Somehow, Loki didn’t fight you the next morning when you insisted that you needed to go to class. He understood keeping up with your studies, even if he did want you to rest properly.  At least you only had a couple of lecture classes that day, so it wouldn’t be too strenuous.  You’d agreed that Loki could come with you as long as he didn’t misbehave too terribly during them.
You laughed at him when he tried to leave the tower in his black suit of sexiness. He wasn’t dressing in his battle armor, since he wasn’t technically coming as your guard, but he wasn’t going to fit in wearing a full suit on campus.  Especially not that suit. “You can’t dress like that for college. Unless you’re teaching the class. And even then…” He looked at you confused. You were wearing your usual jeans, t-shirt, converse, and a hoodie stolen from Loki’s closet, your hair braided out of your way. Loki sighed, looking put upon, but magicked himself a pair of perfectly tailored jeans and a comfortable, but elegant sweater. You rolled your eyes, but that was the best you were going to get out of him. “Sit,” you told him, pushing him to one of the nearby chairs.
“So demanding this morning,” he teased, but sat obediently in the chair you’d pushed him into.  You weren’t giving him much of a choice.  Sure he could overpower you, but that would upset you, which he didn’t want.
“You’re trying to blend in, right?” you asked. He sighed, looking even more put-upon, but let you brush his shoulder-length hair. He pretended to be annoyed, but was purring within moments of you touching his hair.  You were one of the very few who could get away with touching his precious hair and he cherished the touch.  You pulled it quickly into a slightly messy manbun at the back of his head.
“What did you do to my hair?” he asked when he stood again and saw it in a mirror. He wasn’t upset, just curious.  You hadn’t hurt his hair or cut it off, so you were safe from his ire.
“Lots of guys wear their hair like that now. It lets you get away with having long hair without people thinking it’s weird,” you explained easily.  You then gave him a mischievous grin and stood up on your toes to place a kiss on part of his neck that was usually covered in hair. “Plus I can do that,” you replied while he shivered at the new sensation and purred.
You drove to campus and parked, mostly because Loki didn’t know exactly where he was going. He offered to teleport you, but you reminded him again that you were trying to blend in and lie low. It was hard enough blending in being who you were.
Once you had parked, you led Loki to the campus coffee shop to get caffeine. The barista started making your order the second you walked in. You were definitely a regular.  You placed an order for Loki, choosing something he’d like, since he’d never been there before and didn’t know what to order for himself. “New boyfriend?” the barista asked when you picked up your drink. Which was announced for ‘Sigyn’ even when you hadn’t given your name.
You grinned at her. “Nope, same boyfriend I’ve had for two years,” you replied. She just stared when she realized that meant that the man with you was the real Loki. “It’s just his first time visiting campus,” you handed Loki his drink and you left the shop to walk to class. It was nice feeling normal for once, getting to stroll to class with your boyfriend. You strolled leisurely across the beautiful campus and made it to class in plenty of time.
The lecture hall was huge and you hoped the professor wouldn’t notice the extra student. You didn’t need to worry. If they noticed, they wisely didn’t say anything. There were whispers from some of the students, but nothing major that you couldn’t ignore.
You had to stab Loki hard in the side with a pen when he was flirting innocently with some of the college girls who wouldn’t leave him alone. They giggled at his expression when he got ‘caught’. Silly Trickster boyfriend. He didn’t cause too much trouble though, so you took him out to a yummy lunch on campus. It wasn’t a fancy place, since it was on a college campus, but it was still a nice meal.
After your other class of the day, you headed back to the tower. You’d had to promise Tony and Pepper that you would hang out with them some that weekend instead of just hiding in your apartment. You also had no food in your apartment and didn’t want to go shopping, so you let Loki drive you home to the tower. He really liked driving because he couldn’t on Asgard; he also liked being the gentleman and doing the driving.  He could be extremely old fashioned at times.
