Sorry if I sound rude Saying this but a woman wearing a short skirt and a cleavage isn't sexualized and acting as if thighs belly button and chest are sexual when they are just body part is the main problem of women not being able to dress how they want and to have t hide some body parts to not excite the male gaze. I agree that FEH is indeed using fanservice but saying that a woman wearing outfits exposing those body part is itself fanservice is wrong beyond limit, especially regarding the Edelgard design since it's very modest and anatomically wrong

Fictional characters are not people. They are tools.

What these units wear says nothing about what women should wear, but it does say quite a bit about FEH's artists and their target demographic. If you'd actually paid attention to that post, I was advocating for hornier male character art because that would allow FE's tastelessness to at least feel consistent.

Also, Zettai Ryouiki is the trope I was thinking of - sexualizing the gap of bare skin between a short skirt and stockings. I'm not going to pretend to understand why that's a thing - maybe it's sort of like the joke that Victorian Anglos got horny for exposed ankles? - but it apparently is, and winter Edelgard's got plenty of it.

I realize that part of Edelgard's sexual/romantic appeal is, ironically, that she's "modest" and unavailable to anyone but you the player(-as-Byleth), because straight men have that whole Madonna/whore complex thing going on where women or female characters who are perceived as too sexual or too experienced are somehow threatening or, worse, "used." There's also a TV Trope for that. Given my own experiences and the total absence of that sentiment in gay male culture, it's little wonder that some of my favorite modern FE female characters are Camilla and Manuela - because they've got obviously sexualized designs but are also written to be aware of their own appeal and how they make use of it.

However, you've really got to let go of that "My Girl Is Not a Slut" thing with Edelgard, because IS has no such reservations. Never mind the thigh gap winter alt, we've got

boob armor where previously there was none, for the alt players actually voted for,

a much softer and more human take on the Hegemon,

lying supine in a nightdress, and more exposed thigh courtesy of Cipher,

more exposed skin and basically a camel toe; I also know that Reddit threw a fit over this one in particular, because she's not muscular and/or scarred from the Agarthan experiments,

and an upskirt shot from Azure Gleam that lasts for two whole seconds, in the middle of a scenario where Edelgard is made to take orders from two older men and then reduced to a babbling child.

In the midst of any outrage over my pointing out more examples of IS treating Edelgard like a sex object, I'd like you to turn that feeling around and ask instead: Why does the camera never lovingly linger up a male character's clothes? Why are possessed male characters (ex. Conquest Takumi) never treated like helpless children? Why are there no Cipher cards of any male characters lounging around in nightwear giving the viewer bedroom eyes? When male characters become monsters (ex. Lyon with Fomortiis), why do their FEH versions look the same or even more monstrous?

Oh, wait. Is it because of this? I assume you also sent this.

Funny how when male characters are actually objectified in the same way, then and only then does it become stupid.

People get horny over Edelgard, and IS knows it. People also get horny over naked and mostly-naked men in ways that do not necessarily cater to straight male comfort, although fortunately for you I imagine IS doesn't seem to know or care about that. Take your wins where you can get them, and let the rest of us have our fun.

haha, this feels like a bit of a cheap answer, but: eliwood's such a nothingburger of a character. the writing in FE7 was generally weaker than the games in the series i care more deeply about, so like, the dude has a serious disadvantage there, but lyn & hector were both reliably more interesting, whereas eliwood is just. bland wonderbread

