RAVEN REYES — dating her includes...
fluff
Tumblr media
author note: sorry if any of this is inaccurate, i seriously need to rewatch the 100. anyway i have nothing but love for my space walker<3
this is kinda all over the place okay !!
Tumblr media
raven is such a sweet person to date but has some serious jealousy issues
shes also protective
at the start, she has such major trust issues because of finn
but you're patient
shes quite insecure about her leg, and her scars
but you're always happy to tell her how badass she is and how cool they are and how beautiful she is
raven absolutely melts if you kiss her scars
or just kiss her anyway to be honest
shes such a softie for you
you always do her ponytails for her
you absolutely despise finn for breaking your girl's heart, but after his death you have some sympathy
at first you don't get along with clarke too well either
but once you see that raven has forgiven her, you start to warm up to her
don't even get started on murphy !
most arguments that the two of you have is because she is overworking herself
because she has been let down so much in her past, she is reluctant to trust you and allow herself to love.
she is also nervous that you will leave her, or even as unlikely as it is to happen, you cheat on her like finn did.
therefore, if she sees you talking to someone and they're flirting with you, she starts to get that pit in her stomach
she can't even bare to watch
she goes and sulks until you find her
even then she has a cute pout, until you kiss it away.
you're constantly amazed by how smart she is
always showing your girl off
god knows she deserves it
she is reluctant to let you leave camp, especially on dangerous missions that she can't go on
she is just so so scared that something will happen to you and you won't come home to her
of course tho, you promise to be careful and to always return to her.
you teach her some self defense and knife skills
because you're also worried for her
if she gets in a situation where its fight or flight, nd she can't run, you need her to know how to defend herself
however, raven feels sure that you would never allow something like that to happen
you feel the same, but just in case you were separated
she loves flirting with you
even if you have been in a relationship for years, she loves it
however, as much as she can dish it out, she can't take it to save her life
one tiny compliment from you and she is a blushing mess
you absolutely revel in it
raven adores it when you randomly visit her during the day
when you bring her food or just visit because you miss her
especially when she can tell you all about what she is working on, and you're just so in awe of your genius girlfriend
her favourite love languages to receive are physical touch and words of affirmation
her love language is mainly acts of service <3
altogether, the two of you are such a power couple

The fierce and broken
Pairing: Raven Reyes × reader
Warnings: Mentions of smut, swearing
Chapter: 3.01
Soon as the door to your room is closed, you peel the sweaty vest top from your body and toss it to the side. The whiteness of it had long faded into a light yellowish stain, no doubt due to your body dripping of sweat at the end of each shift and the stour that seemed to constantly cover everything in Arkadia.
“Hey.”
You turn around to see Raven coming out of the bathroom with nothing but a towel. Although she’s smiling, you can tell she’s in pain by how her jaw tenses. It was a short distance between the bedroom and bathroom, but it took a lot out of her to walk it without her brace. Since the explosion at the dam three months prior, the pain in her hip had increased, but Raven was in denial about how bad her injury was and was refusing to talk about it. She sits on the edge of the bed, the wetness from her long hair dripping onto the bed. Although she was smiling, Raven appeared exhausted.
“You okay?”
“I’m fine, just tired.”
“Raven,” you sigh. Your girlfriend was the most stubborn person you’d ever met, and point blank refused to admit how much pain she’s in while walking. You step in front of her and ask, “Is there anything I can do to help?”
She grins, “well…” She hooks her fingers into the loop of your jeans and pulls you forward. “I can think of a couple of things that might help us both feel better.”
“Raven,” you moan as she starts to rub at your groin, putting pressure on all the right places.
She pulls you down and captures your lips with hers. She unclasps your bra, pulls it off your shoulders, and then tosses it to the side. Raven kisses your neck down to your breast and wraps her lips around one of your hardened nipples. She reaches for the zipper on your trousers, but you catch her hand. “Slow down, Reyes,” you giggle. “I need to shower before we go any further.”
She smirks, “I can join you.”