You did your homework quickly for the weekend in your pajamas in the common room. You weren’t going anywhere else that afternoon, so it really didn’t matter if you were in pajamas. Even if your uncle grumbled that you were wearing a spaghetti strap tank top. It wasn’t scandalous, but he was your uncle and claimed he didn’t want to see that much skin.
You luckily didn’t have much homework, but you still wanted it all done so you could enjoy your weekend. You also really loved having access to all of Loki’s knowledge through the soulbond. It made your classwork and homework a lot easier. Yes, it was cheating. No, you didn’t care. You were too overworked as it was. And it wasn’t like you didn’t know the information.  You were just doing the college thing at all to get the degree.
While you were working on homework, Loki got a summons to go talk to Fury. He looked worried at leaving you and really didn’t like Fury much, so didn’t want to see him.. “Lo, it’ll be what, five minutes? You know Fury doesn’t do speeches. I’m just going to sit here and finish this assignment. He probably just has some paperwork or something for you to fill out,” you reminded him.
He sighed, but got off of the couch and moved to your end of the couch to lean down and give you a kiss. “I will return soon,” he promised. He teleported down to Fury’s office and you went back to your assignment.
You should’ve known things wouldn’t stay quiet.
A few minutes after Loki had left, the one of the apprentice healers portaled into the room. “Kat, good, you’re here!” she exclaimed.
You shook your head, hurt that you wouldn’t be able to help with whatever emergency they had found this time. “I can’t help, Claire,” you reminded her, holding up your wrist with the bangle on it. You knew for a fact that all of the healers had been warned that you were out of commission.  Claire completely ignored you, grabbed your hand, made a portal, and dragged you through it. “Claire, I literally cannot help,” you reminded her again. Usually the healers weren’t quite this ninny-like.
“All of the healers are tapped or out on patrol. You’re the only one with any juice left. You have to take this case, Kat,” she pleaded. There weren’t many healers, really besides Healer Julia most of them only had a touch of healing power in addition to their main ability. You sighed and let her drag you to Healer Julia’s desk. Julia was nearly passed out sitting at her desk chair, you could see how drained she was. She recovered insanely quickly, in a couple hours she’d be fine to work again, but she didn’t have the same level of healing strength that you did.
“I know you’re off duty,” Julia greeted you when you were standing in front of her desk. “But it’s Pepper-”
“Aunt Pepper?” you demanded, completely on alert then. “What happened?” you asked, your brain automatically going into healer mode and emergency to deal with mode.  It was the same state you’d been in for most of the last year and your mind instantly wanted to help.
“She was severely injured on patrol.” That was strange. Middle of the day patrols were notoriously safe. Pepper should have been fine. Hel, she shouldn’t have even been out on patrol.  She should’ve been at Stark Industries.
Julia was digging in her desk drawer for something. She dumped the entire drawer’s contents on the floor and pulled out a key from the mess. “Your uncle should forgive you for this when you save his fiancee,” Julia replied with a glint in her eye. She unlocked the metal bangle around your wrist. She had the whole rest of the infirmary to deal with. Leaving you just the one patient.
Tony was going to kill you, but you couldn’t let Pepper die. They wouldn’t have called you if it wasn’t urgent. “Where is she?” you demanded of Claire. You ran together to the emergency bay.
You knew the second that you saw Pepper that the healers were right to call you. You had seen wounds that bad and in this same method only twice before. Pepper had been impaled by a large metal spear. “This is bad,” you told Claire. She didn’t have healing magic, but volunteered in the infirmary anyway. You had to focus to call up your healing magic, to get your hands to glow.
Shit.
You was still too drained for this healing, but you were going to have to do it anyway. You were the only one who could, if you wanted Pepper to live. Pepper had been nearly gutted when she was impaled. She would die and you couldn’t let that happen.