18. How do you tend to play Fire Emblem? (es. casually, doing Ironman runs, playing it like a visual novel)

i like the strategy & story aspects of the games equally, and i like them in a can't-put-it-down, can't-wait-to-see-what-happens-next, can't-wait-to-try-the-next-map kinda way. ergo, i tend to play: on hard mode (but generally not maddening, because if it's too hard that kills my forward momentum), strategy nerding pretty hard but not exhaustively so (i.e. i'm not gonna spend ages on forums trying to figure out the Objectively Correct Build; that takes away time from PLAYING THE GAME), bolting straight for the ending (e.g. ignoring skirmishes in games that have those), as fast as humanly possible. (it's dangerous for me to open an FE game if i have other important obligations going on in my life lol)

i'm also definitely influenced a bit by who else is playing around me. when Awakening came out, me + my most strategy-nerd FE friend were on an absolute tear to see who could out-hardcore the other, so i was doing EXHAUSTIVE spreadsheets for all the genetics stuff haha.

i also was doing a weekly slowplay of the Tellius games with some friends a few years ago and that was REALLY fun. we'd all played the games before and liked them, so we'd switch who was piloting the map each week and the rest of us would heckle, share opinions about characters/story/tactics/etc. good times <3

iris and dahlia hawthorne from ace attorney. spoilers for aa3 but i think the idea that you can be so loyal and loving to someone the way that iris was to dahlia that you’d go so far as to impersonate her to let her get away with murder is soooo. urrgghhhhhjkjffkeiahdh. and i dont remember they specified but i think the fact that they left it up in the air as to whether or not dahlia actually loved her back is really fun! did dahlia know iris loved phoenix? was it a mercy that she let their relationship go on as long as it did? or just a misguided error that came to bite her in the ass later? i dont know and i love that! theyre so much fun and theyre so interesting and god i need to replay trials and tribulations.

“And right now, I wish I could follow you.” - Honey and the Moon

It’s the end of the day and you’re laying in bed with Lyon. It’s soft and comfortable, the way it should be. Instead of talking, the two of you merely enjoy the presence of another person, but a thought prevents you from fully enjoying the moment. You have to tell him - you know you do, there’s no way around it - but some part of you holds back. You don’t want to have to see the sad look you know will be on his face, but if you don’t say anything, you can only imagine it will be much worse. You’re going to do it, you have to, and so the words leave your mouth.

“I’m leaving tomorrow.”

“Pardon?”

“Tomorrow, I’ll be leaving.” Despite the fact that you’re staring up at the ceiling, it’s impossible to ignore how confused Lyon seems even though your statement had been so blunt.

“So suddenly…? I thought… you were going to stay.”

You pause, considering your words. “I was,” you reply carefully. “But it turns out I can’t.”

There’s a shuffling as Lyon turns over to stare at you, you know that’s what he’s doing since he’s done it a million times before. Still, you can’t bring yourself to meet his gaze.

“But…” he murmurs, voice trembling in a way that makes your own heart shake, “You promised me you wouldn’t leave without telling me.”

“I know I did, it’s just… It’s either tomorrow or it’s never, Lyon. If I want to go back home, the only portal we can find will be closed within the next 14 hours and there’s no telling if it’ll ever open again. As much as I want to stay…”

“You can’t.” He finishes your sentence for you, but there’s a sense of bitterness to the words.

“Exactly,” you say, sighing aloud. Carefully, you turn to face him, but the violet eyes you had expected to be staring at you are averted.

Lyon’s not looking at you, rather staring off into the distance at something you can’t see. “What if… something bad happens to you? And there’s no one there to help you? Or if you’re unable to return? Or… if you forget about me?” Lyon murmurs, his already quiet voice getting smaller and smaller with each word.

“None of that will happen,” you reply, staring at the corner of his trembling jaw. “I’ll be fine and I’ll be back before you know it.” He nods at this, an almost imperceptible shake of his head, but the glassy look remains in his eyes.

Sighing, you shuffle closer to him. “Hey,”

“Yes…?”

“Could you look at me, please?” There’s a moment’s pause, but even so, Lyon turns to look at you. Gradually, his eyes drift from one place to another until he finally has the courage to look you right in the eye. The second he does, you can tell he’s upset. Upset and worried and anxious and - if it’s not a trick of the light, at least - he’s about to cry if the tear threatening to fall from his eye means anything. Reaching out, you rub the bead of moisture away, sending a soft smile in his direction as you do. He attempts to return it, but the corners of his mouth waver just enough that he seems sadder than usual.

