Here is the moon vase I started in yesterdays demo at @hood_college_ceramics with @alindsayo . I made it as a request from one of the participants in the workshop. Usually I have an intent as to how I imagine the completed form to feel and be fired. It was too wet to finish so I brought it home and fooled around this morning as I cleaned up and wedged clay for the last series of pieces for this cycle of pots. #moonvase #vase #forthewoodkiln #naturalashglaze #anagama #woodfiredceramics
