Agender culture is feeling a strange sense of gender euphoria by just refusing to follow any gender norms whatsoever, whether to look like your AGAB or more androgynous. As in, straight up not caring what gender people perceive you as because you're not participating. As in, wearing whatever clothes you think looks cool regardless of what gender it's intended for because you just don't care. As in, your appearance isn't gendered unless you decide it is because tying gender to body parts and clothing styles and needlessly gendered activities is stupid.
And it's fucking amazing. 🖤🩶🤍💚🤍🩶🖤

Welcome to the new @anxiety-culture-is blog!
(Ask Box Currently Closed!)
Hello Hello!! Heh this is another ____-Culture-Is blog. I’ve been inspired by many others and wanted to run one myself!
While you are here, lets get acquainted!
What Exactly Is This Blog?
This blog is for anyone with anxiety, diagnosed or not, to come together to create a nice space on tumblr. I’ve learned it’s nice to have people that can relate to you. This blog should hopefully accomplish that!
This blog works similarly to other ____-culture-is blogs. Submit a post or ask starting with something along the lines of “anxiety culture is” and then what you want to write out. That’s what I’ll mainly post, but I don’t mind some chit chat from time to time too!
Rules
What would this be without a few rules?
This needs to be a kind and supporting space. Bullying and making fun of people in a post/bullying a post is not tolerated whatsoever. Users will be blocked who fail to comply to this.
Anything that touches on sensitive topics should have a warning at the top for other readers. Ex. “Warning:“ “Tw:“
One of my biggest triggers is topics that mention or have have blood in them. Anything with blood within the ask, please please put a warning. I will read it, but make sure to put a warning, as I need one for myself.
Homophobia, Transphobia, Aphobia, and other hateful people who target the LGBTQIA+ community are not permitted here either. Hate towards the community is not tolerated.
Racism or discrimination to people of any race, ethnicity, and religion/personally beliefs are not tolerated
The selling of drugs or anything that probably would not follow Tumblr’s guidelines is prohibited.
I am a minor so please keep any NSFW content away from my blog. Thank you
I want to help support the well-being of people who do suffer from anxiety. Once again be polite to other people.
Who Is The Mysterious Person Running This Blog?
Hey there! One person runs this blog and that’s me! I’m Mod Everly. You can call me Everly, Ever, Ev, or a similar variation of my name, I’ve heard quite a few. I am a minor (if my age bothers you, I apologize). My pronouns are she/her, and I’m Ace and Demiromantic. I suffer from anxiety and depression but I get by day by day.
Anxiety discord server: Discord
——————————————————————————
!Important!
Please note! I am not a medical professional. I can not give medical help or therapy to people with anxiety. I merely want to be a supportive person to people who do have anxiety, and is willing to share my experiences with it. I can not give help to people with this condition but I highly suggest that these people do receive help from a medical professional if they need it.
——————————————————————————
Now how about free promo! If you don’t want it, message me and I’ll untag you.

queer culture is marrying your best friend platonically but still sending her poetry you wrote about her almost daily

Note
Questioning culture is looking at all your queer friends and wondering just how they worked out their sexuality and/or gender, forgetting that 1: they were in exactly the same place as you at one point and 2: you're probably only going to know once they're out, and most likely not while they're questioning.

Genderqueer culture is collecting names like pokemon cards and then forgetting half of them and someone refers to you by name 20 and you only remember name 5, so you just go "who the- oh, that's me"

Neuroqueer culture is struggling with gender because it’s intangible and abstract, plus it can be hard to tell when you’re satisfied with any one label with problems like alexithymia :')

queer culture is getting nervous about changing ur pronouns from she/her to she/they despite IDing as female because this community can be /vicious/ to people who don’t fit in a Neat Box and you’re worried indifference to someone using gender neutral pronouns to describe you isn’t a good enough reason to say she/they
