.

No matter how much he loved Lucifer and his other siblings, he couldn't sacrifice MC for them. This gentle and loving human had awoken something in him, something he could never let sleep within him again.

She completes him. How could he ever let his family steal him away from her?

"When...when will you be back this time?" She asked softly from within his arms.

"I...I don't know." The man started to draw circles lightly on the back of her shoulder. "At least a few days."

MC buried her face in his chest and he kissed her hair.

If he had a choice...Beel would worship this woman for the rest of his life. He no longer wishes to pray to and revere his Father, the One who decided such a relationship with his love was too great of a sin to forgive.

How could loving someone so soft, so caring be a bad thing? The angel once tried to convince himself of it, but no longer. This woman was more angelic than even him and this love between them made him feel a fullness within him that he had never known.

He needed her like he needed air to breath and food to eat. And knew she felt the same way.

I kneel at the shrine

I eat from the vine

Drinking your wine

I'm feeling your spine

Bending to my design

And it's all mine

I'm begging you for one more crawl

I wanna feel your waterfall, fall

Beel heard the human sniffle before she pulled back from his chest.

"I'll miss you..." She said tearful. "I wish you didn't always have to leave."

"I know." He rubbed her back. "I leave so I can always come back you to though."

The woman nodded and he kissed each tear that fell from her eyes, kind eyes that have pulled him towards her since they both met.

He hated leaving her, but come hell or high water, he will always find his way back to her. Always. And he needed to because this man could not even imagine how to live without her again.

He will do his time back in the Celestial realm, praying that everything lines up for him soon to safely make his way back to her.

For now, he gave her a long, sweet kiss before leaving her bed and heading out to her balcony, where he released his wings

and flew away, to the home that no longer felt like home.

Rating some of the jewelry on Oz

Ryan O'Reily: Classic golden cross, simple and sleek. The snake chain adds a certain elegance while still being a respectable thickness. 8/10

Chucky Pancamo: Gold rope chain with a boxing glove pendant and diamond inlay, later joined in season 5 by a gold medallion with a boxer or strongman depicted and switched over to a thick paperclip type chain. The pendants give charm bracelet. A little kitsch but the heavy gold never drowns him bc he's a big guy. 7/10 for the early season look. 5/10 for the later season jewelry. The chain type didn't suit the double pendants imo.

Kareem Said: Multicolored, polished wooden beads with a light green tassel pendant. (Above-left: s4, right: s6) The necklace originally looks quite well-made and taken care of. By s6, after Said breaks the string in anger, it appears that the necklace was remade on a shorter string: the beads have been forced tighter together, the once beautiful tassel is a darker color with the strings matted and tangled. 9/10 in the original state. 5/10 in the remade state. The beads are still nice.

Kenny Wangler: Dog tag even though his ass was NOT in the military (not that I would award points if he was). Kind of looks like it's not even on a beaded chain, but I can't really tell. 3/10. Know yourself.

Burr Redding: Possibly leather/rope string with long wooden beads. Wooden face/mask pendant attached by metal clasp. Don't like the size of the pendant with the length of the necklace but it matches the vibe. 6/10

Raoul Hernandez: Honestly I couldn't get a good look at what the pendant depicts. It appears to be a woman in a skirt standing over something with a ruby inlay incorporated into it in the lower left. Strung on a thick rope chain. Very pretty. Very big. I appreciated the commitment. 8/10. Special side shout out to John's crazy huge (presumably) Virgin Mary necklace on the herringbone chain. Big theatrical Catholic energy, probably the way it should be. 9/10 for John.

Chico Guerra: My guy started wearing chains near the end of s4, coming out the gate with a thin golden rope, moving on to a cuban chain for s5 and then switching to a figaro chain in s6. This really just comes down to preference of chain type bc he never has a pendant. I love rope chains because they're pretty uwu but the cuban chain feels more expected of Chico. Figaro chains look cheap to me and also don't think I didn't see him rip that thing right off his neck in the laundry room. In order: 8/10, 7/10, 5/10.

Jia Kenmin: I have ranted about this previously but this mad man is wearing a highly breakable piece of jade on a single long red string while he jumps around and stands upside down. The pendant from what I could tell in other close ups depicts a dragon, and the color of the jade is nice and pale. Should've been on a braided string or placed on gold. That string is pure arrogance. 7/10.

