On Every Horizon by flowerdeluce 15551 words. After discovering how lucrative ‘publicity stunts’ are for the museum, McPhee organises a series of art exhibitions in the museum’s gallery. The installations are refreshed weekly, leaving Jed and Octavius only brief windows of time to explore each one.

Overworked by MaidenofIron157 1317 words. Octavius has been a bit run down lately. Jed has just the solution.

living beyond your years (acting out all their fears) by Riv_Styx 16447 words. Secret of the Tomb AU. Octavius doesn't make it out of Pompeii; angry and grieving, Jedediah goes home alone. Meanwhile, for Octavius, his whole world changes overnight. The new museum is thriving on the magic of the tablet, but it's not where he belongs. It's going to be a long way home.

Still my favorite Due South fanvid ever. There is something so soft and beautiful to it. The matching of the song and Ray and Fraser. About hope and the bridging of distance or differences and being together and someone to see you and be there for you. That’s their pair to me.

“feel so fucking good.” river ground down against the strap you wore, chasing her high like her life depended on it. she held your hands loosely above your head, her other on your stomach for some sort of support.

your eyes drifted from hers to the sight of her cunt taking your strap so greedily. you wanted nothing more than to reach out and hold onto her hips. a loud whine leaves your lips at the feeling of river twisting your pebbled nipple between her fingers. you arch your back off of the bed, eyes snapping up to meet rivers. hers are stern, eyebrows furrowed as she stared down at you.

“eyes on mine.” her tone is so strong and unfaltering, you cant help the pathetic whine that leaves your lips.

“m’ sorry,” you mumble out, struggling to keep your hands in place. “can i please touch you now? please, just wanna.. fuck-“ the harness rubs against your clit just right, your eyes rolling back at the feeling. another tug at your nipples has your eyes snapping back to meet hers. “please, riv. just wanna touch you.”

she rolls her eyes, but the way her hips stutter and her bounces on your strap get messier, you know shes close, you know she’ll need you to finish. she doesnt say anything for a few moments, her nails digging into the skin of your wrists, before she lets go entirely. she holds herself up with the hand that once held yours. your still for a moment, waiting for her to tell you what to do. a warm liquid slides across the skin of your stomach. you look down to see a small pool of spit. heat rushes to your core, your eyes snap back up to river’s, eyebrows raising in surprise.

“what, are you stupid?” she spits, “fucking touch me.” you dont waste another second, your hands holding onto her hips to guide her to her high. your thumb rubs tight circles around her swollen clit, a loud moan leaves her lips and her lips hips stutter.

before you know it, shes coming undone. her thighs shaking ever so slightly as she comes down from her high. your mind races a million miles an hour. did she really just spit on you? and did you kind of.. enjoy it?

Once Was Lost - The start of it all. I still “enjoy” the feeling that the inevitable approach to the gallows gives.

To Tame A Tiger - We are all miss Blaseball, RIV, and all that. I wasn’t as active as I would’ve liked, but I’m still proud of this piece, and how it gives a bit of character to an underrepresented player.

Future Past - While Once Was Lost is the start of things, this is where a little of the meat of the story starts coming into play.

Pulling Loose The Threads - Escalation is the name of the game here, and shows a solid link to the established canon, which I’m always wary about doing.

Holiday In Eorzea - Not just a Dead Kennedys reference! This is easily the most ambitious thing I’ve written to date, and it’s far from over. The sad thing in my mind is that it comes after a lot of other parts that are yet to be written. But sometimes, stories have their time and demand it.

There's no doubt that this makes the list for me. It was my passion project for a year, and one of the best things I have ever written imo. A modern day reincarnation au, I had a lot of fun writing Professor Merlin, an Arthur without his past memories, and the beginning of magic's return to the world. Still up in the air if I'll get around to a sequel, too

A magic reveal gone wrong, this one likes to live in my head all the time! Friends to enemies to friends to lovers, my first dive into the enemies to lovers trope and what really made me see the potential/appeal of it.

That Man Is Not Truly One The Witcher, M, 16.8k

One of my favorite witcher fic tropes was the inhuman Jaskier trope as a way to explain why he wasn't aging. Then, when playing TW3, some of those quest lines gave me the inspo to create my own. Does it have its flaws, yes, but I still love the idea regardless of the final result and love when people comment on it.

Because I Knew You (I Have Been Changed For Good) The Witcher, T, 20k

A modern AU I fell in love with. It features several popular romancing tropes, and has single dad Geralt showing rich brat Jaskier that not everything in life is covered in gold and on a silver platter. It's a fic that's important to me.

Wars Are Not Won Without Loss Mass Effect, M, 7.4k

Mass Effect really brings out the darker ideas in me lmaooo. This was my first MCD fic and as such, doesn't get a whole lot of attention. But god, the indoctrination theory was too good to let go of, and I love the emotions in this fic.

generally, it has been known that i am a huge conan gray fan and if you haven't listened to all of his music, you should. when superache came out, i listened to his entire discography on repeat for two weeks /srs

ok so apparently TV is trending or smth, but i dont give a shit about that. i am obsessed with these songs. i've been listening to them since they came out, and they're beautiful. soft and aching and i love them.

i know that half of the songs on this album were super popular, but the other songs are really good too and if you haven't listened to this album you definitely should.

ok this artist is really talented and sososo creative. like oh my god this whole thing is kind of genius. my favs are Rule #21 and Rule #13, but they're all really good. it's kind of different and a lot of the songs really differ from each other but that's what i like about it all.

and i really like renforshort. i like most of her songs, thats why im not putting anything super specific, although my fav is probably "i drive me mad".
