Browsing the winter collection at my local bookstore like... 😂 I mean, sure, the books don't come with built-in heaters, but who needs warmth when you have the heat of a good plot twist?
My book buying addiction is getting out of hand. 😅 #booksbooksbooks #bookstagram #book #books #booklover #booknerd #booknerdproblems #readerlife #readerproblems (at King's Lynn, Norfolk) https://www.instagram.com/p/CgXcrCgDCBr/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

2023 Is My Year of Advanced Review Copies - This year is my year of ARCs, and in the excitement of receiving something in exchange for an honest review, I went a little overboard and committed to many.

This year is my year of ARCs, and in the excitement of receiving something in exchange for an honest review, I went a little overboard and committed to many. Add that to the Bookstagram Challenges I want to participate in, and you have a book frenzy. I don’t mind. I’m happiest when I’m lost in a book. 😉
To keep my head straight, I’m doing something similar to what I’ve done to track my reading…

QOTD: Do you prefer reading physical books or ebooks? It's been a while since I've posted a #shelfie. I'm proud and ashamed to report not much has changed from my last shelfie. Proud, because that means I've somehow managed to not go crazy with buying books. Ashamed, because not many changes also means I haven't managed to read that many books that I already own - the bottom shelf houses all the books I've read. — [Image description: My overflowing bookshelves.] . . . ⚔ challenges #AllTheBooksJul22 [#ShelfieSunday] #booklife #bookhoarder #allthebooks #readingforpleasure #bookishcommunity #readerproblems https://instagr.am/p/CgIlmP1skZ1/
Q: What's the longest reading slump you've ever had? As a mood reader, I experience slumps fairly regularly. I'm in one right now. I finished The Traitor Queen two weeks ago and have had no idea what I want to read since. I've started three or four different books because I can't settle. Two weeks isn't my longest slump though. No, that honour goes to the year long reading slump of 2010. I still read... kind of. I probably flicked through more books than I read. And then there was 2018. I was doing a veterinary internship then and yeah.... not a lot of time reading. That year was the first (and only) year I didn't meet my Goodreads goal. //CHALLENGES// #BDMAR22 - Prospective TBR #adarkershadeofarc22 - TBR #BookishBellesMar22 - Man With A Plan: TBR #MyFandomObsessionsMar22 - The Final Empire: #tbr //HASHTAGS// #ToBeRead #bookwormproblems #bookworm #readerproblems #booksta #bookstagrammer #bookaddict #booklover #tbrpile #booknerdigans https://www.instagram.com/p/CamdTOCv6V_/?utm_medium=tumblr
