I wish the fandom would stop fatshaming me. As much as I am an AU kin, it still hurts immensely to see my canon self get bashed for her weight and she is still not as big as I am. It is sad and I feel like the fandom is constantly full of quarreling among the g1 and g3 fans. I don't understand the divide, but whatever is the reason I choose not to be a part of it anymore. I don't like a lot of the fans.

It is nice to hear at least someone finds me delightful /lh. It is interesting to say the least to be the only active monster high kin. Individuals may be able to spot me from where I usually confess or request my things, but I don't mind. It is funny, I love being who I am even if it is nerve wracking. Maybe someday I will meet other monster high kins, who knows?

Constantly I see Monster High fans complain that it's wrong to draw Draculaura with blood, that it takes away from one of her integral traits. I hate to say it but since Monster High is a multiverse, she is not always going to be the little sweet vegetarian they expect her to be. I know this. I know this in my heart and in my memories that I was nothing like their precious little vampire as I would willingly maim for the slightest droplet of blood. I think it is fair to get mad at art like this but it also isn't their own art and drawing my canon self with blood is not the end of the fucking world. I love seeing art like that because it reminds me of who I was. Because I wasn't like the Draculaura they love. And I don't care that I am not.

Update!

So, after 4 years I’ve finally decided to update and change my theme! I’ve gone from Mod Lagoona to Mod Valentine! I still kin Lagoona, but I’ve found myself connecting more to Valentine recently! The mobile, computer, and carrd themes have all been updated to match! 

I have also changed the url! Alas, monsterhighkin is still taken by an empty blog but! Monsterhighkins was free, so is now mine! I was never a fan of “stuff” so I hope you all enjoy this change too!