You do your best to plaster a smile on your face. Your girlfriend was the most beautiful person in the world to you, and we wanted her to join you in the shower, but we’re worried she’d hurt herself without her brace. Knowing that mentioning the pain in her leg would only piss Raven off, you kiss her on the lips and say, “You could or you could get comfy in the bed while I quickly wash the medical smell off me.”
Raven pauses slightly but shuffles up the bed. “I’ll wait, but don’t be long. You know I hate waiting.”
You both laugh at her response before quickly going for a shower.
You kiss Raven's bare shoulder. She was leaving soon to travel to Sector 7 for a mapping mission, but the thought of her going scared you since it was so close to the ice nation border.
“What’s wrong?” She asks.
“I just… This is going to sound stupid, but I feel things have been going well for so long. I guess I’m just waiting for the other shoe to drop.”
Raven brushes your hair out of your face. Since Mount Weather, you had become inseparable, Murphy was gone, Jasper was constantly wasted, and Bellamy was still trying to find his role in Arkadia since he was no longer a leader. You had developed a fear that something terrible would happen and you’d lose Raven as well. The only time you were focused on anything else was when you were working or training with Bellamy.
Raven sighs softly. “Nothing bad is going to happen.”
“Do you really believe that?”
“No,” she snorts. “But we can get through whatever bad shit happens as long as we have each other.”
You spent most of your day tending to minor medical issues, including coughs and colds, removing stitches, and dealing with contraception. You had been so busy that you hadn’t had the chance to find out exactly what had happened to Jasper on the mapping mission. Octavia only told you that they ran into three ice nation warriors, and Jasper made the situation worse, resulting in Raven and Miller killing the warriors to save their people. Hearing what happened made you feel physically sick.
Octavia also told you that the Ice Nation was looking for someone called Wanheda.
Seeing Jackson about to follow Abby, who was chasing a drunk Jasper out of the medical bay, you call out to him. “Jackson, hey!"”
He looked more stressed than usual and had large bags under his eyes. “Something wrong?”
“We are running short of supplies.” You pull a list and hand it to him. “I went through all our stores earlier, and we are dangerously low. We only have enough stitches for two minor cuts; there are hardly any painkillers left.”
You had reported this to Abby days prior, but she was so preoccupied with finding Clarke that she hadn’t noticed. Jackson rubs at his face. “What else do you still have to do?”
“I have four more implants to remove, but nothing to replace them with.”
“Okay, once you’ve finished, I want you to go around the camp and pull all the resources you can together. I’m going to need to talk to Kane about organizing another supply run. Thanks Alba.”
It looked like you’d be working another late night.

Walking Among Wolves: Chapter 3 - Half Moon
Little Snippet
“You are stupid Raven,” Anya sighed, she stood up from the bed and poured some fresh water from a clay jug in a small bowl and reached into her satchel that was attached to her belt. She pulled out some green leaves and some purple seeds.
“What have you got there?” Raven asked as she watched Anya crush them together and mixed them with the water creating some sort of paste.
Anya took her outside gear off and dropped it on the floor then grabbed the bowl of ingredients, she sat on the edge of the bed.
“I don’t know if it will help, but the purple flowers are good for the scent and then the green leaves are a medicinal plant, too much of it can make you…”
“High?” Raven offered and smirked when Anya looked at her amused.
“Yes, high is a good description.”
Anya scooped up the paste and rubbed it on Raven’s swollen knee. The carefulness with how Anya applied it was something Raven wouldn’t expect, Anya was gentle and rubbed carefully around the inflamed knee. The paste was cool and it was doing wonders for the throbbing pain.
“How does it feel now?” Anya was adding the last of the paste before rinsing her hands.
“Honestly, the coldness is helping,” Raven was surprised then looked at Anya, “Thank you, Anya.”

“Raven, can you do it?” You raised your eyebrow in surprise as you walked into the tent that your best friend Raven was in, noticing Finn.
“Of course she can,” You intervened, knowing they were talking about the bomb that needed to be placed on the bridge. You could easily guess that they intended on using gunpowder and the rocket fuel from the crashed Exodus ship to do just that.
“Y/N,” Raven said gently, with the subtle implication that you could tone it down a notch. “I can do it.”
