The MC, Coco, Ross, and Nora have like, the most chaotic group/friend/found family dynamic of all time. You have:
No brain cells wannabe
Ross would fight anyone who even looked at the others wrong. He's the 'I'm the only one allowed to insult them' friend. It doesn't matter if he is a human and his friend is the Ruler of all Nexomon, he will size you up if you try to fight them.
Boy never thinks. Nary a thought runs through his mind. Yet, he sometimes makes the most philosophical comments at random times. And then Coco makes fun of him for it.
Someone plz help his Nexomon, they are one of four reasons he is even a functioning being.
Is the only human with a somewhat positive(?) relationship with Fenrir. Fenrir constantly belittles him but Ross just. Doesn't care at this point. And Fenrir respects that. Gets along fine with all of the other CoO.
Deena tries to mother him, Nora, and Coco. Ross is not very recipient to this. He thinks its awesome when she beats people's asses in battles though.
Curses the most out of the four of them. May not know much sign language, but MC taught him the curse word signs after years of asking. (All four of them can read sign language.)
The One with (almost) all of the brain cells
Nora is the only one who is capable of functioning on her own as an adult. Thus, she has to follow Ross around so he does not die. (The last time she left him alone he ran into New Ignita and was held captive by Mulcimer.)
The book she holds, which is a book on different species of Nexomon, is the last thing she has from her parents. The others understand this and never mess with it. They all read it sometimes when Nora gets sad.
Her Nexomon are just as smart as she is. She often lets them wander around when traveling around the world. They always come back to her, often with little gifts. (Rocks, flowers, and the like. One time it was a wild Maern though.)
Very respectful to all of the CoO, so they all think she is, at the very least, not to bad of a human. Nadine in particular like how she approaches problems. The only thing she thinks Nora needs to be is more assertive.
Deena's mothering was received best by Nora, who is not really bothered by all of the fusing. She asks lots of questions about everything. Nexomon? The guild structure? How the MC's powers work? The birth of Tyrants? Everything.
Nora is the only one other than the MC to be fluent in sign language. She learned alongside the MC and it currently trying to teach Ross more signs. It is not going great.
Sassy 4th wall breaking cat
Coco is the second most functional member of the group, but there is also a large gap in between him and Nora. Has to follow around the MC so they are not caught doing crimes.
Coco and Ross have antagonized each other since they were babies. At this point, it is their natural state.
Does not currently own any Nexomon, but all of the other three's Nexomon like him for some reason. He does not enjoy this when they are 3x larger than him.
Literally couldn't give less of a shit about how the CoO feel about him. Zetta thinks that the fact he is a cat is fascinating, and Coco wants him to leave him alone.
Deena is very hesitant with Coco, as he has already scratched Zetta three times. Coco tries to be nicer to her for the MC's sake. (but not all the time)
Coco can read sign language very easily, bit his paws were not made for using sign language. He tries to make up his own to accommodate, but it turns into a complex game of charades.
And a deer-wolf-thing with a spinning addiction
Simultaneously a sugar-sweet puppy dog and absolutely fucking feral. (And yet, is somehow more functional than Ross.)
Didn't really get along with the other kids at the Orphanage at first, except for Ross. Nora arrived a little later and Coco 'begrudgingly' began to hang out with all of them.
Their Nexomon adore them, even more than Coco. Ross and Nora's Nexomon also adore the MC. In fact, most Nexomon adore the MC. All Nexomon adore the MC? (Not surprising in hindsight)
My personal human name for the MC is either Helie or Helios, in reference to the Greek Titan of the Sun. Solus, Omnisun, and Helie/Helios, Titan (or Tyrant) of the Sun.
Easily gets along with the CoO the best. Being their niece/nephew give them the privilege of annoying them constantly. The CoO don't mind it because at least it's something new, they have never has a new family member since Metta Luxa's birth.
