I very suddenly remembered promare and i wanna make a fic of the afterword where everything is starting to settle and mad burnish are trying to yknow. live regular lives but for the moment housing is limited to burnish still and they can only afford one apartment between them so they're trying to move in only for galo to up and decide that He Would Like To Live Here Too they're like dude we have like. one mattress and a couch and he just says oh don't worry I got this then leaves for a couple minutes then just. brings up 2 ikea sets of bunk beds

I've had this Promare au in my mind for a while! So I'm going to leave this here.

Lio is a barman and a singer in his free time. He has a band, the "mad burnish", composed by his bestfriends: Meis and Gueira.

Galo is a firefighter, he loves his job. They're all in their twenties!

Galo is also Kray Foresight's adoptive son, the governor. He's not a very supportive person, in general of minorities and the LGBTQ+ community. And Galo has been brought up this way.

Lio was kicked out by his parents once they found out he was gay, he genuinely loved them and he's really hurt by this part of his life.

Lio meets Galo while they're both extremely drunk at a party, and the only interaction they had was a passionate night of love. Lio wakes up next morning and calls Meis (Gueira was too wasted to drive) to bring him back home.

Galo and Lio seemed to be meant to see each other again, because Galo meets Lio at one of his performances with his band.

Lio ends up being his roommate, but now he has to deal with Galo's internalized homophobia. Because the firefighter is realizing how much he loves the singer and he's not sure how his father would react.