“I know it’s sudden,” you say, doing your best to keep your voice steadier than you feel, “But I have to go. There may never be another chance. Nothing will happen to me, not at all! I’m much stronger than I used to be, you know that. And even if I can’t come back right away,, I’ll be here as soon as I can be. After all, you’re the love of my life, Lyon. I don’t think I can live without you.”

Digesting the information doesn’t take long, but Lyon still finds it hard to voice his next thoughts. “But…”

“What is it?” you ask, gentle as can be.

“What if… you never come back?” he asks, the words catching in his throat.

“I’ll always come back. Even if it takes forever, I’ll come back to you. I promise. Didn’t I say it already? I can’t live without you, Lyon. I’ll come to find you no matter what.”

“Really…?” He blinks, staring at you in awe.

“Of course,” you reply because it’s true. The words seem to soothe Lyon’s worries, the strange glassiness finally disappearing. Since there seems to be something he’s holding back, but before you ask, he says what’s on his mind.

“Then… Can I hold your hand?”

“What?”

“Oh!” he exclaims, colour rising to his cheeks as he returns to being the Lyon you know so well. “It’s just… It might be a while until the next time we can do something like that, so…”

“Of course, Lyon. Anything for you.” comes your easy reply, once again paired with a smile. This time, Lyon does a much better job of returning it in kind, even if it still seems tinged in melancholy. With that, you entwine his fingers with your own. “I think we should get some rest now,” you say, giving his hand a gentle squeeze.

“Mhm… But first…” Lyon leans over, just enough to press a soft kiss to your lips. “I love you.”

You can’t help but smile brightly at that. “I love you too,” you return. You expect that that’s the end of it, so you close your eyes to sleep, but it’s not even a minute later when you hear something else.

“I’ll… I’ll miss you, you know,” Lyon whispers under his breath, almost soft enough that you can’t hear it.

This time, it’s you who leans over, pressing a kiss of your own to his cheek. “I’ll miss you too,” you reply. “I’ll miss you more than anything.”

With that, the two of you exchange no more words, instead focusing on rest. It’s the last night that the two of you will be able to enjoy like this for who knows how long, so it has to be savoured properly.

When Lyon wakes up, it’s still so early in the morning but you’re already gone. His fingers flex around the empty space where your hand should be and the spot beside him is almost unbearably cold. He attempts to sit up, but instead curls in on himself as a sense of loss fills the air and the sudden urge to cry makes itself known. There’s only one tear, then a second and suddenly a whole storm of them erupt as loneliness sets in. It’s only been two minutes, you’ve been gone for two whole minutes, but he can already feel himself falling apart. He wants to hold your hand and ground himself but he can’t, you’re already gone and he doesn’t know when you’ll be back and the thought of it creates a whole new set of tears. He cries for a long, long time, too long to keep track of, until there are no more tears left to cry even though he wants to cry some more.

“After this… there are no more tears,” he whispers under his breath in an attempt to solidify his resolve. “I have to be strong because… They’re probably suffering too.”

If you’re not helping a hero adjust to Askr, then you’re most likely either asleep or planning teams and battle strategies

You do always have time for whenever heroes need you

Sadly, Kaze is one of the heroes that fully adapts to Askr within a couple days

Where most heroes would seek you out, you look for Kaze

The ninja doesn’t make it easy for you to find him, but he loves seeing your exasperated expression from being unable to find him

You find yourself smiling and laughing just a little bit more with Kaze than others, his calm attitude always making you feel comfortable

You think you act the exact same around Kaze but everyone can clearly see how much you’re crushing. Everyone except Kaze that is

Kaze’s unawareness of you crush leads you to believe that you’re being subtle.

