You don't need to use Kubfu to finish the swsh Isle of armor dlc. If you put it into home, Mustard will tell your Kubfu is no longer in your team nor your boxes. And while there is some special dialogue, there's nothing stopping you from finishing the dlc regardless. The story continues like normal. The 1v1 fight with Mustard also changes because of this, making it so you can use your full party against him.

okay, so Penny is actually Peony’s daughter??

this was theorized for a while bc they’re both from Galar, named after peonies, and Penny says her dad is super loud and gives her “stupid” nicknames. But it just got confirmed when she tells her dad not to call the trip to Kitakami an “Adven-tour”. That’s Peony everybody

This also means that by extension, Peonia is her sister and Rose is her uncle

Now, Peonia is probably around 15-16 in the Crown Tundra and scarvio take place around a year or two after swsh. Penny is likely around 15 in scarvio so therefore, Peonia is probably abt two years older than Penny (she DEFINITELY helped Penny dye her hair for the first time)

This also means Penny is related to (to an extent) Bede so this makes an Ortega and Bede fight actually plausible,,, don’t want to think about how that would go

We can assume Penny’s natural hair color is blonde or black, but I kinda prefer black bc otherwise she looks nothing like her father

But I’m gonna chock that up to genes being unpredictable, even though in Pokémon relatives are usually super obvious

Imagine Penny coming home after Operation Star and, not really wanting to talk about what she’s been doing, asks her family what’s been going on, and Peonia immediately goes “Uncle Rose got arrested for summoning the Darkest Day”

Y'all know how you could team up with most of the SwSh cast for the Galarian Star Tournament? I hope the Indigo Disk gets a multibattle mode like that too, with more character interactions between duos and seeing your rivals team up to beat you.

Headcanon that post-2nd storyline Kieran is still capable of giving off one hell of a soul-evicting glare when things get particularly intense in battle... but doesn't always realize he's doing it. (I hope he doesn't quite return to how he was earlier in the Teal Mask, just that wholesome little guy again. I do think him and the player will be friends again after everything is said and done, but I still like my rivals with a bit of spice.)

So basically this is what you would be facing (could alternate Nemona with the player being like "😀" if you choose to team up with him):

big brain raihan hc upon the realization of "wait raihan is a double battles trainer, and bb academy is all about double battles wait omg holy shit"

hc: Raihan travelled the world as a kid on his journey, even challenging Galar's League the same year Leon would become Champion. Thus sparking their rivalry, because Raihan already had experience under his belt but Leon is a fresh trainer and kicking Raihan's ass into next Tuesday

During Raihan's travels, he went Unova and briefly attended Blueberry Academy to improve his skills as a trainer. Hence why his gym type is dragon, but him and his gym trainers are all weather teams

Raihan probably goes back there during the Galar League's off season to train, because the Terrarium has varying weather all over, which is ideal for training. As well as Unova's varying routes and locations also having varying weather of their own

I haven't posted in a while, but here's my Pokemon OC Horatia. She had an old design, but after replaying Violet, I decided to redesign her

But here's a little bit more about her now and in the future:

"Horatia is a mischievous and spirited Pokémon with a fiery personality. She possesses a playful and adventurous nature, always seeking new opportunities for excitement and fun. Horatia has a quick wit and a mischievous streak, making her a natural prankster among her peers. She enjoys pulling harmless pranks on her friends and classmates, bringing laughter and lightheartedness to the academy.

Despite her mischievous tendencies, Horatia has a kind heart and cares deeply for her friends. She is known for her loyalty and willingness to lend a helping hand when needed. Horatia's playful nature also translates into her battling style, where she incorporates unexpected tactics and clever strategies to outwit her opponents.

Horatia's crush on Arven, another student at Uva Academy, adds an extra layer to her personality. When around Arven, she becomes a bit more reserved, trying to impress him with her pranks or witty comebacks. Horatia may feel a bit nervous and giddy in his presence, but she never lets her crush get in the way of her friendships or her mischievous nature.

Years into the future, a part of Horatia wants her to study on the mysterious Pokemon Terapagos, which was found in the depths of Area Zero (beyond the Zero Lab) and whom she caught when she travelled down there with Carmine, Kieran and Briar. She wants to study how it brought a living Turo from the past and into the future.

She very much admires Briar, Heath, and Turo (before his demise). But she vows to mostly carry on with his work (minus the time machine) and spending time with her friends/family (and not living in Area Zero for a very long time).

She often reads Heath's Violet Book (sometimes the original manuscript from Briar), her cousin's (Sonia) "Galar: A History", and Briar's "The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero" most of the time. But she has many questions about the Violet Book, like:

• Who was the person Heath talked to in an unfamiliar place before writing something down that he doesn't recognise? Was it Turo nearby Terapagos? Or was it me with Terapagos? I am unsure, for certain

• Like with what Arven said, how did Heath meet the Paradox Pokemon before the invention of the Time Machine? Did Terapagos bring them to Heath's time, or did Terapagos send Heath into the future?

• What is the odd stone plate meant to be? And what does it mean?

• What are those four circles in a cave on the ground? Does it symbolize something?

• The Herba Mystica has very interesting and amazing healing properties. But what cause the Pokemon to eat them when they were planted? Were they on the brink of death or ill, like Arven's Mabosstiff? Or did they look too indulging that they turned large and strong?

• Since I got Turo's book from meeting him, did the events of the Time Machine change? Or did Turo have two copies of the same book with the same name clumsily written inside it?

• What does the future look like? And is the AI professor alright? (I'm not going to jump into the Time Machine and find out, thank you)

• Now there's a question I need answered. After finishing the Time Machine with the AI version of himself and successfully getting the Miraidon I currently have, why did Turo take it to the lab? And why couldn't he leave the AI Turo to sort things back in Area Zero? This actually confuses me

She's not going to go the same way as Turo. She just feels that there's so many questions that are left unanswered in Area Zero

Apart from all the questions, she marries Arven and has a daughter who goes by the name Melissa

She is related to Galar's Professor Sonia and Magnolia

I think there's a lot of potential for delicious, delicious drama if/when the Teal Mask story comes into play. Kieran would totally crush hard on Scarlet, as she appears to be aloof and mysterious (never mind the fact that she can't take care of her own health). She would in turn have an initial soft spot for him, like when we saw her playing with a lonely little boy and protecting Penny from Team Star.

But as Kieran's more self-centered side slowly comes out, Scarlet in turn would lose patience with him and her own, well, bitchier side would rear its head. And given how Nemona couldn't get a battle out of her despite literally following her around everywhere, that part where Kieran demands a battle over Ogerpon's ownership? Yeah, I doubt Scarlet would even bother, leaving Kieran in an even more fucked up headspace.

...

...I also think there's potential for comedy by having Sou there instead.