The next thing you know, you and Raven teamed up to go extract the fuel. You knew how dangerous and risky it was, but you didn’t care. You hated watching how Finn treated Raven, and you hated even more watching Raven cry to you as she had to watch the man she fell in love with, slowly fall for someone else. As you both briskly walked towards the crashed ship, Raven looked over at you with sad eyes, looking down slightly as she started to speak.
“You know, he didn’t even hesitate when Clarke fell, it wasn’t even a split second, he just went.” She spoke, voice slightly trembling.
“Raven, you don’t deserve this. I know everything that he did for you on the ship, how much you love him, but I hate seeing you so hurt and torn up over him. You deserve someone who won’t lie to you, who only thinks about you, who will treat you way better than he can,” You replied gently, hoping what you said wouldn’t hurt her even more.
“I know, Y/N...” Raven trailed off, “He’s the one I want though.” You could tell from her face as she said that, that her belief of that was slowly fading away by the day.
You left the conversation at that, as you both arrived at the crashed ship. Raven asked you to stay back as she extracted the rocket fuel. She had her space suit on in the process, and you watched as she carefully filled the container she brought for the fuel. You’ve known Raven just about as long as she’s known Finn. Hell, you even knew about the spacewalk because you helped Finn coordinate it for her. You knew the Finn who was up on the Ark, and the Finn that’s down here now, falling in love with Clarke... you feel like you barely know him now.
You’ve had a crush on Raven for longer than they’ve been dating, but you couldn’t ever let her know because you knew she liked Finn. Despite that, you truly felt like she was spending all her time in the wrong situation now, and a part of you wished she would realize your feelings for her. You know you could treat her better than he can. You absolutely hated all the wasted crying when you should have asked her to be with you instead at the very beginning, before Finn got the chance to swoop in just to break her heart.
“I got it!” Raven exclaimed, snapping you out of your thoughts.
“I knew you would,” You smiled. “Let’s get back, we need to make that bomb and get it on the bridge fast if we want any chance at surviving.”
You got back to camp and Raven instantly went to work, and you helped out where you could to get it done in record time. From there, Raven explained how it would work to activate it to you, Finn, and Bellamy. It did use the rest of the gunpowder, but it was a hail mary effort so there would be more fighters.
“So, which one of you is planting the bomb?” Bellamy asked. You watched as both Raven and Finn hesitated, so you immediately stepped up.
“I will,” You said confidently.
“Y/N, I got it,” Finn replied, looking a bit nervous as he said it.
What’s he even trying to do, save face with Raven by looking brave? You rolled your eyes at his comment. Before you could say anything back, you noticed Bellamy’s nose start to bleed.
“Bellamy, don’t touch anything,” You said, backing up slightly as he noticed the nosebleed. You still weren’t sure if you were immune or not since you haven’t been around anyone exposed.
“Be ready to go in 10 minutes, I’ll get you a shooter,” Bellamy said, quickly leaving.
Finn left right behind him, not even saying a word to Raven.  She sighed, looking down sadly again as she started to get everything packed up.
“I could treat you better than that,” You muttered under your breath, absolutely irritated that Finn would leave without saying a word. You didn’t even realize you had said it out loud.
“What did you say?” Raven asked, looking confused.
“Nothing, just talking out loud,” You tried to play it off, unbeknownst to you that Raven had heard exactly what you said. “I’m gonna go check to see if Bellamy got a shooter, I’ll be right back.”
You left the tent quickly, embarrassed that you had even said that out loud, and even more embarrassed that Raven might have heard. You walked around camp, spotting Finn carrying off Bellamy to the dropship after what looked like a conversation with Jasper. You walked up to Jasper, confirming he was the only shooter not sick and that he was going with you to plant the bomb and detonate it. You didn’t even bother to wait for Finn as you went back to the tent with Jasper to grab the bomb from Raven. However, when you got back, the bomb and Raven were nowhere to be seen.
“Damn it!” You shouted, looking at Jasper. “Let’s go, she took the damn bomb herself.”
