end of year love letters (2019)

this is simply just me expressing the love i have for my mutuals. i really don’t want to call it a mutual appreciation post, because to me that seems kind of formal even though that’s technically what this is. i started this weeks ago and was debating on whether or not i should post it, but everyone is doing appreciation posts so i will!! all of my mutuals are considered friends by me, but here in chronological order are each of my “love letters” to my closest ahgase mutuals.

♡ @deadvastate / @marktodef - fatin amerah you beautiful soul!!! i can only imagine how big your heart is. you literally are one of the cutest people ever ??? that time you tagged me in the song url thing and how i cheated? i think about that a lot. both of your blogs are so cute and you are so talented. you have this humble aura about you that reaches me through my screen. i’ve always loved your name. i want to come up with excuses to say it, but tintin is such a cute nickname so lol what do i do??? i hope 2020 is an abundance of joy for you, and if 2019 was not your best year, i hope 2020 is the best one yet!!!

♡ @theangelcafe / @loveinbam - okay get ready britney because i’m about to keysmash so much you don’t even fihdbjjnjkdhb BRITNEY!!! BRITNEY THE BAM BENEFACTRESS™!!!! not like we haven’t acknowledged this before, but my half a brain cell is shared with you. in fact, i think sometimes it’s just yours jkwdhfcdvh i love how we talk so much and you trust me enough to give you advice on things photoshop related, even though i’m struggling as well asjkdujh. and how i’ll post some random text post, it gets zero interaction and then you send it to me and ask about it. i call out into the void and there you lie xbjubvhjbjfk. i can start randomly messaging you at 1 am about some crisis i’m having and you’ll scream with me and you can do the same. or how you’ll educate me on khh stuff like when you introduced me to moon, i became obsessed with her and the next thing you know my non-kpop friends were singing million. keep loving bam (i’ll keep adoring you !!!) and i can’t wait until one of your gifsets reaches 100 notes 💕

♡ @dawnofus - kathiaaaaaaaaa jsjjdjjhd hello to the biggest jackson stan in the ahgase nation!!!! if anyone tells you that they are the biggest jackson stan you say no it’s kathia and walk away. kathia where do i start because your brain works in wonders very few can understand. you are so talented in so many ways and you are so beautiful your selfies omggg what ??? i’m always blessed when i see you on my dash. i love the little community you’ve created on your blog and for ahgase tumblr! you are one of the backbones of ahgase tumblr, a root! not gonna lie i almost lost my mind when you first followed me, but later i got to find out how sweet and humble (and not to mention funny !!) you are. kathia i hope 2020 treats you so well! i’ll continue to live in the reality that i’ll never make gifs nearly as fast as you !!!

♡ @girlonpanic - nell you are really a goddess that lives on planet earth i swear. i always love your blog because it’s always designed so nicely. and i love your content!!! like where do you learn this? you are also what i aspire to be as a content creator! you’re really such a sweet person and you are sO BEAUTIFUL WHAT I REALLY CAN’T AT HOW BEAUTIFUL YOU ARE !!!! queen 😔😔 and YES you can do eye makeup! don’t doubt your eye makeup skills. a summary of everything: you belong on the cover of vogue and that’s just the truth! i hope this upcoming year is a blessing for you and YOU CONSIDER MODELING I’M JUST SAYING!

Hi i have a question How do i create a master list ? im like posting a lot of fics and i want people to be able to get to them without having to scroll all the way down. I your writing btw omggg

Thank you! I’m not the #1 expert but I try to list some steps. 1.) 6.) 10.) and 11.) can be left away or postponed if you want to keep it simple 👍

create a banner and crop thin separators out of an image to give your list an artistic frame (i give an amateurish tutorial here, on images, editing, fonts etc.). use a banner to recognize you by, e.g. my blog’s signature animal is the bengal tiger 🐯

collect all permalinks to your fics + if you have, links to sideblogs or sns so people can catch up with you

create a regular text post, title it in a straightforward but personal way. add potential warnings.

divide the posts in segments for each member. additional ones for ot7 and poly fics if needed.

list your fics, link them

add little symbols (for smut, fluff, angst) or fic info (length, plot, featured kinks)

think like a reader. which tags would you use to find a fic like yours? some authors have like 2 tags on their masterlist, i personally think going into detail isn’t a bad idea e.g. say not just listing #bts masterlist and #bts smut but also say #jimin smut and #bts x reader. tumblr’s former tag amount limit is partially obsolete, so you have more freedom there.

link your finished mlist post in your bio. via the theme editor, copy pasting this: insert masterlist post link here”>masterlist

link the creative commons copyright license somewhere.

hack: for a lot of text, shrink the font using shift+command (or ctrl)+minus
