I personally like TribeTwelve. I despise Adam Rosner, and he can burn in hell forever. But TT is a wonderful series, and it doesn't seem fair to the other people who worked so hard on it if I just count it out. I didn't become a serious part of the fandom until just last year, and I didn't even know about the allegations until earlier THIS year. To me, the person in the videos will always be Noah Maxwell first. Let me make it clear. Rosner is a bitch, and if he ever dies, i will throw a fucking party. What he did is INEXCUSABLE. But I refuse to let his disgusting behavior taint a fandom I enjoy so much. HE is the evil one, NOT his creation.

Are there any series that you would consider similar to Marble Hornets? Ive recently heard of this fairly new Slender-centric series called Morely Grove on youtube, I havent seen all of it, but from what ive heard, it sounds good so far

Seriously, his childhood was SO BAD) Basically, tl;dr: Oakley had a father named Jamie (aka Der Grossmann/The Morley Man). Jamie was a SUPREME asshole. And also a murderer, racist, homophobic/transphobic, abusive, and also... err, a little-kid enjoyer. (We hate Jamie in this household) Oakley's mother was Veronica Morley, a severely autistic/intellectually disabled 19 year old (who had the mental capacity of an ELEVEN year old. See where this is going?) Jamie viewed himself and his species (Ochroteids, aka Slenderbeings) as being superior to humankind. He viewed humans as slaves, food, and... err, incubation chambers (YOU CAN SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING) Jamie was a direct descendant of the ancient Ochroteid god Gorr'Rylaehotep, who was himself descended from the Iris. Any thoughts on analog horror?

I like it but I’m VERY particular.

My standards for AH content are very high, and a lot of it tends to be very meh, or just okay, or just shite.

There is some good stuff though (I’d recommend anything by Mister Manticore, Midwest Angelica, Rockwell Forest, gemini home entertainment, Morley Grove, the Mandela Catalogue, the Plymouth Pages, Empyrean Rings, the Shoreside Mirages, White Door Opened, Kane Pixels Backrooms, Async Research, Reverselogic and Arcadia TV (Chilling Abyss)).

You just have to look hard to find it.

I can say that much.

What do you think of it?

i havent seen any of the ones youve mentioned. i have a mutual whos crazy about the mandela catalogues tho!

dont think ive interacted with much analog horror besides generation loss (and dungeons and daddies, which pulls on the genre from time to time) but honestly as a nerd im curious if any of those stories have incorporated the concept of the oracle machine or analog computers !! as a mostly-outsider i cant tell how much of the "analog" part tends to be aesthetic vs informing the internal workings of the story itself but id be super interested if someone made a story that in its own structure mimics analog technology ! (if anyone knows any writings about the o-machine, fictional or otherwise, hmu i wanna read more)