Private excursions to the training tower, handpicked gifts, and your daily talks just don’t seem to get to Kaze

Everyone else meanwhile knows about your crush, and they think you aren’t trying to be subtle

Chapter 21 - The Continent’s Wrath (con’t)

It happened on the day that the restoration plan started to progress smoothly.

Eirika entered Ephraim’s room with a letter she’d received from Tana. It explained the current status of Innes, Vanessa, and their other allies in great detail, putting their hearts at ease.

“Brother, how about we take a break from the restoration for a bit, and try visiting Frelia, just this once?"

Eirika’s proposal made Ephraim smile and nod.

“I like that idea. We have a lot to thank King Hayden for, and I do like to hear Innes’ snark every now and again.”

“Brother..”

“I’m kidding. There is much that I wish to speak with him about. We can’t act like children with each other forever…”

It happened the moment Ephraim finished his words.

The room suddenly shook so much that the objects within it rattled.

Eirika and Ephraim both looked at each other.

Eirika felt scared, but the shaking did not get any worse, instead quickly ending. “An earthquake… that’s rare.”

“It is. We’ve been told that they’re common in Grado, but the people of Renais aren’t used to them. It probably surprised them.”

Since the earthquake was big enough for them to feel it even within the castle, it was possible that it had caused some damage, such as collapsing the half-built houses in the mountain villages that they had only just finally started to revive. The thought hurt Eirika’s heart.

A few days later, Eirika was called into Ephraim’s office. Standing by Ephraim’s side was Seth, who had a grim expression on his face. When she looked at both of their expressions, she felt uneasy.

“Eirika, something terrible has happened.”

“What is it…?”

“Seth, please explain.”

Seth nodded and opened his mouth. “We just received a message from Grado. The earthquake that occured the other day caused great damage there.”

“...I was afraid of that...”

She had suspected it. Since it was an earthquake so great that they felt it in Renais’ capital, in Grado, where earthquakes were a frequent occurrence, it was highly likely that the damage there would be great.

Her face clouded over. “Just how bad is the damage?”

“Their current state is one of absolute chaos, so we do not know the details. The messenger said they were only sure of one thing. That the damage is greater than any they have experienced before. The earth split apart, and nearly all of the buildings within all of the towns and cities were destroyed. Many, many dead have been found. ...And they have not confirmed it yet, but they said that the southern portion of the country was swallowed up into the sea.” 

Eirika was at a loss for words. The damage was far greater than she had imagined.

Grado had already lost its emperor, posing the greatest threat to the empire since it had been founded. For such a disaster to befall the nation, and hit it while it was down...

“I will go to Grado.” Ephraim said.

“Brother, I will go with you.”

“No. You stay here in Renais.”

“But…”

“If you leave too, then what will happen to Renais? You stay here and protect our country.”

“...I will.” She wanted to confirm Grado’s current state with her own eyes and do something to help, no matter how little. Yet while that feeling was sincere, what Ephraim was saying was right. “I will take responsibility for your work until you can return. Please be careful…"

"I'll be counting on you. Seth, you stay behind in Renais as well, and help Eirika."

"Understood."

"...We were also told that some of the people have been saying this great disaster is retribution for Emperor Vigarde and Prince Lyon's terrible rule." Ephraim’s voice lowered. "We cannot blame them. They've lost their homes and family members to the war. We cannot help the fact that they will blame Lyon. But I will respond with action. I will take on what Lyon tried to do. I will not allow anyone else to die, be they from Grado or Renais." He spoke with stronger conviction than he'd ever shown before.

The next day, Ephraim, joined by Forde, Kyle, and a few others, left for Grado.

That night, Eirika wrote a letter to Innes and Tana.

Frelia had likely also received a report about the disaster that had assaulted Grado, so she wanted to write not an official report, but her own words.

