things i cant accept that other ppl would think abt big favs (besides notps)

-sal: viewing him as just a rabid beast who only exists for that purpose. like a thoughtless animal whos beyond all hope and saving, either with the mindset of “my feral bf uwu” or “he must be put down/killed is the only way to put him out of his misery”. both just make my blood boil. yes sal has strong emotions, yes hes been through a lot of shit, yes when i see super sentai villains talking abt hatred and rage it reminds me of him (in like a. gushy soft way which makes no sense). i think it pisses me off even more when ppl sexualize that/make it into his only appeal for them. like cant you see how hes hurting? dont you care abt anyone besides yourself? i cant accept that

-izou: laughing at him/making fun of him/calling him stupid. its the thing he hates the most and a lot of ppl who want to heck him treat him like that. like... i already kinda hate that mindset of “if ur not book smart u deserve to be treated badly”, and its not true whatsoever. hes very brilliant w the sword, hes clever and knows more abt ppl than a lot of people would know. and even if he doesnt know everything theres a thing called learning, ever heard of it? he hates being looked down on, he’ll accept any other sort of bad treatment, but seeing ppl take advantage of that really pisses me off, esp when they claim to like him (romantically/sexually).

-hans: forgetting his abuse and excusing the way the canon characters treat him/not blaming them at all. ok like... maybe being honest is better but i think trying to become a leader of a corrupt kingdom where the current leaders leave the general populance to die for no reason is not a bad or malicious thing. the way we see the canon characters treating him is awful and creepy and i could go on abt that separately, but i think lashing out is completely understandable (again not the most... diplomatic thing but its nice to see him at least embracing a little more of his emotions, even if hes still kinda putting on a show). also the fact that most all of his character is the writers/staff of the movie just making a gross caricature for the sake of their own egos. i honestly dont get how ppl who think the canon relationships are cute/desirable can like him even a little bit, much less like really like him.

honestly i dont think ive ever met fans of nizou that i didnt like (tho i havent rlly talked w anyone in eng abt him so lol) so luckily he doesnt get one. hopefully wont have to. antonio is also luckily too new i dont think i hate anyones thoughts on him yet

favorite thing about them: Like everything, She´s a total Badass and Gunnerd who is a sweetheart on the inside. She laughs death in the Face, is willingly to jump alone in a Giant Ass Vault Monster with a bomb on her. She takes no shits from anyone even when she got a gun pointed at her. Shes fun and smug at times while also serious if she needs to. Her whole DJ Rakk Attack persona (which is like one of my favorite things about her) There is just so much to love about her <3 Like Rhys said: Whats not to like?

random headcanon: besides my HC Gaige and Sash being besties? Another HC i had was that she was in charge for the Music on Broadcast on Crimson Radio across the Borderlands. I´ve even made an entire Playlist dedicated to that :D

unpopular opinion: Don´t know if it´s unpopular or not but i found it a bit weird that at the beginning of Episode 5 she was ok with abandon Rhys in Jacks Office no matter the choice if Rule or Reject Hyperion. But ißll give Telltale the benefit of a doubt that it wasn´t intentional as they had a low budget at that time and a pretty small team as well.

thaliasandy really out here calling folks out their names because folks have different opinions than her’s, engage in discourse, and have critical thinking skills and she honestly, truly believing that these things are “””bullying””” meanwhile she loved when an old blogger use to bully, berate, and dehumanize shippers of her notp and was all cool with that behavior—in fact, enjoyed and joined in with said behavior--until old blogger picked a new target. and the same folks she calling out their names and making random factitious claims about (which receipts for claims are nonexistent) never engaged nor liked the old blogger who was in fact a bully (and this blogger literally got people to delete and made actual children feel bad about the media they consume). imagine the cognitive dissonance. also, imagine having the motherfucking audacity to be calling people out their names who have never done shit to you but disagree with you on fictional matters. and imagine having the unmitigated gall not to @ nobody. like, you got the entire fucking gumption, so, say that shit with your gotdamn chest.

