Still trying to decide if I wanna color this or not but I’m gonna post it now anyway because I’ve already spent way too long on it
Pre-tadpole Briar would have LOVED the Waning Moon. LOVES that weird gross booze.

The Tangible Results of Hyperfixation
So I've been SUUUUPER hyperfixated on sewing as of late. I just looked at my archives and apparently it was beginning of July when I fell down the rabbit hole. First with this project bag and then with this little zipper bag.
I think we'll just put this...
Yeah full on hyper fixation.
First, I finished three pairs of pajama pants. Like I think I said, I love coordinating fabrics and patterns.
Okay, then the bags.
Another triangle bag (I also made one for my husband but apparently I didn't take a pictures of it - it was cute - grey on the outside, monsters on the inside):
Then I made a couple of these boxy bags (I don't like this pattern because it's got raw edges on the inside). The grey one is my experimenting with fusible vinyl (don't love it).
I'm happier with how the purple one came out.
Then I tried to do this magic pouch funky bag and it was a COMPLETELY FUCKING DISASTER. I think I tried 3? 4? attempts before even getting through the pattern. It was a good learning experience I GUESS. Trust me it's so bad. Which is unfortunate because it's a super cool looking thing when it's done right.
Then my daughter asked me to make something for her dance teacher, so I did this - different pattern from the above boxy things, and I love it so much better (no raw edges!!)! Not sure how to do a grab handle on it, but I think there's a way!
And then, lastly, today, I experimented with this clam-shell thing. It's a similar construction to the magic pouch (same woman's tutorial) and it came out a lot better. I think a curved zipper is easier to put in than an angled one, if that makes sense. It's still a bit fiddly for me (and has hand sewing which I do not love).
Anyway, if you made it this far, THANKS!!!

Still learning how to use watercolour, but I am happy with the overall design of this guy. Any suggestions on a name?

It's not perfect, but I'm pretty pleased with how the patch came out.
And my child is ecstatic.

I've set out to make a set of Shin's armor in stainless steel. I made a tool for my anvil the other day that'll help me with this process:
That being said, does anyone have any resources towards EVA templates for Shin's armor?
Don't laugh, I know it looks silly :)

That inspiration point Shadowheart gets from this scene was enough to make her level up ahead of all my other companions so I HAD to draw it
