Chief doing a Block and Ground all at the same time. He's behind me watching my back. Which keeps people out of my personal space. He's also touching my legs. Which lets me know that he's there and keeps my anxiety down. This allows me to stand with my back turned to a room. Which is something I haven't been able to do in years.
