Ambrosius rubbed his arm when they punched him and frowned a bit. "Ouch." He mumbled, giving a slight shrug.. "You truly did and you saved Ballistar, which I will never be able to repay you for. Are you doing okay?"

"Yeah how fucking dare you forget me!" Nimona punched his arm. Maybe a bit harder than she should have but they kept grinning at him. "Um well... after I exploded the canon... I needed some time to regroup. Then found myself here. But yes I am alive! Yeah saved your life didn't I!" They continued to tease him.

He couldn't help the soft smile on his face. "I'm really sorry for everything, Bal. No matter what happened, I never stopped loving you."

Ballister looks confused at first, then it switches to concern. "We did leave it on good terms. We were dating when I came here." He frowns. "In a hospital? Okay I think I need more information. Like why were you in the hospital? And you haven't been here very long then?" He sighs. "What do you remember?"

"Seems to be a common theme. Most people know me from the future." Peter sighed, it was hard to know about the future. Being told who he would end up being. "We will see, my civility depends on you." He replied simply. "I keep hearing about this scott kid. Don't know him myself. But fine I will not attack you." He couldn't make that promise if his sister ever showed. "I've noticed that as well. It's like when you get close to discovering why we truly might have come here, they decide to throw something at us. To where we are leaving ourselves second guessing." Chris hummed. "This city is starting to remind me too much of Beacon Hills."

"Oh I feel like that all of the time. I think it's pretty normal to feel that way and especially around here. Nothing about this town is ordinary" he said with a shrug. "Doesn't help that whenever I feel like I am getting closer to an answer something new happens"

"no?" jackson asked with laugh. "well that's a relief for you. what'd you have?" the other obviously didn't seem surprised at the term. they clearly had to deal with something.

"not at all, go for it." ricky told him with a slight nod. this was his second time at this bar, just recently turning 21 but he was not really a huge drinker. However, the atmosphere wasn't so bad. "i'm glad it's not so busy tonight. i don't think i could handle the crowd if it was."

first order of business, after pushing open the doors to whatever more or less respectable bar his feet had led him to, is taking off his glasses, fingers immediately coming up to rub at the bridge of his nose. been a day and a half. tired eyes blink as they try to adjust to the dimmed lighting. six months in and he's till exactly where he started - trying to unwind after a god-awful nine to five at this crappy local paper. man, he wished he could be one of those people that relaxed after a long day at work by cooking a nice, healthy dinner and going to bed early. but here he is, draft of his novel that he'll probably never finish under his arm, approaching the bar.