You ran after her, Jasper following behind at a slightly slower pace as you searched for Raven. You couldn’t slow your pace as you ran to the bridge, worried about Raven and hoping she was alright. You finally got to some cover right by the bridge, giving Jasper a minute to catch up to you. You could vaguely see Raven putting the bomb together, however, something seemed off to you. That feeling was confirmed the moment she collapsed right after putting the lid on the aluminum can.
“Jasper, stay here. When I tell you to shoot, blow it up,” You yelled, already running towards Raven to grab her.
You could hear the war drums off in the distance, getting closer and closer as you got down onto the bridge where Raven was. You saw the blood as you picked her up without hesitating, slinging her arm around your right shoulder and grabbing the gun she brought with her around your left.
“Raven, you’re okay, we need to get to cover,” You spoke, wrapping your arm around her waist and going as fast as you could to the rocks off to the side.
“You didn’t hesitate,” She whispered, gripping onto you and using all the strength that she had in her to help you get safely to cover. “You could get sick, and you didn’t hesitate.”
“You didn’t have to do this alone, I promised I wouldn’t let you down,” You spoke, setting her down with you behind the rocks. “Jasper, blow it!” You yelled, grabbing onto Raven as an attempt to shield her sick body.
You heard the first two shots of his gun go off, but you knew they didn’t hit when there was no explosion. Shit.
“Raven, stay down,” You said, moving to the side and standing up, resting the gun against the top of the rock to try and get a shot.
You heard one more shot go off, and it was still a miss. You lined up the shot, taking a deep breath, shooting, and ducking back down the second you heard your gun fire. The next second felt surreal as the ground shook slightly, the massive explosion causing a ringing in your ears as you held Raven in your arms. It worked! Jasper and now Monty slid down to where you and Raven were, helping you carry her back to camp as quick as possible.
You were all cheered on as you arrived back inside the walls, Finn coming over to take Raven and pick her up to bring her inside. You sighed as you sat down for a minute, taking in everything that had just happened. The bridge was only going to be a distraction, but all you cared about right now was Raven getting better. You gave Finn five minutes before heading into the dropship to check on her and make sure she was okay. As you started to walk in, you heard Raven talking to Finn.
“You hesitated,” You heard her say.
“What?” Finn asked, confused.
“When Bellamy asked who was gonna take it, you hesitated.” Raven paused.
“It’s what people do when they’re considering something that might blow them up, right?” Finn remarked.
“Y/N didn’t. You didn’t hesitate when Clarke was falling. You knew she had the virus and you caught her anyway.” Raven answered matter of fact, hurt in her voice.
“Raven-“ Finn was cut off.
“You didn’t hesitate.” She stated again.
“Raven, I love you,” Finn spoke.
“Not the way that I want to be loved.” You decided to walk in after that, watching as Raven told Finn it was over. You saw her give her raven necklace back as she looked at you, and then Finn walked out.
“You saved my life,” Raven spoke, a small smile on her face. “You never hesitated with me.”
“I’d stop time for you Raven,” You replied, gently grabbing her hand. “I’m sorry about Finn.”
“Don’t be,” She replied, squeezing your hand gently. “Someone will treat me better than he ever could. It hurts now, but I didn’t deserve what he was putting me through.”
“No you didn’t,” You agreed. “You know I’ll always be here for you.”
“I know, you’ve proved it to me time and time again.” Raven paused, silence taking over both of you for a couple moments. “I should’ve chosen you,” She then said out of what felt like nowhere.
“What?” You asked, stunned.
“Y/N I know you’ve liked me, what I’m trying to say is I like you too. I heard you in the tent, saying you would’ve treated me better, and it really made me think about the choices and decisions I’ve made.” Raven answered, lacing her fingers with yours gently.
“You’re so special to me Raven, I don’t ever want to see you hurt again.” You spoke gently, giving her hand a little squeeze. “I need you to get better so we can talk more about this when you’re feeling one hundred percent. Please get some rest.”