You went to her side, your hands just above the wound in her chest. “Pull the spear,” you told Claire firmly. You had gotten used to taking charge in the infirmary over the past year and the healers obeyed your orders without question.  You placed both of your hands on Pepper’s wounds the second the spear was cleared and threw every ounce of power you could muster into her, praying it would be enough to save her.
Tony would be devastated if Pepper didn’t survive.
You didn’t know how long the healing took. You were low enough on power that you were lost to the healing trance. You’d had to let it sweep over you, sweep you away before you could even start the healing. Things were bad when you had to let the power guide you and not the other way around.
“Kat! No!” you heard Loki’s voice from far away. His cool arms wrapped firmly around your waist and hauled you bodily away from Pepper’s bed, breaking your physical contact with her. Your powers were too weak to do the healing with out touching her and the magic snapped.
“Loki?” you asked softly, confused. You looked over Pepper. She was healed, or very nearly. She’d be sore, might scar, but she was healed. She would be just fine.
Loki carefully set you on your feet, like he was evaluating-
Your legs buckled and you would’ve been on the ground if his arms hadn’t still been around you. He caught you easily and supported you.  “M‘m ok,” you murmured, wondering why your vision was dark and getting blacker by the moment. He cursed and you looked up at him, still confused. You were just tired from the massive healing. He held you against him with one arm and used his other hand to summon a portal, through which your uncle fell.  It seemed he’d picked up the portal trick from Doctor Strange.
“What the hell?” Tony roared in anger. Loki lifted you off of your feet and handed you to Tony.
“Keep her away from Lady Potts,” Loki ordered, gesturing to Pepper on the bed. He stormed out of the room without another word.
“Kat? What’s going on-? Shit! What the hell happened to you?” Tony demanded, turning his attention to you, even above Pepper. He laid you on the couch in the emergency bay.
“I’m fine, Tony,” you tried to insist.
“You’re bleeding from your eyes, and nose, and ears,” Tony replied as he looked you over. “You haven’t been able to move an inch since I got here. And your eyes are…black. What the hell were you thinking?” he demanded, terror in his voice.  This was magic.  Tony couldn’t fix magic.
“Pepper,” you told him simply. It finally got through to his brain that it was Pepper lying on the bed. “Go to her. I’m fine,” you added. You weren’t fine.  You were a dirty, rotten liar.  Now that the adrenaline of emergency healing was gone, you realized how badly you weren’t fine. Luckily, you were bound to the god of lies, and Tony believed you.  Or at least believed you enough to determine you were stable while he evaluated Pepper.
Loki stormed back in a minute later. He ran to your side when he realized that Tony was dealing with Pepper and not you. “You were supposed to take care of her,” Loki growled at Tony.  He had left you in your uncle’s care.
“She’s fine,” Tony replied, too busy examining his fiancée.  He really thought you were stable.
“She is anything but fine. Her body was seconds from shutting down. I don’t even know how she even completed that healing. She should have passed out long before she got to this state.” Loki replied heatedly, fretting over you.
“Lo, the wound-” you had to tell him where you’d seen it before. Each breath hurt, everything hurt.  Your body was pissed at your abuse of it.
You managed to move your hand enough to touch Loki’s. You could switch to telepathy with physical contact.  You were too weak to do it otherwise.  /I’ve only seen that kind of wound twice before. When Thor did it to you and Tony/ you told him, desperate to deliver your message.
“Stop that,” Loki snapped at your use of telepathy.  You realized how bad you must look when his voice turned harsh toward you. He fastened the bangle back around your wrist himself.
Yeah, he was pissed.
“We will deal with Thor later. Right now, we are leaving.” Loki scooped you up in his cool arms. You couldn’t have fought him if you wanted to. You didn’t want to. You wanted to rest and sleep forever and your head lulled onto his shoulder.
“Where are you going?” Tony demanded, whirling when Loki said you were leaving.
“I’m taking her to Asgard. She obviously cannot get any rest here. She would have died today had I not intervened,” Loki told him, not bothering to mince his words.