Deena tries to simply be there for the MC, and she doesn't want to push anything onto them. (which causes her to redirect this energy towards Ross, Coco, and Nora). Grunda has unfortunately (according to him, anyway) ended up with a parental role as well.
Tries to split their time in between their human and Tyrant form. Typically uses Tyrant form to either chat with other Nexomon, get places faster, or for whatever stupid idea Ross or Coco has come up with this time, much to Nora's chagrin.
They are one the inherently chaotic groups I have ever seen in a video game and I love them.

Okay, guys, you want me to go on about the most pointless things?
Let's go on about Byeol (and a bit about Fane, I suppose), because I am going insane
Alright everyone, for those unaware, this is Byeol:
Tumblr media
This is a tyrant in Nexomon: Extinction, his name is Byeol. The problem about this, however.
He isn't a story tyrant, and this... Makes me very interested in him.
Amelie calls Tyrants super powerful Nexomon, but here's the thing. According to Coco, Jin blocked off the entrance to Fenrir's tomb so that no more Tyrants may be hatched
Lydia also says to go bother Nadine because of the egg, and keep in mind, the grass Tyrant is Tikala. A warden. Probably because Deena didn't necessarily want to add fuel to the fire
So then we are already established that Tyrants are probably always hatched.
... So then what of Fane and especially Byeol?
(And there's no Psychic Tyrants because... Solus would be too lil to bonk an egg, and nobody would ask a random kid to do so.)
Well, let's go with the easier one, in which I ask yet again, what's up with the Ghost type? I've wanted to throw hands about it for a long time.
(Ulzar says that the reason Nexomon are, well, a thing is because of the Children of Omnicron. So it makes sense, right? 7 children, 7 elements)
Psychic is a bit trickier because of the fact Mystogen exists. And if we're going of the fact Solus made the psychic type...
Putting a pin in that, rant for another day.
So... What of Ghost?
Well. That's not the point of the post and that's my motivation for writing Doubts.
But! Moving on, Fane. Well, with the assumption they come from eggs, well frick. There's no ghost primordial.
... Which is why I can't speak much of it. We can surely just blame Hilda
... Do you know who we have more of?
Byeol.
Well. Let's see then.
Byeol is a normal type in Palmaya, first and foremost.... We are back to James everyone, anyone who's talked to me isn't surprised
Hi new people, James is how we call the Nexolord on this side of the fandom, moving on.
Assuming that James isn't dead and we take into account this from Nadine:
Tumblr media
Well, who am I to argue with Nadine? (Granted, she could mean Grunda or Deena , but.)
.. So, in today's rant. Byeol and Metta, woooo.
First of all, he is in Palmaya(and later around the Orphanage as of the Abyssals but we can put a pin in that because, Abyssals) , which, is definitely not the frozen tundra
But, Merida is in the frozen Tundra, and Atlanta's Tyrant is frosty enough to argue Merida bonked the egg there.
.. So then, Palmaya's free, ey?
Well. That's interesting, further on, I am going to need to grab Metta for a moment
Tumblr media
Hello bowling ball, I still think you should be an Armodillo.
Moving on, see this man? Until his siblings he is, unfortunately, not an animal
My only logic conclusion, looking at this man(if we don't take my other James theory into account), is that he's supposed to be a kind of biblically accurate angel, just, ribbons not wings (Thanks for the association Azzie, your hands are red too)
... HMMMM who ELSE has wings and is a normal type...
... WELL THEN.
Additionally, I must point out, Metta has 7 ribbons. If we count the bottom pointy Byeol has he has 8.
... Well, it just happens an additional type is added this time, to bump it from 7 to 8(we already went over why I think Ghost might not count)
.. So then.
And. Well, let's look at it this way. Nivalis and Arqua, they don't look the same. Fona and Mulcimer, er. The closest we have is Ventra and Eurus.
... And, well, Solus and Nara, but surely not
... Byeol could've been a kangaroo or something, but instead-
They're both inanimate object things I can't make sense of. I know Ross said that he was just inspired to make a star thing, but-
... Hm.
