My weekend vlog from this past long weekend.

We did quite a bit. I worked M,T,W and then Thursday I took the day off to get ready for our military ball. I ran out of time to do most of the stuff I had planned for Thursday but I tried my best to do my own hair and make up and was slightly..a little successful..people told me my dress was pretty. I felt pretty. Theres a strong drinking culture at these balls so I maybe partaked a little too much and felt awful the next morning but overall I think we had fun. Husband had helped organize the thing so there were some technical malfunctions that disappointed him a bit.

But then we packed up and drove to the Phoenix area to spend Easter with his family. He can't recount the last time he ever had Easter with them and they don't really celebrate it anyway but it was good. Had a lot of food. Did some small amounts of shopping. I didn't actually buy anything but they had lots of little cute stores at whatever mall we went to. I kind of regret not buying some stuff but I'm pretty good at talking myself out of buying things if others are watching me.

My MiL also made me a bajillion scrub hats with the amount of fabric I sent her. I will have to try and get a better photo of them later because I forgot. I took video but forgot to get a photo.

Now that I've cleaned up my art space though and can see all my paints in front of me I have a strong urge to paint something. I have to go back to work the rest of the week though (although I'm secretly trying to decide if I feel good or not or if I'm just being paranoid).

Our next trip is next month. We are going to Vegas for my husbands youngest sisters 21st birthday. She is going skydiving..I will not be but I am trying to shop for some cute-ish summer clothes to wear.

We recently had the sincere honor to make 200 ornaments for the Air Force - 325th Silvers Knights Operations Support Squadron! 325th Operations Support Squadron’s Mission: The 325th Operations Support Squadron is one of four squadrons assigned to the 325th Operations Group, 325th Fighter Wing, Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. The squadron provides support to U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve F-22 Raptor pilots. The 325th OSS also controls air traffic, manages the airfield complex, and provides weather support. Additionally, the 325th OSS schedules sorties in more than 3,400 square miles of Air Combat Maneuvering Instrumentation training ranges for more than 4,000 sorties annually involving local and TDY units. The squadron also trains air traffic controllers. Members of the squadron provide operations scheduling, weapons and tactics training, life support training, water survival training, weather observation and forecasting, and air traffic control service to over 160,000 civilian, commercial, and military operations annually in the Tyndall-Panama City, Fla., terminal area. Additionally, the squadron manages the airfield, airspace, programmed flying training, wing flying hour program, flight records, and manpower for the 325th OG commander. I really have to thank him for everything

When things happen that day I really wanted to cry I wanted to leave early cause I gave up I quit I just didn’t wanna continue but he told me face to face that we will have fun we won’t let the situation bother us or let it get my depressed I have to show that I didn’t care and he just wanted me to have a good night that day when the first slow dance came on I wanted to walk away and cry but he grabbed me before I walked and we ended up dancing

It was my first actual slow dance I had with someone and it felt special I was happy that he put time into doing it he could of walked off the dance floor with me but no he danced and I was actually happy I was gonna cry a little but he was an amazing friend for doing that and I’ll never forget that moment ❤️❤️

I can't believe we are already in April. Every routine I've wanted to have this year has still not become consistent. Haven't been able to go to the gym this week, I've gotten off work super late to where I don't even feel like doing art and its been so windy that I'm literally getting pushed by the wind. I got locked in work the otherday because the automatic doors werent working against the wind. I had to pull them open and run through. So walking the dog has been out of the question also. I did mow the yard this past weekend by myself but again with the wind..there is now a ton of garbage from other peoples trash cans that have thrown into my front and back yards. I also haven't been able to water because the sprinklers fall over even if embedded well into the ground (and the water just sprays everywhere). ugh.

My plan today is to go to the gym, I think I need to make another bank phone call, may run to the dollar store and then the Ball is today!

the last time I went to a ball a friend did my hair..I'm going to try and do it myself today so it's just probably going to be a mess. Hopefully I just feel somewhat pretty. I spent a little bit of money on some new selena gomez and korean make up so..my entire afternoon is going to be me crying over my lack of beauty skills.

We are also driving to Arizona this weekend to spend Easter. My MIL has made me atleast 3 scrub hats out of my pattern so I'm excited to pick that up.

I may try to make an art vlog video on youtube of me just cleaning up my art space because I keep meaning to do that but its just sitting in the same mess it has been.

Also, still playing Harvestella, desperately trying to finish it and it just wont. end. I was going to download octopath traveler for my drive to phoenix but I'm a bit upset to see its still 60$ (not the sequel, the first one which I've never played). So I guess I'll just continue to play Harvestella instead and not DNF it. >.<
