I had nothing to talk about originally and then bam, had to cut stuff out of my video because I felt it was getting extremely long. Not bad for filming one day and editing the next.

I'm waiting for another book to come in the mail and then I think next week I'll make a video talking about my books unless something else comes up.

I am not enjoying the current work schedule me and my husband have tbh. Last week was my fault because I somehow chose to work monday-friday. I said I was never going to do that. I feel like a huge slug because I worked all week and was sick the week before and I havent been to the gym in a few weeks. But both me and my husband havent been getting home until super late in the evening. He was actually at work this entire past week until well after I went to bed so I hardly ever saw him. He worked yesterday and today he's spent half the day passed out catching up on sleep as if he worked a night shift. I already have a sensitive stomach but having to eat dinner so late in the afternoon is killing my gut too. Ugh, my previous coworkers if they're reading this are like "haha!".

but its hard to do anything artsy when the sun is down. Its honestly like work>>rush home>>cook dinner>>play on tiktok>>pass out. And start over again.

bright side is my next paycheck will look nice.

today actually I did get brave and drive out to a cafe. I'm still kinda nervous to drive off post. The bright side about our current location is there is a lot of amenities however everything is simultaneously super spread out, super far out but also super congested. I feel like I have to travel super far to get anywhere but at the same time there is SO MANY PEOPLE. Its so weird but I'm such a nervous driver that I just can't with this many people. But I did get a panini and a coffee today which felt nice. I meant to go to the BIG target but got my roads confused and went to the wrong one. Which was fine. I just havent been to a tjmaxx or target in a long time and I just wanted to browse. Its kind of funny how much money I've been saving because I'm too nervous/lazy to drive to the local shopping centers. One of these days I'd like to venture to a couple shops and thrift stores in the area. Theres one thrift store that looks like they carry a bunch of girly 1980s supplies. Their photos had a lot of MLP, Rainbow Bright and carebears..and like mm..girl take me there. And a cute look tea shop opened that looks like it has unhealthy desert acai bowls that look good for hot weather. I got to wear shorts yesterday, HEY! yay hot weather.

but I agree'd to work monday-wednesday this week and we will be going out of town again here soon in a couple weeks.

As the video suggests hopefully I'll scan in my illustration and upload it, I'm not sure if I like it 100% so we will see.

I have been ignoring this blog so hard, I shouldn't have been so much has been happening, so so so much.

My mind is spinning thinking about it all. Obviously I can't talk about my one and only love, just me and my feelings. We're still deeply in love and planning a family together. Sometimes I'll still cry myself to sleep thinking about the shit he'll probably go through. And how I feel about the things he'll go through. But I'm moving out to where's he's been posted soon. So excited!!! We won't be living together for a long time but I found a place close by. I bought a second hand cannon camera as a new hobby. It's a really good one too, maybe I should take some pictures for this blog?

So I didn't plan to dress this way today. I just new I had to walk in the rain to train so I dressed comfortably. When I got to the station was the first time I looked at my phone 🥺 Shocked. Sadness. My weekend vlog from this past long weekend.

We did quite a bit. I worked M,T,W and then Thursday I took the day off to get ready for our military ball. I ran out of time to do most of the stuff I had planned for Thursday but I tried my best to do my own hair and make up and was slightly..a little successful..people told me my dress was pretty. I felt pretty. Theres a strong drinking culture at these balls so I maybe partaked a little too much and felt awful the next morning but overall I think we had fun. Husband had helped organize the thing so there were some technical malfunctions that disappointed him a bit.

But then we packed up and drove to the Phoenix area to spend Easter with his family. He can't recount the last time he ever had Easter with them and they don't really celebrate it anyway but it was good. Had a lot of food. Did some small amounts of shopping. I didn't actually buy anything but they had lots of little cute stores at whatever mall we went to. I kind of regret not buying some stuff but I'm pretty good at talking myself out of buying things if others are watching me.

My MiL also made me a bajillion scrub hats with the amount of fabric I sent her. I will have to try and get a better photo of them later because I forgot. I took video but forgot to get a photo.

Now that I've cleaned up my art space though and can see all my paints in front of me I have a strong urge to paint something. I have to go back to work the rest of the week though (although I'm secretly trying to decide if I feel good or not or if I'm just being paranoid).

Our next trip is next month. We are going to Vegas for my husbands youngest sisters 21st birthday. She is going skydiving..I will not be but I am trying to shop for some cute-ish summer clothes to wear.

It’s been awhile since I posted. I guess I only get on here when I’m in my feelings..

It’s been about 2 months since my husband deployed, but my son broke down last night. He literally cried himself to sleep.

Now that he's older, he just understands more. And quite honestly he was missing his daddy. What 10 year old in his position wouldn't?!

My younger son still doesn't get it but I'm fine with that because it means he doesn't get as sad as his brother.

Especially since his dad is going to miss his birthday at the end of this month.

Which has really been bumming my husband out. We should be used to him always being gone especially on special occasions but doesn't hurt any less.

We've been doing good despite being down the other day. Plus my oldest is on Spring Break, so we get to sleep in. More sleep means better moods.

I can't wait till we are all together again. Possibly just a few more months.

That's if he doesn't get extended again. That way he's home in the summer and we can take a long vacation.
