#kingdom hearts dream drop distance #khddd #la cite des cloches #scenery #my gif #the battle music that plays here creates such a cool and grand atmosphere #i'm so used to spending most of my time in the town or at the cathedral that i forget how dark and gloomy this world can be #sora has to walk past thousands upon thousands of skeletal remains and we don't even get a single cutscene of him reacting to any of it #but i like that there are at least some big open spaces that let you go crazy with flowmotion and climb up the tall buildings and towers #and that you can actually climb up the cathedral from the town square below #but one of my favorite parts in the whole game is playing through riku's side of the story in this world #i love the themes it explores and the insight it provides for his character. so good

Dude, XIV is great and honestly amazing and astounding. The dude makes long term plans that are well planned and have clear steps and back up plans like its his morning work out and he has the confidence to just go with it but holy shit - even when I'm involved and I agree as he makes it the sheer pace at which he gets shit done is astounding.

Like he communicates and I communicate back and it was according to the plan but XD

I'm just here with mild dissociative jet lag going "wait hold on catching up" despite being co-con the whole time cause in his like two hour sitting he planned out a like general three year career plan and multiple sub-plans to work on and immediate next steps for said sub-plans and also decided to rescedule our bottom surgery consult for 1) more time to process things to have an effective discussion and 2) take the GRE cause there was a discount???

And I totally agree / agreed to all those decisions and plans because honestly getting the GRE out of the way sounds nice and its on a sale and its a good use of the weekend + we have such low testing anxiety its like whatever

But like XD I get back out here and I'm just hit with the "we are GOING" and Im like Oh SHIT ok

Like I was right there chatting with him and Im just like 'holy shit man you move so fast and confidently' and thats coming from me who also tends to love making progress on shit Im just like DAMN ok

Like our system really isn't short on self confidence, independence, and goal setting parts and energy - but where the HELL did he get so much

.... he did just comment "This is always how we are. You want something and I come and make it happen. You make the vision, I make the mission."

And like... yeah its just been a minute XD
