Coxas de sereia (#MermaidThighs)

Para muitas meninas o padrão de beleza é ter coxas fininhas que não se toquem, com aquele vão entre as pernas chamado de thigh gap. Eu já fui uma dessas garotas. Já tive anorexia e passava o dia inteiro sem comer e vendo fotos de meninas extremamente magras esperando ficar como elas. 

Meu peso mínimo foi 45kg (que é também o limite do saudável para a minha altura) e mesmo assim eu não tinha thigh gap. Isso porque esse vão entre as pernas é uma característica genética. Algumas meninas têm outras não. Já vi até algumas levemente gordinhas com gap, para ver como é coisa que varia de corpo para corpo mesmo. 

Talvez eu até ficasse com uma thigh gap se emagrecesse mais, mas iria sair da zona de saúde e entrar na zona de perigo. Aí não adianta nada, né? Mas posso dizer que finalmente aceitei meu corpo como ele é (estou tentando perder uns quilinhos que ganhei com a ansiedade dos últimos meses, mas aceitei meu formato de corpo.) Tenho seios pequenos, quadril largo cintura fina e coxas que se tocam. Não é o corpo com que eu sonhei a vida toda, queria ser magérrima, sem quadril e com pernas finas, mas finalmente consigo me olhar no espelho e ver beleza. Aceitar o corpo que eu tenho. 

A hashtag #MermaidThighs surgiu para incentivar meninas a gostarem do seu corpo porque ter coxas grossas e juntinhas é ter coxas de sereia, oras! 

Não importa se as suas pernas são grossas ou fininhas, a questão aqui é aprender a se amar do jeito que você é porque cada corpo é único e cada menina é especial e linda do jeito que ela é.