Raven nodded, slowly drifting off to sleep. You stayed awake, not leaving her side the entire time she rested, getting her fluids and helping her up as needed. After another day, she was finally feeling better and able to leave the dropship. You both had a small amount of downtime, so you laid down in her tent together, Raven resting her head on your chest. You knew she was still deeply hurt by Finn’s actions, but her attitude seemed different around you now. She was relaxed, and genuinely smiling while you two talked.
“Y/N, I want to know what it’s like to be treated better, I want to love someone as deeply as they love me, and I want to be genuinely happy. I want to be with you,” Raven confessed, looking up into your eyes. You leaned down and kissed her forehead gently.
“I want to be with you too,” Raven smiled at that. “Let’s take it slow,” You followed up with.
“Slow works for me, but there’s one thing I want to do,” Raven said, reaching up to gently put her lips onto yours.
Her lips felt so soft, and you found yourself melting into the kiss. Her hand cupped your cheek as she deepened the kiss, and you could feel the passion from her. She pulled away a moment later, nuzzling her head back into your chest and holding your hand as she sighed a breath of relief. You didn’t know where this relationship was going to take the both of you, but you knew you would never do her dirty the way Finn did. You knew you were going to protect her with everything in you. The two of you dozed off for a quick nap, content with the way everything ended up playing out.

Fictional men this and fictional women that, yeah, but for us thirsty bitches who watch live action, y'all should remember that the actor/actress also looks like That. They're walking around some town looking like that. They might be behind you in the coffee store casually asking for a black coffee. Of course they're much more than their looks, but hot damn those are some looks

Character // raven grounder verse
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
raven was born to yujleda, she never met her father and her mother was neglectful often leaving raven to fend for herself for days at a time while she was off doing whatever. her mother was later killed in a raid courtesy of delfiyon.
yujleda was big on metal work, they’d make their own tools, utensils, furniture, they spend a lot of time rebuilding old boats and other structures. raven was one of their best, especially when it came to rebuilding things. she was often sent to polis for jobs, not important enough to speak to the commander of course but she was well known.

season 4
*fluff*
Raven was always the one to solve the big problems. Sure, Clarke was our unofficial leader. But Raven was the one behind the scenes figuring everything out. She was the one who had gotten us into contact with the Ark. She figured out how to set the outside of the dropship on fire, burning the grounders alive.
She was the one to figure out how to shut down A.L.I.E. It was no secret that without her we would have all died very early on. Once again we were in a predicament that called for a brain like Raven's. Clarke had radiod in that there was a problem. Of course there was. We had barely had time to celebrate the fact that Raven and Clarke had shut down the city of light.
All eyes were on Raven and she was expected to come up with a solution. Power plants were shutting down around the world and once again Earth would soon be soaked in radiation. I sat with Raven while she ran every calculation she possibly could.
Her and I had qucikly become close friends when she came to the ground. I had felt useless before I met her, but when she was around she would give me small tasks to do. On occasion she would even teach me things. I knew that I would never be as smart or useful as her, but being her sidekick gave me something to do.
"Is there anything I can do?" I asked her, wrapping my fingers around her shoulders.
"I wish." She sighed. "Im starting to think theres nothing I can do."
She would get like this sometimes. Sad and discouraged.
"Raven, youre the smartest person I have ever met. You’ll figure something out." I bent down and rested my chin on the top of her head. There had always been an obvious tension between us, but we were always going from one life threatening situation to another. We had no time to explore our feelings for each other, sexual or romantic. "Lets do something to take your mind off of this."
"(Y/n), if i dont figure this out we will all be dead in six months." She responded. I pulled myself away from her and sat down next to her.
"Kiss me." I said.
"What?" She looked taken aback.
"Maybe it will clear your mind." I replied, shrugging my shoulders.
"I doubt it." Her eyes were back on the computer screen
"Raven, im being serious." I could tell she thought I was trying to make a joke out of things, but I wasnt. Her expression softened.
"You are?" Sbe finally pulled her eyes off the screen. I nodded my head. "I didnt realize."
I took my chance, leaning forward and kissing her. I was afraid she would pull back but she didnt. She leaned into it, kissing me back. Her fingers gently ran up my legs as she smiled.
