HELLO :D

i’m ned!! i’m really into greek mythology, percy jackson, the marauders, reading, minecraft (hermitcraft and empires im looking at you) also like- the game in general. this is getting so messy my god as you can see i’m not really good at this LOL

OH i also like star wars and marvel a lot!!! i have a bunch of interests there’s no way i can write them down i don’t even know if people read this stuff. if you are, HELLO I LIKE YOU ALREADY!!

he genuinely thinks that he doesn’t deserve you. you’re the most beautiful, interesting, and captivating person he’s ever met. he’s in genuine disbelief that someone like YOU could love someone as ‘plain’ as him.

a relationship with yamaguchi is so wholesome and pure. he’ll do whatever he can to help you see yourself the way he sees you. he thinks you’re INCREDIBLE.

ever since he met you, he’s wanted to spend all his time with you. it scares him, honestly, how fast he fell. but he can’t help it. this is how he feels. you’re his #1 priority. seriously, he’s only ever been this passionate about volleyball, so be grateful. his love is clumsy, unapologetic, and impatient.

the fact su critical started with a nb black lesbian who wanted ti make a tag that his followers could block if they didnt feel like seeing his critiques ( which were a mix of art/animation critiques and critiquing the sjows writing and representation) and then it judt exploded for sum reason. i used to follow him and watched it happen in real time

god i feel so bad for him that must suck, because like, the show did have so many issues to be pointed out, and though i dont have any personal interest in it that doesnt mean i dont care about the impact it can have on ppl, esp kids watching. so it really is important to be critical of it, but then people just turned it into this trend where they made cutsie kinnie blogs and tried to out-do each other by being the most progressive in the room or whatever while drowning out the very legitimate problems on the series just to focus on seeming self-righteous in their hatewatching groupthink. to see something that started off as a good intent divulge into such an unsympathetic disaster must suck for the people who really did care to actually advocate for the series and fanbase to do better.

and at the end of the day those peoples voices got drowned out in all that noise because it just became a fad... plus it wasnt even his intent to start a whole thing anyway it was just a tag for people to block? which he didnt even have to do to begin with and was just being nice for his followers... all i can say is i hope hes doing alright now lol. people cant be critical of media if theyre not critical of themselves first, and i know im not an acception to that either, but the way critical thinking is seen on this site is a total joke now and i think its in big part to that whole fiasco. but it was probably unavoidable that something like that would happen with how the fanbase was at the time so i hope the person in question finds solace in that wherever he is.

#also to be clear this isnt a defense of the show or any of its issues just bc im against those weird 'critical' ppl #just bc im critical of that doesnt mean im all for everything else lol