“Couldn’t let Pepper die,” you replied sleepily, your eyes closing when you were safely in Loki’s arms.
“Stay awake, darling, just a little longer,” he bid you, finally softening his tone.
Tony reluctantly nodded once.
“Go. Get her out of here. You’re right. This just proves that we can’t keep them from abusing her kindness or her healing gift. Not while she’s here.” Tony came over to Loki, and therefore to you. “Thanks for saving her, imp. Now go rest. You need to heal.” He kissed your forehead. “Take care of her,” he ordered Loki. Loki nodded, then recited the spell to open the portal back to Asgard.

Head over Heels (2)
Im sorry if it sucks😭
Chapter(2)
Loki x reader/avenger
Summary: When thor comes back from asguard bringing loki with him to the Stark tower you almost instantly develop a crush on the young prince although the other Avengers really dont approve and are kinda determined to keep you two apart.
It had been about a month since Loki started staying with you guys. Everyone was slowly but surely getting more used to him being around. They even talked to him a little which made you happy because you wanted him to finally feel like he belonged after being push aside for so long. Though a few of the Avengers still had a few hard feelings towards him and Tony still acted like a worrisome father whenever you two were near each other you felt he would fit in perfectly with the odd group.
It was still pretty ealier in the afternoon just turing twelve o'clock. Steve,Bucky, and Natasha took a mission and Tony and Bruce busying themselves in the lab. Taking a chance to enjoy this quietness knowing it wouldn't last forever you decided to curl up with your favorite book in your room by the window enjoying the beautiful view outside. As you read your book you mind wondered a bit to where Loki was. You hadnt seen him all day you knew he started training about two weeks ago with Thor and Bucky so he might tired still you kinda missed him. You and Loki had been flirting a lot as of lately though for you two it was more like a game then flirting. You guys had became really close in the short time you knew each other and you didnt know what it was but something about the god just made you have butterflies in you stomach. As you continued to go deeper into your thoughts they were interrupted by a loud thud followed by Thor.
"HOW COULD YOU LOKI" Thor screams sounding like he's on the verge of tears. You hop up almost nervous to see what Loki could of done that was so bad. As you make your way out of your room and follow the noise you struggle to surpress a laugh as you place your eyes on the sight before you. "HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO YOUR OWN BROTHER" Thor says as he dramatically  throws the empty Poptart box across the room. "Brother you told me I could help myself so I did" Loki says as he pops the remaining piece of poptart into his mouth with a smug grin. "I didn't say eat the whole damn box Loki." Thor says sulking in defeat. It was honestly a site to see never would you have thought the God of Thunder himself would get so worked up over poptarts. "Stop being a mewling quim brother" Loki says as he chuckles a bit at his brothers despire. Not being able to hold back your laughter anymore you burst into a fit of giggles. Both gods turned as the notice your presence.
"We can get you some more poptarts Thor its okay" you trying to comfort the god still giggling a bit. "No worries Y/N im going out to get a bunch now and im going to put them somewhere no one can find them" he says as he glares at Loki who still has a smug grin on his handsome face. As he leaves and slams the door you turn to face Loki and find him a few feet behind you.
"Where have you being all day you poptart burglar" you say jokingly and you watch him chuckle a bit. The small jesture made your heart flip you liked seeing him smile and laugh. "Thor and I just got back from the training yard not to long ago and if you must know I do not regret anything I did" He says smirking as his eyes travel down your body. Though instead of making you uncomfortable the look gave a little shiver of pleasure going right to your core. "What are you wearing dear" he says his deep voice a bit hoarse.
