Soooo, here we are 2 months in and while I've "only" lost 10 lbs [go me!] I've learned a lot about consistency and determination. I've also learned that commitment to myself is just as important ask commitment to me job or friends or family. My body composition is a changing and it is nice to see! I've stopped counting the days. I am no longer doing the covenant diet. As a matter of fact, I'm no longer doing any "diet". I am going to heal my relationship with food and learn to make better choices & not to binge. I'm just going to make healthy food for the whole family, and not worry about making more than one meal at a time. That gets exhausting real quick.
