Barbara rolled her eyes at Steph’s reaction, air blowing from her nose in place of a full chuckle. “You got me there, but don’t press your luck too much,” she grinned. “And I might be able to make that happen,” she added in regard to the comms, ignoring the finger pressing against her cheek as best she could.

“What’s the fun in not pressing my luck?” Stephanie teased back, a triumphant smirk playing at her lips by the end of her phrase. She thankfully stopped her incessant poking, humming thoughtfully while thinking for a moment before perking up again with a question. “What’ll it take, Barbs? Name your price.”