Looking down realizing you were still in your pajamas which consist of some short shorts and tank top you quickly became slightly embarrassed forgetting about your appearance when you rushed out of your room." Well I thought I was here alone and decided to take a lazy day" you say with a small blush on your cheeks playing with your fingers a bit realizing his gaze was still travling down your body taking in all your curves. Though a little embarrassed his gaze on you made you confident and actually a little turned on. Your eyes started to rake down his body still clothes in work out gear. Black jogging pants and a tight dark green t-shirt that clung to his well defined muscles like a second skin his hair up in a manbun to keep it from his face made his blue-green eyes even more noticeable along with his sharp cheekbones and jawline. Unknowingly biting your lips staring at the masterpiece. Loki clears his throat regaining his composer and noticing you staring. " Notice something you like darling" he ask smirking a bit causing you to snap out of your little fanasty. "I could ask you the same thing. Besides you were staring first" you smugly returning the grin and you watch his fall realzing he had been caught you noticed a small blush upon his cheeks.
He makes his way over to you and stops right infront of you easliy towering over you. The close proximity caused a familiar heat to start forming in between your thighs and you two stared into each others eyes. "There's something about you my dear that I just cant seem to draw myself alway from. You intrigue me deeply." He says lips right next to your ear his warm breath doing nothing to help your "problem". "I find you quite interesting too Loki. If i must be honest with myself I must say that oftening times find myself looking foward to seeing you everyday even though you're an ass who takes people's poptarts" you say with a smirk as your lips are now brushing against each other's. You felt as though the need of his lips upon yours was unbearable. He could be such a tease at times and you were tired of the games. Grabbing him by the neck pulling him closer as your lips connected you almost moaned in the sheer pleasure of his lips being against your own. The feeling was extraordinary. He nipped at your bottom lip a bit as his tongue moved acrossed it begging for entre and you so happliy obliged. Your tongues battled for dominance as his strong hands found your hips and placed you on the counter as he moved between your legs continuing the passionate kiss. Tangling your fingers in his soft black locks undoing the manbun you thought this moment couldn't get any better....well you were right it couldn't because someone had to ruin it.
"What the fuck are you doing to Y/N Rock of Ages" Tony yells making you two jump a bit knowing you had been caught. Loki glared at Tony not only for the annoying nick name but also for interrupting such a percious moment between the two of you. "He didnt do anything Tony jeez dont be a buzzkill" you say pushing Loki back a bit to hop off the counter.
"A BUZZKILL!!!... you guys were just literally having mouth sex in my kitchen...ON THE COUNTER". He says freaking out. Grabbing Loki's hand you drag him back to your room laughing at what just happened leaving Tony to freak out on his own. You didn't really know what this was between you and Loki just yet but you couldn't wait to see what kinds of things the universe had in store for you two.

Loki and the Witchling
TITLE: Loki and the Witchling
CHAPTER NO./ONE SHOT: 14/?
AUTHOR: nekoamamori
ORIGINAL IMAGINE: Imagine you’re a healer working with the Avengers when Loki comes to join the team
RATING: T (so far)
NOTES/WARNINGS: Also on AO3 click here
You woke the next morning to Jarvis bothering you to get out of bed. I glared in the general direction the voice was coming from. “I’m up, J,” you told him.
“Very good, Miss,” he replied pleasantly. You hoped that him being more annoying than usual wasn’t him getting back at you for making him play the Wicked soundtrack 3,000 more times since you saw the show.
You dressed quickly in jeans, the Loki t-shirt Nat had gotten you, and a hoodie that may or may not have originally been Loki’s. A couple passes of a brush through your hair had you wishing for your magic back to actually be able to do something with it. Loki had taught you quite a few hair spells with strict orders never to tell Thor about them. Unfortunately, you couldn’t do any of them right now, so a ponytail would have to suffice. Besides, you were going to school. There wasn’t any reason to dress nicely or really care what you looked like there. You weren’t happy that you had to leave your daggers behind when you didn’t have your powers, but you couldn’t take them to school. At least you would be spending the day among humans and Nat had made sure you could take care of yourself.
