Amir met Nora while at the market when he was in his early 20s, it was absolutely smitten for her as soon as it laid eyes on her. Amir didn't really believe in the whole love at first sight thing, but as soon as he saw that woman smile is when he knew that maybe it did exist

Amir never really talked to Nora. He was too nervous that he would be thought of as a creep. Catching glimpses of her was enough.

On the other hand, Nora knew about this man and his absolutely adorable fascination with her.

I headcanon that Nora is very emotionally intelligent, she knows how to read people, how to lie well, etc.

As soon as she started seeing this man everywhere it confirmed her thoughts, and she started to enjoy his company. Some people would find this creepy, but she knew why he stuck around so much, so they just found it cute :3

Nora was the first one to initiate a conversation, and poor young Amir didn't know how the hell to react

I mean, what do you do when this absolute masterpiece of a woman that you've been 'secretly' watching comes up to you and honestly just starts flirting?

Also, Nora is taller than Amir. Why? Because I said so.

Amir being the bisexual disaster it is was very stunned when the woman of his dreams walked up to him and started complimenting him and his 'pretty face'.

This woman's smile could kill him I swear

From there they became friends, and I swear they're inseparable. They do everything they can together

And so Amir (somehow) falls harder.

Amir was actually the one who asked Nora out !! It got a bouquet of their favourite flowers and very nervously asked them out

I swear Nora had to hold back from kissing him right there and then because she thought she would've killed him if she did.

They went on a date at a cafe they both like

have you read the Shaw brothers?

Not until you asked about it. I was going to read three chapters but I was with my friend and one of our pastimes is reading Episode stories together, so, since I saw your ask, we started The Shaw Brothers. We got extremely into it (15 chapters in one day; we’re up to chapter 22). While I enjoyed reading the story, I enjoyed it because it was thoroughly mediocre.

It’s just your run-of-the-mill Episode high school drama that was clearly written by a middle schooler. It’s purely manufactured drama. My biggest problem with the story is that the characters undergo complete personality changes between scenes.

April and Mason keep forgetting that they’re dating, and it drives me insane. For example, they’ll ask each other out for coffee and forget they’re dating.

Christopher has no consistency between scenes. He was originally the bad boy. He came back to school after being expelled. He smoked cigarettes, but other than that, we never saw him do anything bad for the first 20 or so chapters. He was just edgy. Then the author said he wasn’t expelled, and that he quit school to help pay for his mom’s cancer treatment. And then the author went back to saying he was expelled because he has a codependent relationship with his psychopathic twin sister. Also, he and Mason (and April and Austin, for that matter) didn’t remember having a sister even though she was abducted—I mean, sent away—when they were 12.

The plot is so obviously based on TV shows the author watched, particularly Friends and The Vampire Diaries (with a hint of One Tree Hill). The author even admitted in the script that the whole Miss Rosewire plot line is based on TVD. Summer and Austin’s romance is contrived from Friends. The Shaw Brothers is a whole extra layer of unoriginal.

The characters are speak the same way. For example, they all call each other “kids.” I understand if just the “dad friend” did that, but they all do. The dialogue in general is laughable. They all say things that don’t make sense for the situation.

The directing isn’t bad. The author has an understanding of sound, coding, spot placement, pans, and zooms, which improve the reading experience.

Although I find The Shaw Brothers entertaining, by no means do I think it’s good. It’s Episode trash—exactly what you’d expect to find on Episode. If you enjoy reading Episode stories in a group setting or while tipsy, this is the story I’d recommend for you.

on the Meta level (mostly because I don’t think I can legally reference the characters in-universe) superheroes like Batman and The Punisher. people who were wronged and then dedicated their lives to making things right. in-universe there’s this person known as Que. She is a master at all forms of combat, stealth, tracking, computer programing and has for the past 30 years been operating in the shadows disrupting and taking down large-scale crime syndicates and tyrants, her motivations are unknown as she was never unmasked but the idea of her was something that inspired rose and so when her adoptive parent decided to help Rose find some form of justice for what happened to her parents they came to the idea of her becoming a vigilante in the ilk of Quelink to base

Amir still dreams about her and their child. He also thinks about the garden they had. I like to think that every so often it'll ask Brimstone if it can go back to Morroco and take care of the garden. Of course, it's mostly gone. The house they lived in is pretty abandoned, and the plants are mostly wilted.

Except for one rose.

A flower that is growing in harsh conditions. Not even he knows why it's still alive. He's thought about asking Skye about it, but no. Too risky.

Nora always liked roses, they were her favourite flower. He even went as far as to nickname her 'Polyantha', a name he still thinks about on a daily basis.

Oh, how it misses its lovely polyantha.

Nora is a kind soul, though she can be genuinely terrifying if you tick her off enough. Amir has no shame in saying this is part of the reason he fell for her

They used to have a garden together! They would take care of the flowers and different plants there. Nora knew more about how to take care of plants than Amir, but he'd still try to help out. (Honestly idk why I associate Nora with roses and flowers in general so much but let me have this okay)

Cypher helped Nora make her own gadgets!! I actually made descriptions for some of these abilities as if she was in the actual game but they're too similar to Deadlock's abilities HELP

They have their fair share of pet names for each other. Nora calls Amir things like 'Beloved', 'Dearest', etc. While Amir calls Nora things like 'My Polyantha', 'Rosebud', 'Jewel', etc :3

Nora has Amir's face memorized. (I make myself cry.)

Amir sold information before Valorant, and when it would leave the house Nora would give it a kiss on his way out. Usually, when he comes back he's very paranoid, so to calm his nerves Nora would put on some music and ask him to help them cook :)

Sometimes when Amir comes home he sees Nora dancing with their little one, this is something he has burned into his memory.

15. Who do they hate the most? Rosewire, when she was 4 some dude broke into her family’s house it went kinda wrong he ended up killing her parents. their face is scarred in her brain and finding them and doing... something is their main motivationTechna-Angel, idk if she can bring herself to directly hate individuals more the concepts and systems they represent. She’s too empathetic to try hate human beings. But she does hate the idea of Tristan and the things he lets happen (and does actually does but she doesn’t know he’s the guy in the red mask)

Rosewire, in a way. she’s used to having an idea of the situation she’s in. she knows who’s she’s going face, where, how to punish them. Being without prep, and fighting an empty canvas or somewhere she hasn’t done recon is unnerving to her.Techna-Angel, fear excitement, it’s all adrenaline at the end of the day. the supernatural doesn’t exist in their universe and they’ve never been a believer in that stuff so they aren’t afraid of monsters in the dark. Since they started wearing their mask and doing hero stuff had a boost in confidence in scary situations. once you’ve beat up a building full of mobsters well tied to a chair near blind from tear gas you kinda feel like you could face anything.38. Have they ever been imprisoned? the way Rosewire’s thing was meant to work is it was a LiS style game with decision trees and outcomes and Rose’s personality shifts based on what you do. If you went down the route of seeking vengeance and being lethal and were shit at the game a lot the fail screens would be her getting caught and tossed in prison. There’d be like silent hill ends like if you were good at the game and did the right things and solved the challenges in decent times/ways you’d get good endings. One route might include her being caught and she has to break out and get back out before the guy has chance to leave the country. There might be a bittersweet end where Rose feels like all the things she’s done in the name of justice/revenge are over the line and turns herself but I haven’t thought of what would lead to that end yet.