It was a quiet night. The only sound Eirika could hear was that of her pen gliding across the paper. But whenever she thought about Grado, where the people were spending the night shaking in fear and unable to sleep… it only made her heart sink. As she wrote in detail about Grado's dire situation that Seth had explained to her, and Ephraim's decision, she nearly cried several times.

Partway through the letter, Eirika put her pen down and sat up. She could no longer endure the pain in her heart, and so she softly pushed open the window that led out to the terrace. 

The moon looked incredibly beautiful as it rose. She unexpectedly smelled the scent of a flower.

'Though this continent has suffered a deep wound, it still holds the power to nurture life.' Eirika had that calming thought, and stood at the open window for a long while.

She did not know the name of the flower this sweet scent wafted from. But if Lyon were here, he could probably tell her. He knew the names of even the flowers growing inconspicuously in the deepest corners of any garden.

She found herself reminiscing about the day that she and Ephraim first met Lyon.

It had been during the season when the flowers were unquestionably at their most beautiful. Lyon came to greet them in Grado Castle's garden, where the flowers were blooming brightly.

"Hello. Nice to meet you." Lyon said very nervously. 

He surprised Eirika, who thought that a prince would certainly meet them more formally.

He looked at their faces and continued on shyly, "I wanted to meet you right away, and have been waiting. I don't have any friends my age, so…" His expression was a mixture of anticipation and unsurety. 

When Eirika smiled at him, he laughed in relief. "My name is Lyon. And you're Prince Ephraim and Princess Eirika, correct? I look forward to getting to know you better!"

Eirika remembered clearly the smile Lyon had on his face at that time. 

She would likely remember it her entire life. Though the time they'd been able to spend together was short, she would always consider him a lifelong friend. That feeling would never change.

"Please watch, Lyon. Brother and I… will do our best together to make sure the people of Renais and Grado will be happy…" Eirika whispered, and gently closed the window.

FE SS X DRV3 General plot

Once again, I’m back on my bulls**t. Got the basics for the AU sorted now so let’s take a look, as well as what most of the characters are doing

Plot Outline:

As I mentioned in the first post https://allykakamatsu.tumblr.com/post/649470604067717120/fe-ss-x-drv3 the reason the class is in Magvel in the first place is because Monokuma decided that trapping them in the game was gonna be the motive, where you either have to end the war/beat the game or kill someone from the real world in order to get out. The characters got sent to various points in the timeline, and as you can imagine, this changed quite a lot.

Shuichi Saihara:

•The last one to wake up, aka got sent to when the game starts rather than some time before like the others.

•Ends up unintentionally becoming Eirika’s bodyguard as they run into each other while the Princess is trying to get to Frelia and Seth has gone missing dun dun dun

•Sticks around as Eirika knows where Kaede is and because he doesn’t want to leave her on her own.

•Can use magic, but still needs to work on his aim. Aka, never let him fight an enemy that’s near a tree.

•Still better than when he uses a Lance, he just stabs wildly and hope it works

•Because he doesn’t get the pre-war time everyone else had to get ready, he does get the advantage of remembering other things, though they’re things he’d rather not remember.

Kaede Akamatsu:

•Was sent to Renais and ended up getting adopted by the royals, so she’s the Twin’s step-sister.

•Despite her accidental new status, doesn’t change too much, and enjoys her time with her new family even if she’s always scarred about when the war will start

•As such, she’s also very overprotective and always goes with Ephriam to his dumb stunts, under the guise of being all for it.

•Very over dramatic organ player.

•Like Eirika she’s good with swords, but tends to specialise in staffs.

•Is part of Ephriams four (well now five) man army trying to take Grado down.

Maki Harukawa:

•Woke up in Jehana but didn’t stick around for long due to not liking the heat.

•Ended up travelling with Tenko for a while as travelling mercenaries, but when Maki’s work started leaning on the assassin side again she left so the Aikido Master wouldn’t get involved.

