And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity, and not to reveal their adornments except what normally appears. Let them draw their veils over their chests, and not reveal their ˹hidden˺ adornments except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their sons, their stepsons, their brothers, their brothers’ sons or sisters’ sons, their fellow women, those ˹bondwomen˺ in their possession, male attendants with no desire, or children who are still unaware of the private aspects of women. Let them not stomp their feet, drawing attention to their hidden adornments. Turn to Allah in repentance all together, O believers, so that you may be successful.

وإن تَدعهم إلي الهُدي فلن يهتدو إذاً أبدا

and even if you invited them to Huda (Huda: Following the right god, and doing the righteous things and avoid taboos) they won't ever be following you and they won't ever become believers. (Allah's say to his prophet)

و ربُك الغفورُ ذو الرحمه، لو يؤاخذهم بما كسبو لعجل لهم العذاب، بل لهم موعدٌ لن يجدو من دونِه موئلا. Always know that your God "Allah" is the Merciful, Forgiving one.. if he took an immediate action to what they've done of denials, kills and not following his prophets, he'd expedite their torture. but they're all have an exact time "Doomsday" where they'll be having no excuses.
