Time crunched fat burner workout
Bottom line, even if you only have 20 minutes to get your workout in, it's still 20 minutes. Make every minute count! If you have stairs or a treadmill that's bonus, but you don't need any equipment. As always, use good form and common sense! Set timer for your allotted time (i.e. 20 or 30 minutes). Do as many rounds as you can, resting only when and as needed. Warmup 20 jumping jacks Bodyweight squats 30 seconds Walkout to plank 1 minute Burpee 1 minute Reverse lunge 30 seconds per leg Burpee 1 minute Side lunge 30 seconds per leg Burpee 1 minute Curtsy lunge 30 seconds per leg Repeat until time is up!
