A few rough sketches of my original characters that will appear in my Debtors of Inkwell comic! OCs won't have too much of a role in my AU but I thought it'd be fun to share them anyway. Also, these designs might change very slightly when they appear in the comic.

Baron Biscotti and Baroness Beignet VonBonBon, the kind and regal rulers of the fief of Sugarland, and parents of Baroness Brioche BonBon.

Winona Warbles, wife to Wally Warbles and mother to Willy Warbles, who gets bored of domestic bliss and leaves the nest.

Barnaby Bailley, the eccentric ringmaster of the Traveling Inkwell Circus and Beppi's mentor and father figure.

Olga Berg is Hilda Berg's grandmother, renowned mage who was one of the founders of Hexenwerks Magierakademie (Academy of Magic).

The Primordial Ooze is a manifestation of hate that haunts Goopy Le Grande and fills him with self-doubt.

Gourdy 'O Hallow is a down on his luck bum who helps The Root Pack get back on their feet.

Nikos the Goatherd knew The Legendary Chalice and the Calix Amini hundreds of years ago.

Scylla and Charybdis, the two aunts of Cala Maria, who teach her about the world dividing men and monsters.

Nefurrtiti is an ancient deity that Djimmi The Great befriends on his travels.

The Patient is an ill-fated figure that is a passenger on The Phantom Express.

Privates Fidget and Hodgepodge are two of Werner's fellow soldiers drafted into the Inkwell fighting forces.

Sir Chaucer Canterbury is a knight who has found his own calling and befriends Grim Matchstick.

Gustavo the Gardenia, Pascal the Pansy, and Bailey the Bluebell are flowers that live in the garden with Cagney.

Vespa Flaxenjacket is a wasp from the other side of the island who has her eyes on Rumor's hive and empire.

Shep Hyde, who's determined to make his client, Sally, a star and might be a wolf in sheep's clothing.

"JugORum" Bellows, father of Ribby and Croaks, who has ties to the Moonshine Mob.

There's a few others I haven't illustrated yet, and then there will be several NPCs from the game that will be important (I'll be drawing some of them too!), as well as the Debtors/bosses themselves being the main characters! I'm really excited to start working on this AU again! Hope you like em!

It wasn't meant to happen. Dirty, patched up pants around a hunter's ankles, a bottle of almost-empty moonshine held tightly in his hand as his old friend kneels before him.

Bailey's head swims, whether it's from all of the alcohol or the taste and smell of his best friend in his mouth he isn't sure anymore.

He'd just come to visit. To see how Eden was doing all alone out here. He misses him in town, misses having him to rant to when things hit the fan. He didn't think he missed him this much, but here he is anyways, Eden's cock down his throat as the rugged man hisses in pleasure and bucks his hips.

A shiver goes down Bailey's spine when Eden's hand tightly grips his dark hair, memories he'd rather keep buried scratching at the lids of their coffins. He swallows around the length, pushing further, letting drool drip down his chin as he tries to stay right here, right now.

Eden won't look down at him. Won't open his eyes, won't say his name. Bailey prefers it that way. Its a one off thing, he promises to himself. But it's a promise Eden already knows.

One thats emphasised when Eden finishes, Bailey pulling away and spitting his seed into the grass. He misses a little, some of it falling on the wooden steps of the porch they're on. The rain should wash it away, and he can smell a downpour coming.

They don't say much after that. Just wipe away fluids, fix clothes, avoid eye contact still. Eventually Bailey grumbles out a "You know where I am if you need me," and tries not to run into the forest - not just so that he doesn’t drunkenly fall. It wasn't a goodbye, but it felt like an ending.

A snicker left her lips, not exactly sure why she was even laughing at this point other than she just was just happy. The night air was cool but after having plenty of fun at her party which included plenty of drinks, she was happy to say that she had made the correct decision in agreeing to getting a car back to her place. She felt free of nerves and worries around Theo now that all had been said and done and most likely because her inhibitions were pretty low at the moment. It only took her a few moments of struggle to get her door open but finally when they got inside she let out a small sigh. “Y’know what sounds amazin’ right now? Moonshine and takin’ off these damn heels.” She smiled over at her companion as she let out a soft gasp with an even better idea. Sliding her shoes off, she went towards her large collection of records and grabbed out Carly Simon and moved to put it on the table. She’d decided pretty early on in the night that she was going to just have a good night tonight and it’d helped a lot because now she was pretty sure she was having one of the best nights. She started bobbing her head a bit and moved closer towards Theo. “Should we order somethin’? Do ya think it’s too late?” Her Southern accent was a lot thicker with the amount of alcohol system but she didn’t mind. “Nothin’ is gonna be as scrumptious as me right now though, huh?” She laughed giving him a little nudge as she had no idea what was giving her such confidence. Even in this state she was very much aware that they were just friends and maybe in that made her bolder, more relaxed?

Time: not a big drinker. Likes khalua and baileys types has an Obvious tell when he is tipsy to drunk (red ears and nose. Boyo got the booze flush like nobodies business)

Wars: did his drinking phase. Know what he likes but pretty chill abt it will follow the lead so to say to like fit in and not raise suspicion bc of training. When he let's loose he's a little giddy and silly usually

Legend: v somber and like. Looks like he's zoned out. He is just Very Engaged. Like flat effect kinda deal. Forgets what to do with his face but enjoys life mostly. Doesn't rly have a preference

Wind: a child. But was also pirate-alcoholic for.a while. Surprising tolerance but told his grandma he would wait to be legal age to drink qnd that she could buy his first drink bc she rly wanted to

Wild: not sure what booze is best. Has been fucked up off of fermented berries several times and has great stories about backsliding off.of the king of the mountain and shooting a guardian but doesn't seek it out typically. Low-key mad that they still won't let him buy a noble pursuit at gerudo town but whatever

Four: not a drinker for similar reasons to wind. His grandpa wants to buy him his first drink and he respects that. The minish have offered but he politely declined

Hyrule: gets super quiet and zoned out. Will watch an ant or some bees for hours just absolutely near tears at the beauty of it. Cannot articulate why. A very content guy. Loves sweet drinks. Like.sickly sweet then some more (but it's almost like the sweeter it is the drunker he gets weird maybe it's a fairy thing)

Twilight: has had some qle and beers after herding goats but doesn't rly seek it out. When he do man's is a moonshine and homebrewed ale kinda guy

Sky: hella tolerance tbh. Likes flavors of "dangerous drinks" (long Island iced teas, lemonade, etc) doesn't mind one drink at the end if a weekend but gets super duper sleepy. Like falls asleep halfway thru sleepy.