Jorge Vasquez: We got a rosary cross and a giant metal (maybe gold but probably not) Puerto Rico pendant on a densely beaded string. The rosary on its own is very nice—dark beads along a metal chain. The Puerto Rico necklace clashes completely with everything, but then again, this guy has every single finger and his wrists taped like he's about to start rock climbing or doing jiu jitsu or something, so who can really know what's going on in his mind? 7/10 for the rosary. 2/10 for the PR necklace. I respect repping the heritage but that thing is truly ugly.

Johnny Basil as "Mobay". Of course this dumb dumb also has a rope necklace with a puka shell on a clay bead pendant with Jamaican flag color beads. I wonder where his cover is supposed to be from... 6/10. A bit tacky looking but simplistic enough to not offend the eyes.

The One Time I Wasn't There - Part 2 (Repressed Feelings)

The room came into startling color as TJ's head slipped from his hand, and his eyes went wide when someone yelped at the other end of the room.

As he readjusted his glasses, the blurred figure turned into a sad-looking 28-year-old with glasses and his iPad in hand.

"...Morning, Ryan." He sighed as he sat up, running a hand through his hair.

The younger man blanched.

"Did I wake you up? Aw, man."

Getting up, TJ felt his pockets for his gun, and affirming it was there, straightened up to face his colleague, shaking his head no.

"..How is she doing?" Ryan asked finally, his eyes looked red and puffy. "I just couldn't sleep last night, thinking about it after I went home, you sitting there, taking all the blame, when it was me who couldn't even disarm one guy."

TJ exhaled slowly, coming to rest his hands on Ryan's shoulders.

"Ryan, I know how easy it is to blame yourself when things like this happen. I do it all the time. But no matter what we feel about this, her...everything-" he paused to gesture around the room as Ryan looked confusedly at him, "we have to remember that this job, being a part of the squad comes with danger and risk. And you know as much as I do, as Cora did, that when you pass that exam, when you say 'yes', you are acknowledging that you could be injured or worse."

The other detective didn't answer for a long time, instead slumping down to the floor.

"She's stable, though, so." TJ shrugged, walking back to Cora's side, the back of his hand brushing against hers for a few seconds before he sat down, forcing his teeth down hard against his lip when it trembled.

He'd been over this too many times to count, and yet his mind still couldn't shake off what Cora Vasquez did to him.

"That's kind of rich coming from you.." Ryan replied, following the older man with a puzzled look in his eyes, setting his iPad down finally on top of the small duffel he had brought in the corner.

From the bowling alley they had competed at.

"I'm in too deep," TJ put simply, his gaze beseeching and helpless. "I love her too much, Ryan."

I’ve watched the third episode of the first season of “Pose”. It’s a Christmas episode – about all the Christmas stuff – presents, special events, family dinners and so on. Electra gets a huge change in her life – she’s offered “reassignment surgery” – to use a simpler language – vaginoplasty, but she needs money, so she and some of the members of her house rob some Christmas charity and while promising her girls presents, she pays all the money for her surgery. We get to see some much less pleasant events at the hospital. Pray Tell (Billy Porter’s character) visits his boyfriend and the dance teacher visits one of her best students. (Spoilers!) The next morning the student dies. This affects Damon almost directly because when he’s late to the dance lesson, he receives a tongue-lashing and gets kicked out until Blanca talks to the teacher again and then prohibits Damon going to the balls until he succeeds in his dance class and even though he’s furious at first, he agrees with her after all. Angel is pretty good at the dance floor and gets a prize on the Christmas ball, but isn’t that happy with her love life – Stan bought her a flat and promised to spend time with her and even come for at least an hour for Christmas. He even buys her a present… But then he doesn’t come and gives both presents to his wife after his boss came to his house while he was out, told his wife that Stan has a lover and tried to seduce her (but wasn’t successful in it), so on the Christmas morning Stan and his wife (her name is Patty) fight, but then he reveals both presents and tells that his boss isn’t the most honest person in the world (obviously) they reconcile. Angel, however, waited for him for almost the whole evening, but then joined her house and they had a nice family dinner everybody got the presents they wanted. The ending was very touching.