What am I trying to say? Nothing really. At the end of the day these are coincidences, likely
Like, n3 protag and James both have a blue hair strand, but that doesn't mean they're like, immediately necessary related kind of thing
... Just makes you think.
(Also, this stated when I made a joking like toddler Byeol human version, and I saw the white hair and went like "...wait")

While I'm hoping to get ch 1 and 2 up, that'll be a while though. Still I have some important bits that I want to explore:
-While the Nexomon series always followed the silent protag scheme, I kinda want to make Luke (N:E protag) a bit more reactive to what's going on around him besides a few plot beats that will go right past his head. I imagine he has more of a puppy-dog personality whenever he's comfortable or quirky and very protective about his friends when the going gets tough (it'll be more of a slow burn before The Realization but there will be plenty of hints sprinkled about). And even if I also consider Extinction's story as "a new legend retold through the generations", I also wanted to tone down how many people know Luke's name unless he tells it (ie. writes it down on a notebook) or Coco/Nora/Ross introduces him, nor does everyone magically knows sign language (besides Deena, Mentor/Ulrich, and Luke's friends/siblings).
-Besides Luke canonically being mute, I wanted to mix up some aspects of the default avatar and the "alternate version" that seem pretty close to what the Omnicron fam have as a human disguise, namely the contrasting stripes of hair Luke would usually cover with his goggles. And another thing would be adding the little paw rings, star-like crest, and sharper teeth from Solus just because, and it will mostly culminate into Luke believing he has “birth defects” that make him the way he is and is pretty insecure about it (which seems harsh but Ulrich and family tries their best to give him more self-confidence).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
-More! Family! Fluff!
Even if Deena ran the risk of getting hounded by the Drakes if she simply breathed in Luke's direction story-wise, she will do everything in her power to be there for him emotionally and teach him the in’s and out’s of the Guild (which is a task failed successfully on her part the second Luke figures out she knows sign (an automatic friend to him)). Even if the Primordial Tyrants are mostly meant to teach Luke how to control the Tyrant of Light, they'll have their own way of showing their praise to him (positive or not); not to mentioning sprinkling in some Metta mentions/“lore” since he’s the uncle none of them want to talk about but actively seethe over since he’s one of many factors for causing this whole mess in the first place. Ulrich would definitely be the tough but caring mentor/uncle/pseudo father-figure that he was forced to be cause of Deena that unfortunately stuck to him over the years and not-so-subtly being the favorite out of all the other kids (not that he wants to admit it outright). And of course, Luke's "siblings"/friends would have a stronger bond outside of living together in the Orphanage (Coco moreso out of "jokingly" being monsters (Luke with his muteness and other "defects" and Coco being Coco), even if the Guild slowly drives them apart with the Tyrant shenanigans.
-The normal Tyrants have the same storyline (besides a few changes), but the Abyssals will have more of an air of mystery to the main story; whether they confused the Guild about their enigmatic motives, why their bones are all out of whack compared to what they really look like, or the main culprit creating these monstrosities over a millennium and never getting caught. And since Deena, Keith (aka. Ghost of Nexomon Past), and Hilda were directly involved with Venefelis/Salem; I suppose they would have some doubts if she finally changed for good as well as having some guilt about Salem staying in undead limbo since the punishment doesn't fit the crime at this point (mostly told by Deena). So out of the goodness of his heart (and the Guild coincidentally being notified of the disturbance), Luke takes the chance to break the curse and bring her back to the physical world...And then the Abyssal storyline begins.
