1. Smoker is a marine…who can’t swim. Last time I checked on google, it’s a fucking requirement to know basic swimming skills before applying. Wtf, but anyway, I’ll teach him how to swim😉

2. Sanji is like the pervert you can tolerate who just has some outbursts. Ngl, I really like him and his curl eyebrows.

3. Sir Crocodile has pet alligators. He’s such a cutie even though he too cannot swim. Honestly, he looks like he should be a Batman villain, I love him.

⌛ When and how were they turned?

Here's a 16 year old Mingo with her parents (who suck so bad)

Mingo was turned when she was 19 years old [in about 1991, she's 32 in 2004 during Bloodlines!] Her sire was a nurse at the psych hospital she was inpatient in on and off for about 2 years. His physical age was about 32 [actual age probably close to 80-90]. They start a relationship, and he convinces her to run away with him across the country, promising her people who will 'understand them'. They end up in California, where Mingo is embraced, believing she's being initiated into some sort of commune. In actuality, her sire is Sabbat, and is using her to become another loyal body in their pack. Mingo has no idea what he's done to her until it's too late.

🤝 What is their relationship with their sire like?

Bad <3 Jean, her sire, was manipulative, controlling, and abusive. He took full advantage of their age difference, her mental fragility, and the fact that he's significantly physically stronger then her. Back in their home state (North Carolina), he love bombed her and slowly turned her against her parents and other adults in her life. Which wasn't that hard, honestly, because they all suck. But he did convince her that he was all she had, and that he could 'save' her from herself. When they've moved to California, and she's been embraced fully into the pack, a lot of that sweetness goes away. He pushes her boundaries more and more, making her do a lot of things she doesn't want to do. One night, she's pushed too far. Mingo (her pack name being June) takes Jean by surprise, and she diablerizes him. Now he lives in her head, and she considers it a fitting punishment. She thinks of him as, her words, her 'evil pet hamster.'

Mingo and her pack! Jane the gangrel, Joan the brujah, and Jean and June (Mingo), both malkavians. Jean was both the ductus and priest; their priest had met their final death, and instead of them appointing a new one, Jean took over completely. He cared more about power over the others then the actual values of the sabbat, or the well-being of his pack. However, the others were afraid of him, so he was never challenged.

👯‍♀️ Do they have any notable allies/friends?

YES!!! And they are all characters belong to my friend Muq, who sadly does not have a tumblr </3

Newt - a fellow ex-sabbat malkavian! Her best friend in the entire world, and her current roommate!!! He calls her 'Bunny'. The first time they meet in person, he takes her to the pier and teaches her how to fish. They bond immediately, and are now nearly inseparable. Mingo is deeply in love with him, but won't say anything because she's afraid she'll ruin what they have. Being Newt's friend has genuinely done so much good for her.

Treme - an ex-sabbat, now camarilla, Tremere. It calls her 'Little Rabbit'. Came from the same pack as Newt. They first meet during a tattoo appointment, Treme tattooing Mingo. Since Treme is an old friend of Newt's, Mingo immediately wants to befriend It. Though their personalities are very different, and Mingo can be. A lot sometimes. Treme seems to be very fond of her, and has put a lot of trust in Mingo recently. Mingo considers Treme one of her best friends. Sadly, I have no art of them together T_T

Nox - Previous ductus of Newt and Treme's old pack, Lasombra. He shares a body with his childe who diablerized him. He only fronts when the body is gravely injured. Mingo was at first very hesitant to meeting or talking to Nox due to being on bad terms with his childe, but now she considers him one of her best friends as well. She considers Nox family. He reminds her of a father figure.

🌎 Do they try to retain any part of their humanity? 

Absolutely!! After leaving her pack, she was hooked on diablerie for many, many years. The reason she finally got herself to stop was that she was afraid she would completely lose all her humanity. Newt being her friend has also helped a lot; he's taught her to care about others, and that she doesn't have to be selfish and tough all of the time. She's doing her best to be a better person.