kattapa:favorite thing about them: his blatant hate of biju. it goes against so much of what he must have been taught, but that scene where he insinuates that biju has a diseased mind and then blackmails him... perfect. also?? kattapa is a great guy in general ok. least favorite thing about them: anything “bad” about him is the fault of his slavers. favorite line: that part where he yells at baahu for being a ditz and he’s like “YOU COULD HAVE KILLED ME!! YOU DUMBASS I RAISED YOU AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT ME??!!!” also every time he over glorifies kumara varma like that whole thread is gold. brOTP: kattapa and devasena in the kuntala part where they’re just fucking with each other over baahu. also kattapa and kumara varma!! OTP: i know BB has sulaiman so them together i suppose that. i know the scene where he doesnt understand romance is funny but i see two options: he’s either given up heterosexual romance because he doesn’t want another kid to be born a slave (i dont think its a thing about can’t because he comes from a lineage which implies its probably in the state’s best interest for him to produce more slave children... disgusting). Or, he doesn’t experience sexual attraction, which again is complicated by how being a slave affects ideas of personhood and the dynamics at play.  nOTP: kattapa/sivagami bc i dont think they could ever scale the master/slave dynamic and it just doesnt sit well with me. obv kattapa/bijju is even worserandom headcanon: not a headcanon per se but i really cling to our idea that the original sin of the mahishmati royal family is that it’s a family of slavers, no matter how benign. i also think mahendra frees kattapa immediately. at some point, a young kattapa goes against all his brainwashing and briefly asserts himself by sticking his tongue out behind biju’s back. unpopular opinion: i dont think its fair to hate on kattapa for killing baahu because none of us can really understand what its like to consider yourself a weapon or tool of the state instead of a person. we all assume he’s got free will when ... tbh that’s not a valid assumption to be making bc the core of his identity as we see is that he’s a slave to the throne. we see him, 25 years later only able to wage war against bhalla because mahendra was validated as the rightful king! idk its just such a shitty situationsong i associate with them: don’t really have one, sorry! favorite picture of them: the faces kattapa makes @ kumara varma’s antics in the background or even to his face.

nayaki!shivufavorite thing about them: nayaki! shivu respects ppl and hopefully will make a good king by the end of the story. canon shivu inherently seems more an adventure hero is is illsuited to the throne, but hopefully by cementing avantika as the quest character i’ll be able to give shivu the necessary qualities and outlook that will make him someone who can understand and learn how to run things as opposed to suiting on his throne and shouting weird fascist shit bc he happens to be sivagami devi’s heir. least favorite thing about them: nothing he’s perfect. ok no he isnt but i need to get back into this story, and obv he has to have faults. he’s probably got a little too much of devasena’s hotheadedness. i also think he’s struggling with figuring out who he is (esp re: his super strength) but that isnt my least favorite thing about him as much as its his least favorite thing about himselffavorite line: so far? “We’ll go together, then.” i guess, just him deciding that this “random” woman in a far off land’s oppression matters enough for him to risk his life over. he’s a good boy, and not motivated entirely by his libido or boredom. brOTP: i honestly havent introduced enough characters but probably shivu&kattapa. OTP: well hopefully by the end it’ll be shivu/avantikanOTP: idk . shivu/bhadra? he doesnt have any other love interests random headcanon: he got good at archery because its the only thing he was sure was safe re: his strength. he wrestles solely based on instinct and leverages his strenth, and avantika will teach him how to use a sword, but growing up he was always afraid that he would hurt someone so he stuck to archery. unpopular opinion: all my opinions on nayaki! shivu are unpopular i havent updated in months im the only one with opinions on him (except u maybe but thats just bc i laid out the entire story in your message box at 3 am) song i associate with them: i’ll figure this one out i promise im so bad with songs favorite picture of them: no pictures exist but my favorite moment is when he’s pulling the statue to the chants of his father’s (and his) name.

This is p decent’ and since Ive re-entered the Snoc fandom, Ive sorta reanalyzed my ships and looked into what real chemistry co9uld be there and frankly I just think that Sonadow has a lot of working potential, it reminds me of how I felt about McHanzo at first; They have a lot of working potential and thats what I love building off of. They have the potential to work really well together because the balance each other’s personalities and senses out (Shads bringing a sense of realism and Sonic bringing a lightheartedness) and neither has to worry about the other getting into trouble/hurt/being used against them because they’re both extremely capable of handling themselves. The difference between them and a ship like Mchanzo though is that they’ve already previously worked together and interacted on multiple occasions.