-And finally with Byeol the mystery "Tyrant", the cheeky little cherub deserves more recognition and potential to impact the larger story. For example, if Byeol is considered a regular Tyrant, how was he created since his Primordial Tyrant (ie. Metta) was supposed to be dead and there isn’t a Renegade fighting to make him the new King of Monsters? How wasn't he targeted by the Drakes or even mentioned by the other Renegades since the Guild somewhat know about Byeol but know nothing about his motives or said Renegade? And if all that Venefelis/Salem did was stay trapped in Pinewoods for 1,000 years, how did she know about the Spencer family vaults and have a key, have a Perfect Berry despite not being able to eat as a ghost, and knowing everything about where the Abyssals were buried and Precursor Mountain? It's almost like she had some kind of accomplice to help her learn about the outside world and indirectly allow her plan her future revenge plot...
Other than that, I'll consider getting asks up if anyone’s up to anything Nexomon related. I have more than enough energy to ramble until Nexomon 3 finally starts coming out of the woodwork.

Just some Nexomon Refracted stuff...
Ok, first things first. New designs:
I finally made a Refracted design for Omnicron. Yey!
Tumblr media
Worst dad ever! He both emotionally and physically abused all his kids! Yey! They all hate him (except for maybe the Nexolord) and he keeps them in line through fear. :) He even pulled a Belos on Metta.
He might get a human form later on... :p
Just as a treat for me. :)
I also redesigned Nadine.
Tumblr media
I made her more smoll and dismissable, like a child, cause in this AU. She's very much ignored by the rest of her family.
She pretty much left the planet and her siblings didn't notice her disappearance until the last fight before the post game. (When they really needed her)
Also I gave her a pet!
Tumblr media
She has more of these around. They are her friends. :]
Made these two background characters for Parum.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The first one is Vahid and she is a standard guard, mainly stationed at the south gate of Parum. The second one is Nessa (short for Vanessa) who is an mechanic working on a very secret project (maintenance of Cadium). Nessa and Vahid are roommates along side ten other people in an apartment complex provided by the guild.
Decided to give Nuh (from my randomized run) a redesign and ad them to the AU.
Tumblr media
I also made this girl based off of the default female protagonist of Extinction.
Tumblr media
Her name is Alma which means diamond according to BehindTheName.com. In the story she becomes a tamer alongside Moss, Ross, Nora and Nuh. She becomes rivals with Atlanta and Nivalis (and Deena I guess) and then she becomes friends with Fenrir.
Tumblr media
She wouldn't take no for an answer.
I decided to rename and redesign Moss's friend (Nova). She's now Bo-go and looks like this. (Technicaly speaking, this is her previous design)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Bo-go is short for B023-G078.
She's named after a black hole :)

Cut scene from The Queen's Chorus (Nexomon Extinction Fic), ch. 4
I realized that this scene wasn't needed/ didn't fit in the chapter, so I figured I’d put it here. Fair warning that it's unedited besides the basics (spelling, simple grammar, etc.) There's no Extinction spoilers (and you don't really even need to have read any of my fics in the series, just that Regina is the name of the game's protagonist), it's just a short, (hopefully) cute Nora-POV background scene.
“This seems like a bad idea,” nine-year-old Nora stated. Beside her, Regina sighed.
“No it isn’t,” Ross argued. “Besides, all he does is sulk around. It’s been months, and the guy barely does anything!”
“Everyone needs a different amount of time” – Mentor. Ri wrote.
The orangette rolled his eyes. “All bark and no bite. Both him and this Co-“
“What are you doing?” All three kids jumped, Regina almost spilling their peace offering in the process.
Their ‘target’, the orange feline who’d shown up on the orphanage door step a few months ago, was glaring at them. Coco’s tail was flicking at a rapid pace and his ears were low, almost pressed against his head (neither a great sign, according to the cat behavior book she’d found in the ‘library’). “Why are you bothering me?”
“Why are you being so bitchy?” Ross shot back. Nora facepalmed into both hands and Ri dropped her head onto the pinkette’s shoulder. The orangette swiped the cup containing their peace offering, thrusting it at the feline. “Just take it and stop being more grumpy than the old man.”
Coco glared at the offered cup. “…You don't think it’s kind-of speciesist, assuming a cat likes milk?”