You were surprised that Thor hadn’t woken while you were getting dressed. You wrote him a post-it note that you were fine and had left for school and carefully attached it to his forehead. Somehow he still didn’t wake. You took a picture of him, smirking at the sight of him lying on your couch with a bright yellow post-it note on his forehead.
You weren’t at all surprised to see Loki waiting for your outside of your suite’s door. He was back to how he normally looked. “Morning, Loki,” you greeted him before you stood up on your toes to give him a kiss.
“Good morning, witchling,” he replied with a smile, taking your school bag off of your shoulder so he could carry it himself. Your books were taken from your arms with gentleness, but enough speed that you couldn’t fight him.
“Loki, I need those,” you grumbled at him, reaching for the books. Silly Trickster.
“I am aware of that. That is why I am carrying them,” he replied pleasantly. You sighed and rolled your eyes.
“Fine, silly trickster,” you teased him, but while his hands were busy, you got a selfie of you kissing his cheek. “Jarvis, can you print off that picture and the one I took of Thor this morning?” you asked the air as you and Loki walked to the elevator to head downstairs for breakfast.
“Yes, Miss. They will print to the printer in the livingroom.”
“Thanks, Jarvis!” you called. You finally noticed that Loki was wearing the Stark tech again. “Tony put that stupid thing back on you?” you demanded grumpily.
“Yes. He still does not like me. I could not put up an argument, as I was unconscious at the time. It is fine. No need to fight him over it,” he added before you could get your temper up on his behalf. “Witchling, are you sure you would not prefer to stay home from school?” Loki asked, noting that you had moved closer to his safety when the elevator doors opened to the living room.
“I have to go. I have a calculus test today,” you reminded him. He’d helped you study for it earlier that weekend. Loki set your things down next to your place at the dining room table and the two of you went to make breakfast together. Loki shoved you behind him the second you entered the kitchen, though. The teen you had saved was in there in a new red and blue suit.
“Hi! I’m Spiderman!” he greeted you all like an overly excited puppy. “Mr. Stark made me a new suit,” he looked over the two of you. “I know you! You’re Loki of Asgard. Thor’s brother. The one who tried to take over the world.” Loki growled at the kid until you placed a hand on his arm, calming him again. “I don’t know you,” he told me, but the expression on his mask was off. It was harder to read him when you couldn’t see half of his face.
“You are lying,” Loki told him grumpily. You went with the more polite method.
“I’m Y/N. I’m the healer who treated you last night,” you told him, still safely behind your Loki-shield.
“Thanks for that,” Spiderman told you. “Mr. Stark and Captain Rogers said I have to stay here for a few days. They wouldn’t say why, but that they couldn’t be sure I was completely healed until then,” he said glumly.
You smiled at him. “It’s not bad here,” you replied kindly. You checked your phone for the time. “Damn, looks like poptarts it is,” you grumbled. You’d wasted too much time talking to Spiderman. You ducked around Loki to dig the box of poptarts out from the back of the lowest cabinet. “Goddammit, Thor!” you cursed, throwing the empty box away. “Can I stab your brother for eating my poptarts again?” You asked Loki.
“I see no problem with that. I have stabbed him for less,” he replied jovially.
“Hey, Y/N, think you can get Mr. Stark to agree to let me go to school? I feel fine now, and I really don’t want to miss my calculus test,”
“Mr. Nashid?” you asked automatically, finally recognizing him now that he’d mentioned the calculus test. You were digging for the other box of hidden poptarts and finally pulled the emergency box from under a loose floorboard.
    “Yeah…how did you-?”
“5th period calculus test today,” you answered, standing again with your prize. You threw all of the poptarts in the toaster, while what you could see of the kid’s face paled.
“Dude, I saved your life last night,” you reminded him. “Your secret identity is safe with me.” You passed out poptarts to Loki and Spiderman when they were done. The three of you ate them, standing in the kitchen. “Jarvis, where’s Tony?” you asked, feeling sorry for the kid who just didn’t want to miss his test.