•After that becomes an assassin for hire, and she works for people all over the continent, including with Rausten which (unfortunately) led to her seeing Kokichi again

•”If it wasn’t for the fact your Princess hired me I’d kill you”

•Eventually after several jobs making her infamous, she was hired by Kirumi to help protect Eirika.

•Agreed, and was extra motivated due to Shuichi being dragged into this.

Himiko Yumeno:

•One of only two who was over the moon to be sent to Magvel, because now she has real MAGIC

•Winds up in Lute and Arthur’s village, where she joins their friend group to become master Mages.

•Constantly getting on Lute’s nerves for napping during practice.

•More energetic than usual, but that just means when she’s out she’s out for the count.

•Specialises in thunder magic, but that’s mostly not to steal Lute’s thunder, well, fire in this case.

•Goes with Arthur to get help when the village is attacked by monsters to “make sure they don’t claw him to death”

Angie Yonaga:

•Ends up becoming a priestess in Grado.

•Doesn’t really like spreading the word of non-Atua figures, but sticks around because Atua said so.

•Also leads to her becoming friends with Natasha and also ‘friends’ with Cormag

•Was already growing weary of the Empire when she heard about the war, but when Natasha was branded a traitor she knew something was up and went after her.

•Still always smiling, which depending on the person is a relief to see someone keeping their hopes up, or disturbing cause “does she ever not smile?”

•Mostly a light magic user, but can heal and not afraid to staff bonk.

Kirumi Tojo:

•Was sent to Frelia and became a servant at the castle very fast.

•Joined the staff only a few days before ‘The Frelian Tragedy’ where the crown Prince was kidnapped and presumed dead.

•Because of this and the King being so busy, Kirumi ended up being the one to console the young Princess Tana.

•Ended up becoming a mother/big sister figure and was offered a change of position as the nanny. Ended up taking it and staying on maid duty, and eventually rose to head maid.

•More open with her emotions, but still quite reserved.

•Can use all weapons well, but prefers spears and staffs.

Kokichi Oma:

•Not known where or when he first arrived, but after 3 years ended up in Rausten.

•Wound up as part of L’Arachel’s entourage due to his battle skills and her liking his attitude.

•Dream tam for each other, nightmare for everyone else.

•Was rumoured to be part of the Frelian Tragedy, but no one can prove it or knows how.

•With L’Arachel for most of the war, but ran off for a bit to drag Renac back

•A full blown trickster class, so swords and staffs for him.

Kiibo:

•Since Robots don’t exist, he’s a dragon now.

•Excited that he’s living and breathing, but scarred because “How did I change species?!”

•Eventually finds Myrrh and she thankfully sets things straight.

•Proud of his new species, but does miss his old life.

•When Selena steals her dragon stone, he tries to get it back, only to get caught in some trees while in dragon form.

•After that accompanies her on Ephriam and Kaede’s path to get the stone back.

Rantaro Amami:

•A former wyvern rider turned pegasus knight

•Yes, somehow he got a pegasus to trust him enough to let him ride, to the confusion of everyone else.

•Was with Grado for a while, but jumped ship to Jehana about three years before the war.

•When he learned that the Queen’s son had run away, his big brother instincts kicked in and he volunteered to find him.

•His search eventually led to Carcino where he found Joshua alone with the rest of Eirika’s party.

•Agreed to tag along so he could keep an eye on the gambling Prince and so he could help out Shuichi.

•Good with lances, but way better with flying.

Miu Iruma:

•A wyvern rider from Grado, though an unconventional one (I mean, it’s Miu)

•She and Rantaro were part of the same squad, but she stayed unlike him.

•Good at making all her allies lives a living hell with her antics (RIP Cormag) but she’s kept around due to her skill

•Saw Valter kill Glenn, but while trying to tell Cormag, got sidetracked by seeing Selena try to take Kiibo’s dragonstone, which made her go “F**k it”, swear the Flurspar out, and switched sides to team Ephriam.