‘Yes’, Nora winced. But none of them had any better guesses.
“That’s your fault for being so closed off”, Ross scoffed. Regina raised her head, muttering something as she started to write-
“Don’t bother”, the orange cat said. “None of you are quiet.” Ri dropped her board, saying something along the lines of ‘can you hear me?’ if the pinkette was remembering Miss Flora’s lip reading lessons correctly.
Coco flicked his ears. “Like I said, none of you are quiet. She's pretty close, but, yeah”, he shrugged, twitching his ears again, “cat.” He then glanced over at Nora, “and you were right, by the way. You would have had better luck with tuna sandwich.”
(If anyone is interested by this little scene, here's the link to the actual fic. It's a collection of alternative POVs from AooS [also linked below] and scenes not in the game. Chapter 4 should be up sometime this week, as the 1st draft is almost done.)
And here's the link to the first fic - A narrative of the Nexomon: Extinction:

I think the main draw Nexomon Extinction has over its main competitor Pokemon (Which btw what a fucking power move to put it on Switch) is that the game very pointedly doesn't lock you behind shit.
Yes, there is some shit you can only do by proceeding with the plot, but this is still a fairly open open world in the end. After you finish the Tutorial you pretty much become master of your own destiny here, you can follow the story and go to Parum to become a Guild Tamer (IE Mercenary Cop), or you can literally explore several different zones between the Outland, the Tropical Island, the Ghost Forest and so on. I was half expecting the game to rail road me away from it with Coco going "You know Y/N, I think we should get going back to the main plot" yet EVERY TIME I was expecting him to do that, he literally went almost immediately "Then again you know what? Fuck the plot, fuck the writers, If you want to explore let's do it, the world is our goddamn oyster... Or whatever Nexomon relative to it we have."
This game feels like a D&D Adventure but half the party (Nora and Ross) split up to do their own thing and the other half (The Player and Coco) is doing plot related shit but they are doing it as un-railroady as possible so the DM has to come up with new shit on the fly to fill in the gaps of them exploring stuff they are not supposed to yet with "Uuuuh... Ok, there's a mailman here, they... Someone stole his letter, help him out!"

So! Nexomon Extinction! I know some people just write it off as a rip off Pokemon game but they are missing out. First, we know something strange is going on with our character from the start. We see part of the endgame at the fucking start. One of the biggest ones! We know we're likely betraying the guild somehow before we even pick our first Mon.
Second, the self aware and fourth wall breaking characters (particularly Coco but others do it to and I love it). There are plenty of funny moments from just this that add a little bit of light heartedness and humor to what would otherwise be a dramatic and serious game.
Third the story! Yes the story! It's like right out of a fucking anime or manga (please tell me they'll make an anime for this some day just please). The fun, the adventure, the tenseness, the drama, the twists, the sadness and betrayal! All of it! So. Good.
Actually interesting NPCs. Sure there seem to be some straightforward ones like Ross but they all have edges and complexity! Amelie and her desire to leave a legacy more than despair and loss and her twisted ways to accomplish that. Edward and his seeming straightforward and smart design that also shows moments of compassion and impulsiveness. Xanders with his brute strength and hatred of dragons and his past of despair because of tyrants.
All of them are amazing!
Next the Mons themselves! Sure some of the designs are weak and the names for a few could be better but most of them work so well! You can see the Pokemon inspiration and the way it's different!
The areas! The very diverse and well designed areas! From the submerged city to the Drake Islands and the Immortal Citadel and Lateria and Ignita! All of them are so well done! Even the obviously destroyed and abandoned areas are well done and you can see hints of the places they used to be!
The mostly open world of it all! Sure you can't go everywhere unless you advance the plot but you can get pretty damn close. Even right at the start of the game before you even join the guild you can explore plenty of different areas and aren't shoehorned or forced to complete the plot immediately like Pokemon does!