“Mr. Stark and Captain Rogers are heading your way, Miss,” Jarvis replied. That wasn’t what you asked, but them coming here would solve the problem, so you didn’t argue with Jarvis over the semantics.
Cap and Tony both appeared while you were all finishing your poptarts. Cap turned to Loki first. “Can you go to school with Y/N and guard her?”
Loki nodded his usual regal reserved nod. “Of course,”
“Cap!? I’ve never needed a guard at school before,” you protested.
“We’ve sent a guard with you every month,” he replied, without spelling out that you were without your powers in front of Spiderman. “They just haven’t been so obvious. I’m not leaving you undefended, especially with the trouble we had last night. Try not to act like a couple. I don’t want to get an angry call from the school later,”
“Fine,” you grumbled, though you were pleased to spend the day with Loki, even if it was when he was pretending to be your guard.
Spiderman wasn’t paying attention to your conversation with Cap. He was too busy begging Tony: “Mr. Stark, please! I’m fine! I can’t miss this test. Aunt May will kill me!”
“Fine, but straight to school and straight back. You’re staying here for a couple more nights, kid,” Tony relented. “Happy is driving all three of you to school in five minutes. There’s clothes in the med room for you,” Tony told Spiderman, who ran off to get dressed. You went and grabbed the pictures Jarvis had printed off for you. You shoved them into your calculus textbook for use later.
Cap was telling Loki he had to dress like a security guard. With a flash of green magic he was dressed in a black suit with white dress shirt, looking like most of the other security guards you’d ever seen around the compound. Except his hair. You went over to him and pushed him to one of the dining room chairs. “Sit,” you told him. He rolled his eyes, but did what you told him.
“Witchling, what are you doing?” he asked.
You held out a hand. “Hairbrush?” you asked. He sighed heavily, but the requested item appeared in your hand an instant later. “You don’t look like a security guard with your hair loose,” you told him as you brushed his hair back. He didn’t protest, but sat still while you brushed out his hair, and then tied it carefully into what the media had dubbed a ‘manbun’. You saw the melty look in his eyes while you were working on his hair. He had enjoyed it, though he wouldn’t admit it, especially not in front of the others. “Done,” you announced, moving to stand in front of him. You leaned down to kiss him, enjoy feeling tall for once.
“Loki, please be careful today,” you finally voiced your concern. He gave you his full attention.
“Witchling, I am not the one without my powers, and I am fully capable of defending both of us in a physical fight,”
“That’s not what I mean. We’re going out all day among teenagers who I’m sure will recognize you. Teenagers are not the nicest creatures ever. I’m worried they’re all going to be mean to you,” you confessed. He chuckled.
“Darling, they will just be curious how you have managed to tame me to be your lowly security guard. It will be fine, I promise,” he laughed. You weren’t entirely convinced that it would be as ok as he thought, but he could protect himself. He could protect you both.
The alarm on your phone beeped. You all needed to get going or you’d be late. You grabbed your stuff and headed to the elevator to wait for Spiderman with Loki following you, still chuckling, and seeming touched by your concern.
Spiderman came back out in jeans and a t-shirt with a new backpack slung over his shoulder. He was still wearing the mask. “You forgot your mask,” you told him. He looked away. “Dude, I already know who you are. There’s only one kid in my math class with your build. Hell, there might only be one kid in the school with your build. Cap and Tony probably know who you are by now, and Loki doesn’t care,” Loki huffed and you gave him a look. He really didn’t care who the kid was. “You’re gonna have to take the mask off before we get to school anyway,” you reminded him. “Might as well do it here where your identity is safe,”
“Your tongue is nearly as silver as mine, witchling,” Loki whispered in your ear while Peter finally took the mask off and shoved it in his school bag.
“That is high praise indeed,” you replied with a smile.
The three of you took the elevator down to the first floor of the tower where Happy was parked.
