🥘 I've been saving up my kitchen scraps in my freezer to make a big pot of vegetable stock! I added about 1 lb of frozen veggie scraps like onion skins, 🌽corn cobs, celery roots, 🌱cilantro stalks and 🥕carrot skins (you can any unused part of vegetables or herbs) to some water and let it simmer for about an hour. Then I strained it and frozen the stock in an ice cube tray for future use! For years I’ve been looking for a #Local #Sustainable ranch for #Beef & #Pork, when I finally found Alhambra Valley Ranch at the @pcfma Martinez Farmer’s Market. This is my first time trying #Bacon wrapped #filetmignon and it’s nothing short of #Orgasmic. #IronSkillet seared 2 mins each side, finished off in the oven for 4 mins, then rested for 5 mins with #Garden herbed butter & skillet fried broccoli. You are a coward. You fire perfectly hard-working, passionate employees arbitrarily because they have somehow ended up on your "bad side." You, once again, end up over-staffed because you made poor management decisions and made false promises to several managers that you would employ them year round. I left 4 jobs for this positions; I worked doing interesting things for four different employers who I respected very much and who respected and valued me. I left each of these positions, regrettably, because this seemed like something that aligned with my values that would provide a good growth opportunity and would be a good experience. It quickly became obvious, however, that the stated "values" of PCFMA are not the lived values of the organization.
