lore summary:

Cass was abandoned around the age of 12-13 and was later found by Charlie while on a supply run. Charlie knew the risks and consequences if she brought Cass back with her but did so anyway!

When she was introduced to both Lucy and Cooper, there were different reactions. Lucy, while cautious about the idea of having a tween/teenage girl in their lives, she opened up to Cass and made her feel comfortable and at home. Cooper was a different story. Cooper and Charlie had a bit of a bickering argument over it, he, too, knew the big risks of having someone like Cass in their lives and he didn't want those risks getting both his girls killed. Charlie explained to him that she's just a kid, there's nowhere else to go.

Sure, it was a typical thing to say but it was the truth. Cooper sighed, not willing to fight with Charlie over it and kept his distance from Cass for a time, she hit too close to home for him because she reminded him of the daughter he once had: Janey.

Overtime, however, Coop does warm up to Cass and eventually, a big father/daughter like bond grows between them, something that both Charlie and Lucy adore.

All three are practically parents to the young girl, her being like a surrogate daughter of sorts to them. It's not something they'd expect to happen but, they love her anyway.

Malachi; an impressive man who’s all about protecting his territory. His thick split-tongue and sharp fangs aren’t just for show. He uses his aphrodisiac in certain cases, which, will come useful for his mate (aka you). His home is the jungle, the humid and warm climate is harsh. Which, makes him live in an underground labyrinth, and takes amazing care of it just for you.

Species: Naga

Age: is unknown (looks around his late 20s - maybe early 30s)

Sex: Male (he/him pronouns)

Height: 6’3” (191 cm)

Appearance: Tan skin with honey undertones, and beautiful deep-brown eyes that have long lashes. His upper body is toned and lean. From his head to his tail, he is 13’ long. His tail is black with iridescent gold, that resonates a red hue; acts like a boelen’s python in his blood. Has some black scales on his face, with gold ones on his body. His hair is curly, some of it goes below his ears which are slightly pointed (and very sensitive). Rarely ever wears clothes, only sheer fabrics that are see-through and hand-made. He has a Medusa piercing.

Type of yandere: Possessive, clingy, and obsessive. Naturally protective and tends to keep you captured amongst his tail when he’s not protecting his special lamb.

It’s an interesting fact that you, a mere human, could catch his eyes. One day, he saw you on his territory. Normally, he would kill anyone and keep their body (and hide) for food. But, he couldn’t kill you — never would he. You were meant for him, and he was going to show you he was yours. Just as much as you are his. Little lamb, he’d love a chase. Not that you could escape him. He’s the fastest predator in his area, after all.

In the heart of the woods, between moss and pine and root, the hunter's unknowing prey lies in wait. How many lives, he wonders, have been stolen by the beast within these trees? Too many to count. There are those who would claim that the creature is merely the keeper of Hallormsstaðaskógur, that it only hunts those who would threaten its home, but the empty shells of men who have returned from its grasp — and the empty spaces left by those who have not returned at all — hint at something far darker.

None have been able to describe what it was that they endured in the forest, what it was that they saw. All that is known of the beast is what small details can be assembled from the fragmented words of those it spared:

It is quick.

It is clever.

It is deadly.

In the blackest depths of the forest lurks the SKOGSRÅ, a creature as cunning as it is merciless to those it perceives as a threat. The steadfast guardian of the woods will often appear at the tree line to offer travelers guidance through their home; many of these travelers will not be seen again.

The Skogsrå shares a deep connection with flora and fauna, and has a natural predilection toward the occult. Their back, resembling a hollow tree trunk, is the easiest way to discern one from a human, but they may also bear a cow's tail or eyes that reflect light in darkness.

WARNING: prolonged indoor confinement, artificial lighting, and lack of fresh air may cause the Skogsrå to become rabid. At-risk humans are reminded to follow a simple rule: lock yourself in, and lock the monster out.