She pulled me into her lap before kissing me on the forehead and resting her head on mine. We stayed in that position, just taking in each others company for a little while.
"Thank you for taking my mind off of things. I know I can get a bit intense."

CLARKE GRIFFIN — being in a secret relationship would include...
fluff / minor angst
Tumblr media
pairing: clarke griffin x reader, reader x raven (sibling like relationship)
request: "where practically reader is raven’s sibling/sister and reader has a secret relationship wth clarke as to prevent like more dangers. one day raven catches clarke and reader cuddling and how it would play out since raven is older than reader and i believe that she’d be protective of her/them considering it’s her younger sibling/sister" from @nickeverdeen
Tumblr media
you should have told raven, before she found out like this
you and clarke hadn't been together for very long, only since landing on earth
growing up, you and raven had always been close
she was only two years older than you, but she was like an older sister
when you were arrested, raven was heartbroken
she didn't want you to die..
but of course that never happened
you were sent to earth, where you met clarke
you quickly befriended the girl, and was a great help in setting up communications
and when raven landed, you were just over the moon
despite the threat of the grounders
even though clarke and raven didn't get on at first, you still remained close with them both
raven was wary of clarke because of finn
and clarke just felt guilty
but when clarke was hurting, and you were the one to hold her as she cried, she couldn't help but fall for you.
she knew it was wrong, so she kept it a secret
it was only on one peaceful night at arkadia that she had confessed her feelings
you had been drinking, the both of you
and it was the way that your smile lit up the room, and the way your hair shone in the lights
she just let it slip
"i love you y/n"
that sobered you up slightly
"come on princess, let's get you to bed."
you helped move her to her room, but when you turned to leave she grabbed your wrist and pulled you to her
"i do, i love you" she whispered
then she kissed you
and when you kissed back, it was the happiest moment of her life
clarke pulled you into bed with her, and she fell asleep in your arms.
the next morning, when the two of you were fully sober, you had a proper talk
you confessed to loving her too
but you both agreed that it would be better to keep it from raven, you didn't want to cause more problems
and neither of you were really prepared to go public with it, considering clarke's long list of enemies
this worked out well for a couple weeks
you would only kiss and cuddle in private, in your own rooms/tents
and you would just act like normal friends in public
minus the longing gazes from across the room
raven didn't suspect a thing
but one morning, after clarke had spent the night with you and you had fallen asleep cuddling, raven came calling
in her haste she forgot to shout your name, entering your space without thinking as she had done so many times before
however, the sight that she was greeted with...
you and clarke, naked but covered by the blanket, cuddling.
"y/n? clarke?"
bless her she was so confused
she didn't want to think that her younger sister would do something so stupid
clarke of all people?
raven knew it was only a matter of time before clarke would hurt you...
"uh, maybe i should leave? clarke uttered sheepishly, already gathering her clothes
raven threw a shirt at you, not even looking at clarke
once the blonde had left, raven started pacing in front of the bed that you sat on, now dressed
"look raven-"
"no! no y/n what the hell?" raven scolded you, "how could you keep this from me? you know how i feel about her!"
"exactly, thats why i didn't tell you. i'm sorry raven but we knew you wouldn't approve, and we weren't really ready to go public yet either."
raven was silent for an unnerving amount of time before she finally spoke
"how- how long have you been together?"
raven didn't look as angry anymore, just disappointed that you hadn't told her
"a few weeks.."
raven shook her head and and turned from you, clearly exasperated
"if she hurts you, i will kill her."
with that, the mechanic left you, and even if that wasn't complete approval, it was something
you knew you would have to make it up to her, but that would come in time. raven could never stay mad at you for long
when you told clarke she was overjoyed
but slightly nervous at the threat
of course she had no intentions of harming you, she loved you too much.

The fierce and broken
Parings: Raven Reyes x reader
Warnings: None
Chapter: 2.11
“John?”
Murphy stopped bouncing the ball in his hand against the wall and looked at you, “What?” He frowned, seeing the book in your hand. “Don’t tell me, it’s another question about some damn love story again.”
You let out a chuckle, “Well kinda.”