•The only wyvern who uses an axe. Everyone calls her crazy for it but hey, whatever works.

Tenko Chabishira:

•Was in Renais at first, but after being ditched by Maki she went to Jehana due to her unsurprisingly wanting to be in the nation lead by a queen rather than a king like the rest.

•Ends up bumping into Marisa on a job, and once it’s over she convinces Tenko to join the Mercenaries.

•Loves Tethys and Marisa, so she stays no matter what, but she does eventually get some respect for Gherik.

•Doesn’t stop her from thinking somethings up with Kiyo and the new recruit who won’t take his mask off.

•Would’ve joined up with team Eirika either way since everyone else agreed, Himiko being there just made her a lot more aggressive with it.

•Axes all the way baby!

Korekiyo Shinguji:

•Wound up in Caer Pelyn, which royally confused everyone, but they kinda just rolled with it.

•Stayed due to his interest in the village, but when he was about to leave Ewan stopped by, and after a misunderstanding about why he wanted to leave Kiyo gets dragged into the mercenaries.

•At first only stayed due to wanting to send his sister more ‘friends’, but after seeing Tethys and Ewan act like how siblings are supposed to act, he realised how badly he screwed up, so he ends up sticking around to find out what real siblings are meant to do.

•Gladly joins up with team Eirika once they show up not only to stay with his allies, but also to get some more ‘sibling role models’

•Good with dark magic and staffs, but is in the summoner class..... be very afraid.

Kaito Momota:

•Woke up in Carcino, but after realising the guys in charge were assholes, he left and started travelling all over as a mercenary.

•After seeing Ephriam and Kaede storm a castle with 5 people total and win, he got the bright idea to become a masked hero busting innocents Grado captured out of jail and just generally be a thorn in their side.

•Formed a bit of a partnership with Kokichi because of this cause hey, where else in Magvel are you going to get smoke bombs.

•Eventually met Lyon, and after they explained what was going on to him, Kaito decided to risk it all on them as he let himself get caught to help bust Knoll out of jail, which worked, albeit with a lot of extra help from team Ephriam.

•All and all, more or less the same, just in WAY over his head.

•Of course he’s in the Hero class, so that means swords and axes.

Tsumugi Shirogane:

•The only one who’s played the game before, and easily the most excited, especially as she ended up in Grado and to be more specific as Lyon’s adopted sister.

•Thought she could get everything she wanted due to this being a game, but ended up having a bit of an existential crisis when the world turns out to be harder to manipulate and more real then she thought.

•Not wanting to accept that fiction can be real to, decided to take the demon kings power that wasn’t in Lyon (this was before the stone was shattered so that means most of it) to try get control back.

•This, of course, backfires, as while her already wanting to cause chaos/drama meant she kept her sense of self for longer, her lie eventually crashed in as once Shuichi got her to accept that fiction can be real she got completely possessed.

•Has the same class as Lyon, though she’s less tanky in exchange for being faster, worth it when you’re dealing with dark tomes.

STJ: principled, dutiful, distrustful of massive shifts, detailed, driven, protective of the status quo, disapproving of their heirs misbehaving. ;) Henry VII, Katharine of Aragon, King Edward VI, Lady Jane Grey, Mary I, King George III, Victoria, ‘Bertie’ (George VI), Elizabeth II, Frederick the Great. (If you include non-monarchs, I’d include George Washington, John Adams, and maybe Abigail Adams – I’m not sure whether Fe/Te.)

STP: bold, larger than life active ‘doers’ and ‘triers’ who refused to sit idle on their throne and got their hands dirty in the trenches of warfare and/or through deliberate action for immediate impact. Alexander the Great, King Richard I, King Edward IV, Henry VIII, Ferdinand of Aragon, King Francis I, Prince Phillip. (If you include non-monarchs, I’d include Mark Antony, and Cesare Borgia. Richard III was also ISP, IMO with an unclear T/F axis.)
