The Hag ‘o Hags, she is the leader of her small coven in Lancre holding the role of “crone”.
She’s saved the world many times, with tea and bees and other haggish delights.

the fact that she is Old is one of her major shticks, its brought up so often as a source of jokes and group bonding. The fact that she is old and slow is the reason she is last in the combat turn order, and probably also the reason she is a spellcaster. shes snarky and has a very dry sense of humor, which makes her one of the biggest teasers in the group. This combined with her being a very private person makes her come off as cold, but in truth she is incredibly caring and would kill and die for her family as much as the others would. She has a special soft spot for the child of the group, and they are the only person she is always friendly toward ("OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE AGE SPECTRUM ALLIANCE"), and is repeatedly called the mom / grandma of the group
when she is close to a KO, the sprite of her agitated smile took be so by surprise I screamed
Flemeth
She's a witch, she lives in a swamp, she can turn into a dragon, she gives cryptic warnings and cackles about it. She's literally living her multi century life like no other. She's voiced by Kate Mulgrew.
Flemeth is literally there just to get involved and be nosy. Who knows what her deal is because she's not saying. She's practicing old and nefarious magic and playing with other people's destinies. And I repeat: she lives in a swamp

stingy, selfish, awfully blunt and greedy to a fault---she's the perfect hag as far as i'm concerned. her attitude is not helped by the fact that she had to transform to a frog due to a curse in the witch world that dictates all witches exposed by a human are to turn into frogs, and take on said human as an apprentice until they're powerful enough to revert their master back to her original form. as recompense she makes the girls responsible for her turning work at her magic shop on her behalf and tears them a new one if they fail to make her that 👏 Bread 👏. however, with time they gain a soft spot in her heart and she starts treating them like her own daughters which is super sweet... about time we had an old lady Mentor character who slowly builds her own found family
she also has her own fairy who keeps sassing her and it's kinda fruity ngl,,, i mean their world /is/ made up entirely of women so..

Coolest old lady ever, she's a pirate captain who fights a local crime lord and works to take him down alongside the protagonists. The main character really admires her and wants to be a warrior and leader like her one day. Gi-Gan basically raised Jae-ha, one of the main characters, and treats other members of her crew like her children as well. Just because she's old doesn't mean you should mess with her, that's a really bad idea.
Honestly so awesome, she may be a side character but what a woman.
