My take on a human Pinkie Pie in a college au type of situation

-> works as a baker in a bakery, which is extremely popular with students ; has been working there for 6 years

-> is Applejack's cousin ; the bakery often gets exclusive goods from the farm because of this (meanwhile the Apples get a nice discount and pair of extra helping hands)

-> is in her last year of uni to get her culinary arts degree (3rd oldest among the mane 6)

-> is pan, has weirdly specific types

-> she's renting a studio apartment in a complex across from the bakery (the same complex in which Gilda, Starlight Glimmer and Moondancer are staying at) [used to room with Trixie before she had gone on a long self discovery journey]

-> ran into Rainbow Dash one day as she was running from her class back to the bakery, gave her a free cupcake as an apology (she just had some at her)

-> has a pet gecko named Gummy

-> she met Fluttershy through Applejack ; Fluttershy often does checkups on Gummy ; also visit the bakery a lot because of their pet friendly policy and because of all the good tea they have

-> Rainbow took Rarity to the bakery a couple of times ; got close to Pinkie, Maud and Starlight

-> the Sparkle twins became regulars shortly after moving to town ; she always makes sure to put aside a few servings of their favourite treats ; they study there a lot

Equestria Girls in reverse would've been pretty cool

Like an MLP isekai, where a depressed, socially-isolated high school student gets suddenly transported to the horse dimension, and becomes a horse.

Or, imagine our depressed, socially-isolated high school student doing the horse isekai as a double-life. They have to do mundane, depressing schoolwork in the human world, before being called to the magical horse world in a villain-of-the-day / "there's a friendship problem; we need your help" sort of fashion.

Bonus points if they realize they're gay and get a partner in the horse world, having to juggle their normal, human life, with their relationship in another dimension. Imagine them having to hide their romantic relationship with a magical horse from their human friends and family.

One episode can feature the universe-hopping magic going haywire (haha), and then the mc is stuck in the human world as a horse for 24 hours. One of the main villains gains access to the human world, tries to take over, and our closeted-horse protagonist has no choice but to out themselves as a magical horse in front of everybody, in order to save the world.

I mean, sounds better than Ladybug