He rolls his eyes and starts bouncing the ball again, tutting. “What is it this time?”
“Do you think true love exists? Like the type of love they describe in books? The kinds where you’d kill or be killed for them. I can’t imagine it being real.”
“And you're asking me?” He scoffs. “How the hell would I know? The only person I tolerate is you.”
You chuckle at his words before returning your attention to the latest book you’d borrowed from the library. Your eyes skimmed over the pages as you thought about your own question. The truth was, aside from John, you couldn’t imagine caring about anyone who wasn’t your parents enough to risk your own life to save theirs.
Your heart leaps in your chest the moment the chamber doors open. Bellamy. You knew he’d come back.
He rushed to your cage and unlocked it before helping you stand. He quickly turns to unlock Echo’s and says, “Listen to me. There's an army inside this room, and I need you to help me get them ready to fight. Can you do that? Good. Start with him.”
The other grounders start to rattle their cages in excitement as you start to unlock other cages, which makes it harder to hear what Bellamy is saying.
“There's an army outside going for the main door. When they get it open, all hell will break loose. That is the signal for my friends to come here, and…”
He is cut off by a voice on the P.A. System. “My fellow citizens, this is your president speaking. I have news to share with you that will change all of our lives forever. For 97 years, Mount Weather has been our home. It's kept us alive, but it has also held us captive. Most of us have made peace with what we've had to do to survive. We've done these things for one reason... so that our people could someday return to the ground. That day is today.”
“He's making it public!”
“Before my friend Lorelei Tsing was murdered by the outsiders still roaming this mountain, she discovered a cure. It was in their bone marrow.”
You shake your head, this wasn't good. “Whatever your plan is, Bell, we better do it fast. We don’t have long before they come here.”
He nods in agreement and heads towards the doors again.
“Where are you going?” Echo asks.
“We need to find our people. You should get the rest of yours ready to fight. Once we’ve found ours, we will come back for you.”
The grounder looks stunned for a moment, then says, “Thank you!”
Bellamy looked back at her, “You free your people. Protect mine when they get here. We can thank each other when we're all outside.”
You jumped at the sound of a gunshot. When Bellamy opened the door to the room, you were shocked to see a dead soldier lying on the ground with blood pooling around his head.
“We need to get everyone into the harvest chamber. You'll be safer there.”
“Will it be safe?” Jasper asks.
“Trust us, it’s safer than here.”
You shift uncomfortably when you feel eyes on you. You look down and remember why people would stare. The only thing covering your modesty was dirty and bloodied bandages. Maya sensed your uneasiness and took off her cardigan and gave it to you.
“Thank you,” you say quietly.
She gives you a kind smile before stepping back to stand beside her father. Her father looked proud that his daughter was being so kind. You wondered if your father would be proud of you and the things you’d done to survive.
“Let's go,” Bellamy says, clenching his jaw and turning to face the opposite end of the corridor before leading the way.
As you, Bellamy, Miller, Monty, Jasper, and Maya rushed towards the harvest chamber, your footsteps echoed in the corridor.
The tension was thick after Monty informed you that the mountain men knew about the grounders' army after hearing the plan over the radio.
You had been so preoccupied with trying to save your people in the mountains that you hadn’t stopped to think about the ones outside. Are they safe? Are they even alive?
You swallow down thickly, as it takes a moment for the panic to leave your system. You needed to prepare yourself for an answer you didn’t want to hear. “Did you speak to Raven? Before you came back for me?” Bellamy nods. “How was she?”
“Raven is going to do what she does best.”
You think for a second before a small smile plays on your lips, “She’s going to make something go boom.”

please put emphasis on platonic soulmates in media. on unconditional love and loyalty based off of pure friendship. on heart wrenching breakups between best friends that change their lives. on knowing someone else better than they know themselves. on being a shining light for each other and finding happiness in the darkest places. on fighting side by side until the end, because a lover may visit your grave but your best friend will be in there with you

harper loved her life on the ark up until her dads death and her arrest , that said the more she hears about raven’s life on the ark the more she fucking hates it and hates herself for how privileged and ignorant she was to the reality of those born to lower stations .
