I just think they should keep fighting forever, actually
(ID in alt and under cut)
ID 1a: Post season 4 episode 4. Full body on mottled green background. Nandor, one hand at Guillermo’s waist and the other hooked behind his knee, bends over to let Guillermo slide out of his arms. Guillermo, one arm hooked around Nandor’s neck and the other held out for balance, stretches to get one boot on the ground, expression hidden behind opaque glasses. Nandor glances at his face with a nervous expression, asking, “Are you alright, Guillermo? I did not twist your little neck?” 1b: Now standing on his own, hands on hips, Guillermo frowns and replies “Yeah, I’m fine. Fighting you was just. Y’know.” Nandor stares back at him, lips pursed, hands twisting nervously together at his waist. They share a pause, each with a speech bubble with ellipses.
2a: Guillermo lifts one hand to scratch a finger across his cheek, breaking the eye contact as he looks away. He smiles tentatively, a slight flush to his cheeks, as he continues, “Actually…it was kinda fun?” Nandor immediately bends toward Guillermo, both hands curling into excited fists, eyes large and shining as he grins widely. He shouts, speech bubble overlapping Guillermo’s, “So fun, right?!” 2b. Full body of Nandor and Guillermo, backs to the viewer as they walk away from the scene. Nandor has one hand on Guillermo’s back and the other gesturing in the air as he adds, “We will need to work on your swordsmanship, though, Guillermo.” Guillermo responds, “Oh, really?” Nandor continues, “I will train you like the little Nadja doll.” Guillermo hums a short reply.
3: Back on the train home, Nadja is sitting with the box of Water Lily of the Nile on her lap and sneering up at Nandor, saying, “Is that where you were all bloody night, at the fucking familiar fights?” Nandor, standing in the aisle next to her, leans down toward her with an intense grin and a held-up fist to exclaim, “Yes! Guillermo kicked all the asses!” In a quiet voice, he continues, “But not my ass! Obviously!” In the foreground in front of Nandor, Guillermo stands with his trenchcoat folded over his arms and his cheeks red with embarrassment at the praise, looking away and pursing his lips. /end ID

A couple things I want from Book Two of The Night Market (@night-market-if ) because I've had brainrot on and off since finishing book one.
Spoilers if you haven't finished Book One.
• a gut wrenching scene of our MC clawing their way out of their own grave, fueled by rage and pain and heartbreak. And the visceral description of them making their way back to Hazel's or Gabriel's or Bella's, staggering through crowded streets like some eldritch being
• a scene where we see a lone raven keeping watch over the unmarked grave
• a new scar in the center of our MC's chest from where their ribs were literally ripped open and all the RO's crushing reactions to it.
• Milo knowing exactly when our MC wakes up because the Night Market seems to pause, take a breath, the laterns become almost impossibly bright for a moment and the air fills with the smell of gravedirt
• our MC having always known where Milo was hiding (if he's been hiding in the market) because our MC is The Night Market and there's nowhere he could truly hide. And one day he comes back to his hideaway to find them sitting at his table.

I went to a night market and there was straight up just a whole ass stand selling freshly caramelized onions by the crate.