Also the customization! You. Can. Customize. Your. Game. No hacks or downloads needed like for Pokemon! You can customize it from the start with the settings menu. You can do a Nuzlocke and the game will enforce it (not letting you revive your Mon or locking the save file if you fail with that option on). You can randomize freaking everything! Even the boss fights! And the items! All without additional downloads, paying for that specifically, or hacking it!
Finally the side quests! Most Pokemon games don't have side quests! Just NPCs wanting to trade Pokemon and an occasional merchant looking for a specific item. But Nexomon has so much more! You could trade items, give people nexomon they're looking for or even just deliver supplies or find a missing child! I love these little side quests to bits!
So to summarize...Nexomon (particularly Extinction which is the only one I played so far) is so much more than a Pokemon ripoff and it's not given enough credit or appreciation. And people should definitely try it before just writing it off as a ripoff of Pokemon when it can easily stand by itself on it's own merits.

Ya know what? Motivation can go a long way to defining and fleshing out a character.
Knowing why someone does something helps them be memorable, be realistic, and be likeable. Not having a motivation can make them feel bland and stale. Characters suffer from not having a motivation. Case in point: Nexomon Extinction.
Let's go over the positives first. Amelie and Vados both have clear motivations, end goals, and reasons for their actions. They want humanity to live on without the constant threat of Tyrants. It makes them compelling.
However, on the opposite side of the spectrum, Nora and Ross have nothing. Why do they want to become tamers? We don't know. Why do they want to stop Tryants? You are just meant to assume that it's because 'Tyrants are bad :('. That's not compelling. It's boring, and no amount of funny quips or personality can save a character from having a boring story. So....
I gave them motivations myself. And it was pretty simple.
Ross
Ross' parents lived in the westward district of New Ignita, where the housing was less stellar. Ross himslef was a excitable child, depsite barely having turned one. They were making ends meet, but things were... stressful. It became all the more stressful when the entire district was forced to evacuate due to a Tyrant threat. The fire Tyrant of the time (a couple before Mulcimer) had appeared close to New Ignita, specifically the west district. As they were evacuated, they received the news that the entire district was destroyed because the Tyrant got into a fight with the fire Greater Drake, Dracoon. Fed up with everything, Ross' parents decided to leave the continent and start their lives anew somewhere else. They left everything behind at the desert outpost, shoving all of it into the Guild's hands. Even their own child ended up in the hands of a Guild Tamer.
And thus, Ross began to blame the Tyrants for his parents abandoning him. He also began to despise the way they headless destroy human settlements. He also became grateful for the guild tamer who brought him to the Orphanage. Thus, his reason for becoming a Guild Tamer is secure.
Nora
Nora's parents were well known scientists, having put a lot of time and effort into the study of Nexomon as a whole. They had moved to the edge of the Immortal Citadel. Nora, at six years old, adored her parents and wanted to be just like them. Then, the Plant type Tyrant (the one before Tikala) started to move towards Parum city. Nora's parents, ever the observers, noticed that the long spines on the Tryant's back were hollow, and they were probably used to secreate some sort of poison. They then told Nora to stay in the basement as they went to go tell the Guild's front lines. As soon as they had arrived however, the Guild had pissed off the Tyrant to much, and it had started to throw a tantrum and released a poisonous gas into the air. 36 people died due to this gas, including Nora's parents. Nora was found 3 days later near her destroyed house. The only reason she survived is because her parents sealed the basement to prevent external gases from getting in. Deena was found outside of the rubble of her house, and it appeared that a large nexomon had dug her out and freed her. She was found surrounded by fresh flowers.
Nora wanted to join the Guild to study Nexomon, specifically Tyrants, so that what happened to her parents never happens again. While she doesn't have any active hate for Tyrants, Nora struggles with panic attacks and anxiety relating to the powerful Nexomon. Another, smaller goal is to find the Nexomon that saved her from the rubble of her former home.
