昨夜も #バンド練習何度も何度も繰り返しみんなで合わせたくなる曲今まであったかな Hello - ADELE Easy on me - ADELE Never enough - Movie “THE GREATEST SHOWMAN” どれも3回以上やってみた。前の歌い方なら喉が保たなかっただろうし翌朝には声が枯れていただろうと思うけど平気になった。ファルセット連続だし腹筋も背筋もめっちゃ使うので今朝は少し筋肉痛で右前腿が攣ったw どれも気を抜けるタイミングがない全身全力で歌う曲身体の使い方も体操のように考える。 #adele の #歌詞は #英語の勉強にもなっている。教科書には出てこない言い回しが出て来る。やり甲斐のある良い曲で「Drumがいれば楽なのになぁ〜」って曲が多いw ので、3人だけで演奏するのは難しいけれど楽しい♪ 前にクラシック音楽を演奏する方から質問された「指揮者が居ないのに、どうして演奏出来るのか」って昨日の子供達の演奏を学校で見てて、それを思い出した。 CDの音を聴きにくい距離に居る＆大声で歌う子は、どんどん走って行くw それに気づいてる子は「え」ってなるw そんな光景が微笑ましくて楽しかったのだけど😆 バンドの本番でそれが起きると笑えないw でも、数をこなすと何もなかったような顔をして自力で収拾できるようになるものです♪ ふふふw #singer #japanesesinger #singasong #vocalist #vocal #musician #musicians #musicunites #musicmakesmehappy #musiclife #lifewithmusic #音楽家 #singing #japanese #chante #chanteuse #japonaise #musicband #rehearsal #バンド練習 #伊東市 #伊豆 #伊東温泉 #静岡県 #izu #伊豆高原 (at Izu Kogen) https://www.instagram.com/p/CoyMKrwyhIP/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

I enjoy listening to music, especially when I'm exercising because my favorite songs keep me from getting tired the moment I hear them. Shania Yan's songs are among the music I listen to, due to the fact that his covers are fascinating to listen to her voice. Shania Yan is an Indonesian YouTuber, Singer and Tiktok Star who uses social media to exhibit her singing and song writing skills. Shania was born on June 21, 2001 in Surabaya, Indonesia. Shania began using Tiktok in December 2020, she has amassed a large number of followers in less than 2 years. Shania is on social media platforms as Shaniayanofc.

She also understands and can speak different languages including Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean. The melodious singer, Shania Yan has written a couple of songs including;

(Left and Right, First love, Señorita, Nothing is Gonna Change My Love for You, Beautiful in White etc.) She is not the author/originator of 85% of her songs, Most of the songs she post on her channel are covers of songs which has been released already by other artistes and song writers.

Listening to music can reduce anxiety, blood pressure, and pain as well as improve sleep quality, mood, mental alertness, and memory. It can relieve stress by triggering biochemical stress reducers. It relives symptoms of depression. Listening to our favorite music has benefits for learning, mental, health, and physical well-being. It can impact us as individual and communities. I find that listening to music greatly helps me a lot since it makes me feel happier. Music calms me down and also helps me to unwind mentally, especially when I'm stressed.