Xanders
And thus, the stage is set. With both of these backstories and, more importantly, these motivations not only will Nora and Ross be more compelling, but the plot will also take a small but noticeable turn. The player will not only feel bad after the confrontation in Lateria, but Xanders will also become more compelling as a result. Xanders as a character has a similar backstory to Nora and Ross, and he would probably use this to his advantage. He would taunt the player, saying that their closest friends would never support them if they knew they were a Tyrant. And, (hopefully) the moment all of your friends find out that you are a Tyrant on the roof would hit so much harder emotionally, only for all of them to still support you in the end.
Xanders now doubles as a foil for Ross and Nora. All three of them were raised in an orphanage because of a Tyrant getting rid of their parents, but Xanders let his hatred consume him, and he refused to move on. Nora and Ross, in contrast chose to move on and support their friend. And really, that's the compelling thing both of them needed.

Hoo boy! I wrote something! I actually wrote something! Haha!
I never write things!
(This is a fanfiction for my Nexomon AU)
Adventure log, Searching for Royalle city:
17/5 - 14
My phone battery has died so I'm now writing the log with pen and paper. Can already say, I hate it.
Not quite sure if I got closer or farther away from the city today. My compass has stopped working, it's as if it can't feel the earth's magnetic field anymore. Or perhaps it's just broken. At leat the forest provides plenty of fruits and berries.
18/5 - 14
I swear this forest just gets thicker and messier the deeper I go. The amount of wild nexomon I've been encountering has rapidly decreased since yesterday. (Which is both nice and slightly worrying.)
Found a dread lilly today. Which is more interesting than it sounds, I promise. These pure white flowers only grow in the Immortal Citadel and I am nowhere near that ghost town. I bet the scientists back at the guild will be thrilled at such a discovery! They have been trying to grow these flowers outside that hunted forest for a while now and if we can find what allows them to grow here we might be able to grow them at a lab! :D
Dread lilies are very poisonous so I made sure not to touch it. There was a skeleton hand that the flower was growing straight through the palm of. Because I didn't need to feel more unsettled by the plant, nope. Noooo sireeee.
19/5 - 14
I found the city!
or well I found a city
It's completely overgrown but the cracks and scars in the terrain are still underneath, you- I just had to look a bit closer to see them.
They weren't kidding when they said this place was abandoned. Yet why does it feel like I'm being watched?
I'm taking cover for the night in a small house right next to the treeline. Is it structurally sound? Probably no. But it's better than nothing. It must have been a previous storage room for a shop or something, the walls are covered in shelves with boxes full of different supplies, the floor is now covered in gravel, vines and broken pieces of whatever they sold. The inside mechanism kinda reminds me of a nexotrap. But it's a different shape from the ones I'm used to. These ones are flat and are kinda in the shape of those throwing stars that ninjas have. Might as well take a few to show to the guild once I'll get home.
Tomorrow I'll venture deeper into the city and if I find the so called mansion I'll know I'm in the right city.
-Ross

Hi so uh Nexomon decided to pop into my brain forcefully, and won't leave.
So if you're still into Nexomon are there any head cannons you didn't post yet?
Hi Anon! I've been swept up by a number of things, so have some small headcannons that have been cooking for a while!
The MC has been relegated to a special, hands off rank of grandmaster, AKA we are not giving a 14 year old a government job and (more) political power.
Coco is very done with ableists (with both two neurodivergent friends and one mute friend) so he will verbally attack anything that dare to approach him.
Ross has ADHD and Nora has autism. This fact makes all of the Children of Omnicron realize that they should also probably be tested (they were right).
None of the CoO except Deena understand how the newest technology works, especially Zetta, who has been underwater and running a secluded society for centuries. He doesn't need to know how shit works, that Derek's and Logan's job.
Wild and other Tamer's Nexomon act skittish, hesitant, and gnerally weird around Ross and Nora. It took them a while to realize that it was probably? because of how much time they have spent with MC and the CoO.
